It's a great place to take the grandies. You can sit and have a coffee in the cafe while the kids are playing in a safe environment.

Use this cafe as a meeting place for friends with small children because of the Lotterywest playground. Had breakfast here on 4 occasions over the last 12 months. The whole experience from service, food, coffee, ambience is pretty average and it is only the fact that it is a good place for small kids that I return.
Our favourite place to come for breakfast, coffee, or lunch with the kids. The playground is fantastic and the food is really good! It is quite expensive though.
Fantastic Experience. Recently my husband and myself treated some friends who are new to Australia and their two children: 4 years old and 18 mths old to breakfast on a Sunday morning. The food and service was exceptional and the staff were very accommodating. We were able to enjoy our breakfast whilst the kids could play safely in the fantastic fenced off playground. The whole playground and cafe area was abuzz with lots of people and children. Although the staff were extremely busy, they were very quick in serving meals. The only problem was that after 3 hours we couldn't get the kids out of there because they were having so much fun with the many children that were there. Where they come from in South Africa they could not play freely so this was a lovely experience for them. They were impressed by how safe the area was and the wonderful care and attention afforded to them by the brilliant staff.

This simple café offers a range of delicious, well priced meals, cakes, drinks and ice creams. As well as the standard hot chips, pies, burgers and hot dogs you’ll also a find a large range of healthier options, the majority of which are priced below $10. A few favourites of mine are the brown rice and cashew salad, the sweetcorn fritters and the beef burrito. My husband usually opts for the Forrester Burger which is a reasonable $9. I haven’t been here in over a year so just discovering the recent facelift and name change. They have updated and repainted the inside and added extra seating around the side. They have also upgraded the play equipment at the front. A lovely surprise to an already great playground.
Absolutely beautiful food first time visited today. Kids pancakes amazing. Tuna Pattie best ever. Bacon Eggs etc perfect. Great location. Prices fantastic
Really lovely food - I found the chicken burger even more scrumptious than the delicious fish and chips, and the coffee was perfect. The huge surprise was the amazing service. It was like no effort was too great, and our tiny kids were well looked after ♥️

We have gone to this park and dropped by the Cafe for eleven years, the kids love it and I am happy to get them some chips or an icecream. The young staff are always accommodating and sweet with the kids. It would be great if they got a vegan dish or vegan cake so I could eat something too which is not chips.
(I have really bad allergies and need to eat vegan, so I can't just choose to eat whatever to make it easy)
