Thanks Ben & Jerry’s for free ice cream on the free cone day on the other day. Came here around lunch time, service was quick and friendly. I really like their ice cream and sometime will get them from the shops.

Have always walked past Ben & Jerry’s without much interest, thinking it was just another run of the mill ice cream chain joint. I was wrong. Had the pleasure of trying my first two amazing flavours at the NB branch - the tonight dough (the chunks of peanut butter cookie dough are A-mazing), and the choc fudge brownie (literally tastes like you were eating a baked brownie). I’m officially a Ben & Jerry’s convert.

Had the New York super fudge crunch for dessert after lunch at a nearby restaurant. It is a chocolate base ice cream with lots of nuts and chunky chocolate bits. Yum!

Love B&Js. Always a good selection of flavours and they never forget about gluten-free and vegan customers. Prices are reasonable for the serving size too. Better value than Baskins but a close call with Gelare.

A good variety of ice cream you can get from this store. Girls at the counter were very helpful and lovely. Overall it is a nice place to chill after dinner as there are a lot of restaurants near this store.

I was looking for a unique cake and came across their delicious ice cream cake and totally loved the flavor as well as the icing design. The staff was very helpful with allowing us to get the cake in a few hours of placing the order.

Not my favourite ice cream as I find it excessively sweet and the quality of ingredients not the best, but if you're a sugar lover you get a LOT of condiments/flavours in these. While it's expensive for the sugary treats due to the low quality chocolate you do get lots of bits of cake/caramel/brownies etc. Staff are lovely and really patient, I just find it overpriced but I guess other desserts nearby are much smaller and about the same price.

The ice cream flavor that i like is cherry garcia which they don't have at the moment so i chose totally baked and cookies and cream.

The atmosphere are really nice, quiet and calming and the scoopers are really nice.

So delicious! Even on a cold rainy night we couldn't resist stopping in for an ice cream. So hard to choose out of all the delicious flavours. Luckily the free sample spoon taste helps me make the decision of what to have. Currently not offering two scoops of the same flavour to support marriage equality. Excellent idea Ben & Jerry's! Great supoorters of human rights.

My mate and I got sundaes from here which is basically 2 scoops of your choice topped with cream, hot fudge or caramel and the nuts or sprinkles. Pretty run of the mill. My mate ate through all the yumness on top with the first scoop of ice cream and then went back to the counter and asked for more cream, hot fudge and nuts which they topped up for FREE. Great customer service and felt it was worth a mention. Kudos.
