Had the big breakfast here with a large cappacinno. I couldnt eat lunch because it filled me up so much. Coffee was nice too. Service was friendly and staff were polite. Nice atmosphere with easy listening music.

Smile doesn't have peak or off peak time and that's what I like about Dome Cafe at Northbridge, I usually come here for coffee and sometimes snacks but cafe staff is very professional and always smiles and that's what I love about this place it changes the mood it has food menu for adults as well as for kids, you can not only order a coffee, sandwiches and cakes but also whole bunch of other stuff given in pics I would definitely recommend this place to other people

Friendly staff (the two guys on my visit were super cool!) and a nice layout. Lots of booths, a big couch, armchairs. The booths are tucked away in the corner and are very quiet and really an oasis in Northbridge if you want somewhere quiet to sit.
The cafe was clean, my tea was great, overall a nice experience.

Dome Northbridge, We went on a public holiday Monday afternoon and the choice was good however my first and second choice weren't available. My third choice was delicious but quite over priced. Coffee was excellent. Toilets weren't too clean. Seating was a bit squishy compared to other Domes I've been to.

Quick service but very overpriced! Food is only just above average - if not, then just average. None of their portion sizes are worth over ~$12 (Except their coffee and maybe 'Calamari and chips). No type of sandwich should be over $5-6 let alone $13-16 unless it's a miracle steak sandwich and all of Dome's sandwich fillings are average (They just have different breads). This review applies to every Dome I've been to -Subiaco, Southern River, Northbridge, Booragoon, and Carousel.

So very similar to Mugg & Bean in SA - where the food is predictable but generally generous, consistent and good food. We were out and about and it started to bucket with rain so we shot in here - it is big, spacious and cosy so we sat on the couches having coffee before deciding on breakfast. I had eggs and bacon on toast and was impressed with the amount of bacon I got, I think my hubby had the ham hollandaise and my brother also had eggs and bacon - service was good and food was not brilliant but certainly as good as expected in this type of franchise.

The fit-out in this Dome cafe is really lovely. It's spacious, has an old-world charm and looks out onto a Northbridge square with much passing pedestrian and other traffic. However, like other Dome cafes in Perth its food seems lacklustre and predictable. And when we are charged premium prices for it, I'd rather go elsewhere.

One of the better Domes. Service was prompt but I was a bit disappointed to find some cooked chicken in my chips which came with my vegetarian burger. I'm not a hardcore vego so was happy to pick it out but thought this a little careless for a vegetarian meal. That aside, the burger was good and my cherrylicious espresski was delicious.

Saturday staff are the worst! Don't know what they are doing. Kept me waiting for half an hour for my meal then told my friend we didn't order the meal. We were confirmed by another staff that the kitchen was making the meal 10 minutes before .

Overpriced bad food wih atrocious service. 45 minutes after entering this " diner" I questioned where our food was . A waitress returned to proudly let me know it was actually only 29 minutes and 45 seconds since I ordered my food . ( it must have taken longer than I allowed for to have my order taken ) . I was told it was very busy ( half filled) and my order was very big ( Baked beans and eggs on toast, chicken salad , kids macaroni and a chicken burger) . This is the last time I will ever attempt a dome - I can purchase bad service and bad food elsewhere for $95 .

Excellent service with friendly staff, delicious all day menu, fabulous relaxed & sophisticated atmosphere!. I was walking in Northbridge this morning trying to find a nice cafe' and was lucky to come across Dome on corner of James and Lake St in the heart of Northbridge. I ordered a cafe latte and wanted only half a serve of salmon, eggs with hollandaise sauce & staff Alyssa was more than happy to do that! Staff Steph was quick making my food. The coffee is great with the finest beans! The salmon and eggs was delicious with the eggs of my choise. The atmosphere is fabulous and ever so relaxed yet very sophisticated! I was pleased to know they even have free WIFI! Also great with toilet facilities at the cafe! The all-day menu is excellent with something to suit everyone! The staff Alyssa & Steph were so friendly and efficient and service quick! Well worth a visit at anytime of the day! I will definitely come back to DOME in Northbridge! Mia

Strange staff. Thank you to my server "Tia" I found out her name was for successfully avoiding eye contact with me the whole experience while staring longingly at my boyfriend on our anniversary... Made for an extremely awkward experience. Will be avoiding that weirdo at all costs. Thank you tia and your unicorn tattoo is super tacky. Goodbye some northbridge

Just not a long mac. Called in for a meeting, place is nice, clean and staff good... Ordered a long mac and was just like a flat white..didn't drink it... Hopefully only a once off... Will try again next time...

Average food, nice location. Location is great, convenient and atmosphere is nice.<br/>Food is extremely average. Nothing great, but price was okay. Coffee tasted burnt, too sweet and a little watery. <br/>Go if desperate but I'm sure you can find any other places that is worth your money around such a location.

DISGUSTED. Had coffee here last night with a friend, and whilst here drinking our coffee, an elderly lady made her way to the couch while her daughter went to counter to order their drinks. The poor elderly lady didn't see the step while walking toward the couch and she took quite a fall after tripping over the step..... My friend and I helped the lady to her feet and helped her to the couch. Unfortunately her daughter didn't see the fall and it seemed neither did the staff on duty. When one of the staff walked passed our table while she was cleaning other tables. my friend mentioned to her about the elderly lady's fall....Her response "Yeah we know" and continued to walk away... How rude!!!!!! She showed no concern at all and if they knew the elderly lady had fallen why the hell didn't any staff come to her assistance to see if she was hurt in any way and if she was ok...........last visit to this Dome

Nom nom. Thou they were really busy my coffee was really quite fast..had the chocolate cake warmed up with ice cream...really good.<br/><br/>i dont know why people complain about Domes..this one was really nice...staff friendly and happy and the service was awesome :)

Went for an after dinner coffee on a friday night, nice atmosphere, polite staff, reasonable wait time and my cappuccino was one of the best ive had in a long time. Will return next time

Useless.. A friend was running very late for dinner, so I stopped here..even knowing what a portent the dome can bring.<br/><br/>Suffice to say it lived up it's bad reputation. I was ignored at the counter for almost 10 minutes with 2 others...Finally after he had finished cutting the cakes slices from a new box, and making a coffee, the guy took our order.<br/><br/>Coffee did not come out as expected, hot and weak, but came out strong and lukewarm.<br/><br/>Yawn.<br/><br/>I used to work for the sister company cino-to-go which was also just as horrendous.<br/><br/>However, they do have nice decor.

Was there just a week ago and very bad organization. Waited for at least 30 mins for food to arrive. A simple order of orange juice, which came 20mins later, croissant with ham cheese tomato and a French bread with bacon and egg came 30 mins later. Horrible service and has got waiters And waitresses running around looking like newbies trying to look for a number given.

Do I never learn?. Australia Day, toasty hot 40 degrees and next to no cafes open in Northbridge. But Dome was and it was delightfully cold inside.<br/><br/>however<br/><br/>the coffee took 15 mins to come - they only made 3 before mine and when it arrived it was too hot to drink and the milk was burnt. Useless. Abandoned it and went to the movies instead.

Could be better, you get the feeling that they really don't care that your there. The food was delicous and prompt, but if your getting a drink be ready to wait. On two occasions I have eaten all the food before the orange juice and coffee come out. Food served in 5 min, coffee and juice took 20min.
