Review Hestia's Cafe Restaurant - Perth

Katrina Zai
We love Spanish and I found Hestia's via Zomato while we were visiting Perth. It looked like a homey restaurant from their menu online. It was easy to book and easy to find. There are 2 seating areas, front and back of the restaurant. The back area was a bit warm and stuffy but it had wheelchair access from the side door so it was good for us. We ordered Trio of Chips, Ham croquettes, Fried White Bait, Garlic Prawns, Grilled Scallops, Pork Belly and Seafood Paella (Order first, takes 45 mins). For dessert we had the Catalan Custard and Cheesecake. Sangria was not great....disappointing for a Spanish Restaurant. Skip the White Bait as well, it was a bit fishy. Trio of Chips came at the end but was ordered 1st. It was good but fried veggies are always good. Scallops cooked well. Garlic Prawns were delicious and worthy for carb overloading with soaking bread in the oil! Paella was good. Definitely order that. We ordered a 2 person portion for 4 ppl. Lastly I would say the highlight of the entire meal was the Pork Belly. Plating is plain but the meat was awesome. The crackling was beautifully roasted to a loud crunch. The meat itself was full of flavor and so tender that it felt like braised for hours. I love Pork Belly and always order it everywhere. This was one of the best I've ever had. Must eat! Overall, pleasant meal. Come here for a great location to have dinner then bar hopping in the area. Great location for nightlife.

My partner and I came in for dinner and to kill some time. He has the Spaghetti Bog and I had the Spaghetti and Chicken. Both were awesome! The garlic bread, yummy! But. We all know a good meal ends in dessert. I can not recommend the cheese cake high enough! It. Was. DIVINE! We will definitely stop here again on our way through Perth.

Had dinner Tapas there on Valentines day and we had the most amazing meals inc the seafood mixed Paella which was to die for...we had a table for 7 and service was very good and all the tapas were delicate and tasty. Cannot fault the food...if I were to criticise it would only be the music was a tad loud but not overly...didn't bother me so much but others thought it was a tad loud. But thats a very minor criticism because the overall experience was brilliant. We would definitely come back again to try different foods. Thanks.

Attentive (but non-intrusive) and friendly staff, simple and welcoming decor, and excellent food. Their chicken and chorizo paella is stunning, and the signature Mushroom Forest is as delicious as it is beautiful. Prices are reasonable for a tapas bar / restaurant. You can bet that we'll be back.

Great dining experience - fantastic traditional Spanish Tapas, especially the mushroom forest, jamon serrano croquettes, tapas share plate, in fact all of the food we ate (over 3 hours) was superb. Service was friendly, fast and non interruptive and prices very reasonable. The wine list needs expanding but otherwise I highly recommend this restaurant to people wanting a pleasant, taste sensation, easy pace, eat-at-your-leisure dining experience with your friends or family. Our friends own a restaurant in Brisbane and together we described this as an epicurean delight. We will definitely be back for more tapas!.

Went here for dinner last night and had a great meal, can't decide what was my favorite dish the scallops or the garlic and chilli prawns. The chorizo was also amazing, as was the pork belly (crunchy delicious crackling) and the beef brisket melted in your mouth. The table next to us said the mushrooms were out of this world. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Went there on a Tuesday night with my husband and were greeted by this lovely spanish chick that suggested us to try a few different tapas. We didn't know it was a spanish restaurant at the first place and we were just amazed by the flavours. Had the croquetas, mushroom forest, fillet and spanish eggs. Food presentation was also really good. We left super happy and will def come back to try the paella

If you want paella be aware that you have a 45 minute wait! Because if this, we ordered tapas and every dish was delicious. Couldn't fault any of it. I'll be back with a paella pre-order! 😄

The pastas bravado is the best I've had. And the pork belly is Devine. The drinks menu is comprehensive but I particularly enjoyed the the cava.
Service is next to none
Jakey Thesuperhero
Frozen potatoes bravos, over cooked mackerel and scallops, undercooked whiting, inexperienced staff, over priced, couldn't hear my partner talking to me. Orange salad was good and so was the Spanish omelette. Worst dining experience in Perth.
Louise Howells
Great food and service. Loved the prawns, patatas bravas and the seafood and chorizo paella. Looking forward to going back and trying some more dishes.

Food was really nice, lots of diverse tapas options.
Cheap cocktails and friendly atmosphere. Service can be slow if there is a group booking out the back.
Food Yobbo.
Went there with a friend last week. Paella was nice enough, waiters were really courteous. I highly recommend the chorizo con sidra. The bar has a nice selection,. Sangrias and long island iced teas were well mixed.

Definitely recommend this place for a group. The $40 per person set menu fills you up very nicely and gives you a taste of a great variety of their dishes. No complaints about the food at all - everything was delicious. Came out pretty quickly and before we knew the table was packed with dishes.
The restaurant layout is a bit odd with two separate rooms but it still has a nice vibe.
Sangria's are very nice but at $40 a jug for 5 small glasses with a lot of ice - I think it's a little overpriced.

I have been here a number of times and the food and atmosphere has been amazing. But in particular the customer service has been exceptionally friendly and professional. My waitress on both occassions was Saskia and her friendliness and politeness was to very professional standards and made me want to visit this restaurant again. I hope this restaurant stays a fixture on the Northbridge food scene for many years to come.

A little Northbridge gem. I had never heard about Hestia's Cafe Restaurant until walking past it on Lake Street. We had vowed to try it due to their extensive tapas menu and chocolate crepe cake for dessert! When we arrived, we realised we didn't even have to make a booking as there were plenty of empty tables. We ordered the patatas bravas, Seafood Toast and the Seafood Paella. We were warned that the paella would take 45 minutes to cook, which was fine for us. The seafood toast and patatas bravas came out first. The seafood toast was slighty salty, but the combination of seafood was delectable with the buttery toast. The patatas bravas was sort of crispy, and had a nice combination of 2 sauces, one being marinara sauce. The seafood paella took exactly 45 minutes to come out (6:44-7:29pm!) I scooped up some prawns, mussels and squid with my rice. The prawns were tasty and flavorsome, the squid was well cooked and not too chewy, the mussels were slighty small, and the paella rice was tasty, fresh and full of amazing spices. For dessert, I opted to order the chocolate crepe cake but they were sold out, so I ordered the cheesecake instead. The deconstructed cheesecake was light and fruitful, giving it a twist on modernized cheesecake. I ate the fresh fruit off first, and then mixed the crumbly biscuit base to the soft grapefruit cheese. The first thing I noticed was the richness of the cheesecake, it was delightful and the biscuit crumbs were crumbly, buttery and light.

Had breakfast at this cafe restaurant today. We ordered the Hestia's big breakfast with scrambled eggs, Spanish eggs, and the slow cooked beef ribs. The Spanish eggs was delicious, very tomatoey and matched well with the bread. The scrambled eggs on my big breakfast was cooked to perfection, and the mushrooms were juicy and delicious too. The coffee here is average. Only thing is, the price of the big breakfast seemed a bit expensive for what was on it.
Tapas here is amazing! All the dishes we ordered were delicious and tasty and are share style. We have yet to try the paella. Next visit it is!

$56 for 2 people? What a joke that would be sharing one entrée between both of you. Food is overpriced and not even close to authentic Spanish food, the workers are rude, in a rush and have no care for the customers experience. Went here with 6 friends on the weekend and can honestly say not one of us would come back to this place, would rather dine at a school canteen.
Anna Yong
first time dinner at this little gem! Got in early but by the time we left the place was full. Food was delish, the croquettes were a winner! Will def be back again 😃

This place was recommended to me by a friend. So a table for 2 before a show it was. Berry Sangria was amazing. Friendly service. Share plates of Chorizo, pork belly, ribs, and trio of chips were all delicious. Have been back a second time which was just as good.

I was on my way to an early lunch before a movie at the Paradiso, and came across this place. I decided to give it a try as it looked friendly and inviting. I sat down and the friendly Spanish waitress took my order. I went with the pork belly, asparagus, apple salad and apple sauce and a long Mac topped up to start followed by their Spanish Merlot.

Coffee came out quickly, nice and strong, and hot. A perfect start! But the food took a bit of time to arrive. When it did, it was nicely presented and the pork was cooked perfectly with nice crackling. The sauce was good, but not exciting. Love the apple salad which was fresh and well dressed. There were some pomegranate on the plates, but while they looked good, they were flavourless which would have added a nice acidic sweetness to the dish. The wine was very good and I enjoyed that with the dish.

Overall, food was good, but not exciting, and the service was good and friendly. I will have to give the tapas a go because that sounded really good, and the reviews have been excellent on them too.

I can't review this restaurant properly as I never got any food.

I have wanted to try Hestia's for a while now as I ride past daily and it always looked nice. Finally, getting the opportunity, I was excited to dine here with my Wife.

We arrived on a Tuesday night, tables were about half-full. We were greeted immediately by warm service, and the place looked great. We ordered red sangria as it is on special on Tuesdays for $25/L as opposed to the usual $42/L. At the same time as ordering the sangria we ordered two appetizers and asked to keep the menu in case we wanted some tapas later on. About 20 minutes later we were enjoying ourselves with the sangria and casually wondering when food may arrive, as we could see the tables around us were enjoying their food. The waitress came back at about the 30 minute mark and asked if we had decided on ordering any additional tapas. We ordered one additional tapas and kept on enjoying ourselves, albeit a bit hungrier and looking quite forward to food by this stage.

At the 45 minute mark the waitress told us she had actually not put through either of our food orders and the sangria would be on the house.

At this stage we said OK, we will just go, and left.

TOP: Honesty for being straight about forgetting to lodge our order.
TOP: Atmosphere: The place has a wonderful atmosphere.
BOTTOM: Not getting any food.

I still suspect it is a really good restaurant as the other tables looked pretty happy.

Fair is fair too, our orders were not placed, we got free sangria, we accepted that, and left.

Overall experience: Have to be disappointed.

Brilliant food. My husband and I are local and have been quite a few times. A real 'not so hidden' gem in Northbridge. Tasting platter was huge and a great Friday night meal with a glass of red!

Went to Hestia's in a group of four. We ordered 7 different appetiser/tapas dishes. The food was good, lots of choice on the menu. Service was quick and friendly.

17/02/2016 - On Wednesday night in the midst of two festivals, it was a surprise to find Hestia's so quiet. This fabulous and authentic little Spanish tapas place is located in a building that was once home to what was Perth's busiest Indian eatery Maya Masala. The food nowadays is deliciously different.

We started with the tortilla Espanola, a scrumptious sliver of Spanish omelette - we were so keen to tuck in we didn't take a photo. The omelette was served with crispy Jamón Serrano, spiced olives and aioli. The Jamón provided a wonderful salty crunch and the dish was a taste sensation.

Next up we had the scallops, which were served with three textured corn, honey glazed corn, corn purée and corn froth. The scallops were perfectly caramelised and the different textures and the balance of sweet, salty and umami was amazing. Our favourite savoury dish of the night.

We also had beef fillet served with minted watermelon, toffee walnut and coffee passion fruit sauce. The beef was thinly sliced and perfectly seared. While the dish was tasty, the combination of flavours was challenging and we were divided in our opinion of this dish.

For dessert we ordered the crema catalana and the five textured chocolate crepe cake.

One of us has a large soft spot for crÚme brûlée and Hestia's Catalan version, was everything this dish should be. The toffee was just the right thickness and made a most satisfying sound as it was cracked to reveal the scrumptious crÚme anglaise.

The chocolate crepe cake was deliciously sweet with some slightly bitter balance. Definitely a chocolate lover's delight.

This was our second visit to Hestia's and on both occasions we've really enjoyed it. Between the scrumptious food and the gorgeous and total authentic Spanish waitress, Hestia's deserves to be more popular among Perth's hardcore foodies.

Incredible food, superb atmosphere. Its no doubt this is the place to be in Perth. My friends and I ordered a few tapas to start with..caramelaise bee ribs, pork belly, mushroon forest, chilli prawns and octupus.. Every plate were served with a smile and they were absolutly delicious.. After this we had a paella mixta ( seafood and chorizo) this plate blow my mind.. We ended up having cocktail s & Sangria..( dont forget to try the expresso martini ;)) definetly we had a great time in this new place in Perth. WE ARE DEFINITELY COMING BACK FOR MORE !

Hubby and I were reminiscing of our travels... We both love Spain and particularly LOVE the traditional bar-styled way of enjoying tapas, the experience, atmosphere and simple med flavours. So thought we'd give Hestias a go.

This is a restaurant, however... so not the same. The atmosphere was lovely though. comfortable, perfect lighting and latin tunes (I adore Salsa) with staff who appear to be of Spanish origin themselves and we were warmly welcomed on arrival so all this @really worked for me.

To drink options, Sangria offerings are numerous and all sounded amazing, more like sangria cocktails though, and priced accordingly. I loved the White Sangria - clean, crisp sweet enough but enough citrus which was welcome, to aid in cutting through the rich and mostly quite oily food.

To the service now, I appreciated the assistance of our host in advising us how to.go about ordering, given the 4 categories of food choices (sharing plates, appetizers, tapas and main dishes). We wanted to try the chef's selection tapas platter and she recommended three tapas plates to go with that. We ended up ordering two appetizers to go with it, so we could order something extra later if we felt the desire. As it was, we didn't need anything more.

As for the food, we had spicy garlic prawns and the croquettes. Croquettes came first... and they were glorious. Decadent, perfectly cooked and accompanied with a small fresh salad to balance the richness. The prawns looked awesome and delivered literally sizzling at the table... but we were offered garlic toast to mop up the "sauce" which was in fact oil which had burnt the chopped garlic that the prawns had been cooked in. Yuck. The prawns themselves were fine but ruined by the oily burnt garlic "sauce". Won't choose that again.

The sharing plate was a great mix of the appetizers menu and we actually ended up quite enjoying it. The jamon serrano, the honeyed pork bites, the spanish omlette, the lovely salsa that went perfectly with the calamari... really a nice mix of bites that we finished completely.

However whilst we generally enjoyed it, I don't think we'll back. Its hard to go past the real thing when it comes to a tapas bar... so maybe we'll just wait for our next visit to Spain.

Really enjoyed our evening at Hestia's before a Fringe show.

The service we received was fantastic. Dishes were explained and recommended, drinks were regularly offered and arrived quickly.

We ordered a number of dishes off the appetiser and tapas menus. The appetiser items were quite small but well-priced, and tapas more substantial. We enjoyed all the dishes (chilli prawns and octopus, pork belly, croquettes, potatas bravas, apple cider chorizo, olives). The only one I felt a little underwhelmed by was the beetroot cured fish appetiser, which sat on a slice tomato and cucumber. I didn't enjoy this pairing - but the fish itself was delicious.

We paid about $60 per head including a couple of drinks each. Good value! Check them out, I recommend.

On a whim I decided to book a table at Hestias' before heading to a Fringe show...and I don't regret it one little bit. My partner and I weren't hungry enough to order a tonne of dishes, so we are already planning to return to make our way through the remainder of the menu.

The wait staff were friendly, helpful and attentive without being overbearing.

But just to mention, the trio of chips are advertised as being gluten free on the menu but are cooked in the same oil as other dishes containing gluten, so it is not suitable for those with coeliacs. We ordered this dish but the waitress came back to our table once and explained this to us so we had the opportunity to change that dish.

But onto the dishes we actually ate. We ordered the potatas bravas, chilli prawns and scallops. The dishes themselves came out quickly and were each cooked to perfection. There was a mixture of flavours and spices but everything worked and left us wanting to order a second round, even though our bellies were struggling with the first.

Now onto the drinks, for all those Sangria lovers out there. This is the place to be. I tried Ocean Blue and The Lovers - both were amazing. Ocean Blue is the first drink I've had where I have actually enjoyed blue Curacao.

My partner kept to spirits which seemed unbelievably cheap, which they were. Keep in mind the prices listed don't include mixers - it cost us an extra $4 for coke. Although the additional cost wasn't an issue it would have been nice if it were explained.

Elegant interior design for such a cafe restaurant. When we looked at the menu not really impressed. OMG....When they serve as our breakfast well presented and funky good. M said the best cooked bacon he ever had....very crispy and delicious. French toast melt in your mouth. Great coffee and friendly staff. What else do you want in Northbridge ? Let's try!

Called in for breakfast (which is combined with the lunch menu) Thought it to be a tad pricey for the Spanish eggs, $18.5, but according to my partner they were delicious.. I just settled for the eggs on toast as they didn't have a lot for us vego's. Coffee was a bit of a let down. Although I ordered it strong it wasn't & I wasn't keen on the flavor. Charming waitress & service
Lucy
We went to Hestia's for breakfast on Saturday morning. The interior is beautiful and everything is sparkling clean! The service was excellent and the food was amazing. So many flavours and really well presented. The eggs were perfectly poached. Great value for money. Will definitely be back.

Excellent food, wide range of delicious Sangrias. Amazing cocktails & desserts! Best place I went out with my friends in Perth. Stylish in every level. Definitely we will come back!

We discovered Hestia's Cafe Restaurant yesterday - 6 of us had lunch there. The service was excellent, the Spanish tapas delicious, and the desserts divine. I thoroughly recommend Hestia's as a restaurant to visit. Two teenagers accompanied us - they enjoyed the food and the experience.

Been there for dinner with my husband once and loved it so much I had to come back last night with a friend. Beef fillet and mushroom forest were my favourites tapas and we shared the chocolate crepe cake that was just divine. New favourite spanish place in Perth
Audrey
They are too busy to be courteous. Never made it as they wouldn't adhere to the Scoopon I purchased as apparently, my Scoopon had expired. Tried to make a reservation BEFORE the Scoopon expired but was told curtly they would extend the Scoopon by another week, and to call next week as they were too busy. When I did call as they suggested, I was told my name was not on the 'list' and therefore they would only provide us with the food but not the wine. Was also told I should feel so lucky that they were agreeing to provide us with the food in the first place. I hope nobody else has to experience this kind of rudeness. Just because you are now busy doesn't mean you can be obnoxious.

Love the food here, my partner and I enjoyed our night here and will be back soon! Recommended the Mushroom forest and the seafood paella!
Cornflakegirl
Really lovely tapas menu which they also made available for lunchtime as well as there brunch menu. Very interesting presentation of food too.

We celebrated our fourth year anniversary at Hestia's last night and had a blast. It's a small restaurant with probably less than 10 tables but have very modern interior (plus a cool bar). Service was faultless, both waitresses were really friendly. We shared Spanish Tapas. Everything was good. My fav was the bread with Ensaladilla (Spanish Potato Salad) on top, it's so creamy and yummy. There's always room for dessert and we cant not ordering Hestia's famous Chocolate Crepe Cake with Belgian Choc Ice Cream! This dessert is to die for. It's sweet but not sickening sweet. I can probably demolish it by myself if not sharing with Hubby, soooo dangerous. I literally cant wait to go back and try their Mushroom Forest and Ribs!
Jen
Best tapas in Perth!!!
We came in using a Scoopon for a sharing tapas plate which was huge and but so tasty we had to order more. We had the scallops and beef ribs which both were amazing and huge for a tapas plate!
Great service too.

Friday September 25 Lunch

Love the wine shelf/wall
Love the dinner menu also available with the breakfast and lunch menu
Love the attentive service
Love the food knowledge of the staff
Love the cute "table names" .. Pepe.. Juan.. In adorable display pots on the tables
Love the different seating arrangements available
Love the delightful fresh juice concoctions
Love the speedy food service
Loathe that there was no outdoor seating on such a beautiful day.. Where it's nearby counterparts had tables outside...

Everything I tried was great.. But since it was only two of us it was hard to go past 6 dishes.. Can't wait to go back. Such an underrated place..

Not ones to shy away from a foodie deal, my friends and I jumped at the chance to try the tapas at Hestia’s when we saw their September promotion of buy 4 get 1 free on Wednesday and Sunday nights. For the uninitiated, the definition of tapas on the online Oxford Dictionary is “small Spanish savoury dishes, typically served with drinks at a bar; literally ‘cover, lid’ (because the dishes were [historically] given free with the drink, served on a dish balanced on, therefore ‘covering’, the glass).”
Cici
Great food, tasty, fresh and plenty of options. Decent service, the friendly and helpful staff made our dinner even more enjoyable. Will be back soon
Marty
Bought the scoopon but found the platter very average. Nothing stood out wanting me to come back and the fish flavours I found to be too strong.

The selection of Tapas just did not go together and didn't really see the value they stated for scoopon to be true to $40 of food and cheap champaign.

I recommend you come for there breakfast as the steak sandwich here was much better.
Sybarite
5 stars all round for this place! EVERYTHING was excellent. From the service, the menu, the food, the pace of the dishes coming to the table. Our waitress was very friendly, informative, helpful and accommodating of my pregnant friend and those of us not drinking. She modified a couple of the sangrias from the page long menu into delicious mocktails. The dishes came out one after the other and not en masse to sit around and get cold. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. So many delicious sounding options to choose from on the extensive menu. A beautiful evening topped off with a free birthday cheesecake! Not even just a slice, a whole little cheesecake! I will definitely be back to try some more dishes.
Bellygood
Had dinner at Hestia's a few Fridays ago and was quite impressed! We ordered four dishes to share between two of us as well as a litre of sangria (the one with the berries). We had the sliders, beef ribs, pork belly as well as the mushroom forest and of the four, the mushroom forest is one I'd definitely recommend ordering at Hestia's! Pretty as a picture and with plenty of texture, it was different to anything
I've had and so so good! Add great service and delicious drinks, I'll surely be back for more.
CiderCraze
Went there on a Sunday for lunch and ordered pork belly, the dish was beautifully done and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They came to check on us quite frequently to ensure everything's alright. I'm planning on going back to try their paella and Crema Catalana. Can't wait!

Went for dinner last night ,its so good to have a new concept in town again. Paella is the best!!!!! The Sangria I had was so refreshing!! Will recommend to all my friends

Came here on a Tuesday night, it was my first time here and had a great experience! Beautiful food and lovely staff! Would recommend for anyone wanting a nice evening out with friends for a drinks and conversation!

I was introduced to this place by a friend of mine. The restaurant's environment was very cosy and romantically-lit. Me and my partner ordered 3 dishes and a Sangria which was the highlight of the night. For the food, the mushroom forest dish really stood out. Although slightly pricey, I would recommend couples to try this place as it is located in a nice quiet corner in Northbridge and the ambience of the restaurant does make it feel like an intimate night out.
Charlie Peter
Outstanding! We love it here - service is great and the food is even better. Theres a really decent drink selection and the atmosphere is quintessentially ambient, a glow almost - there's a touch of magic to everything you see. Life is easier at Hestia's.
Val Cattanach
Great atmosphere, and amazing food. Very friendly and professional service. The Tapa's plates where a great size and our table where extremely satisfied. Thanks we will be back again.

best Spanish restaurant I have tried in Perth. Gotta come back for the drinks and food. We ordered Ensaladilla, Boston bay mussels, beef fillet, meatball sliders. Moreover, I strongly recommend the Paella De Marisscos!! It's beautiful.😉

😋Lovely taste Chili prawn and octopus and the Ensaladilla. Reasonable price . Like . Highly recommend go with friends. The staff are nice.

I love this place so much, the beef ribs taste super good, and the juices are great. The staff there are so so nice, good service. This is the place I would recommend if you love spanish food.

Came here for dessert and was absolutely blown away with the food and service. Had the crepe cake and it was super delicious, I would highly recommend it. The young lady who served us made this experience so much better, she was super welcoming and friendly! Didn't catch her name but she probably was one of the best waitresses in Perth. Would come back here and try out their dinner menu!

I came here as my friends had a birthday celebration for me. The moment I entered the restaurant, I felt welcomed by two friendly staffs. The environment was elegant and yet lively with Spanish songs playing in the background. I looked on the menu and they have interesting and unique offerings for the customers. Various types of sangrias and tapas that suitable for everyone including my friend who was vegetarian.

A few of the tapas that were outstanding are the pork belly, mushroom forests, mussels, beef ribs, croquetas and trio of chips. I strongly recommend the pork belly as the pork belly served in this restaurant was the best I ever had. The skin was crispy and the meat was juicy. It is not the typical pork belly we normally have in Chinese restaurant but the pork belly is exceptional. Another unique tapas served was the mushroom forests. I couldnt believe they managed to get 20 ingredients inside this tapas. Numerous types of mushrooms with bacon and ham stuffed together to make a heavenly snack. Others tapas mentioned above are worth trying as you will not be disappointed.

The tapas didnt fail us and we were very happy with the food. The food came out slowly and it made the dining experience more enjoyable. We were taking our own time to finish the food while getting excited to try the next food.

We also ordered seafood paella and it took a while for the paella to be served. Eventhough the paella was a bit salty, it was fully with crustacean flavours.

Overall, we were pleased with the food and the restaurant. Strongly recommended!

New comfy plus great environment cafe restaurant in Northbridge. I went twice and going for my third this coming weekend. 1st time was brunch and 2nd time was a birthday dinner. The dishes' size are big enough for sharing. And we were able to order more to try out. My favourite is the Mushroom Forest, the texture is awweessooommeee~! Let them know if you're celebrating birthday~! :) Special on the house cheesecake is superb. The size not too big as you won't have space after dinner. Good enough for the taste~! Make sure you tell them beforehand. :) All in all, a must-go place, no matter it is for brunch or for dinner. Coffee is excellent too..

Great addition to Northbridge! Amazing food and drinks! Nice interior, reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend to people wanting a nice night out in northbridge!

I was lazy to do some research on where to eat for brunch so my friend and I 'yolo'd' it and walked around Northbridge and we came across Hestia's cafe. We were greeted by two happy waitresses and decided to give it a shot after glancing at the menu. The interior is really nice and everyone working was super friendly! I really liked my spanish eggs and my friend enjoyed his chefs baked eggs but I think my dish was better! Good food, service and ambience.. a nice addition to Northbridge!
