Seafood pan cake and pork dumplings very good tasteful!!!
Me and my friends got the unlimited bbq and it was sooo good! They had generous serving sizes, delicious meat and side dishes, very cool atmosphere and awesome customer service. It’s an excellent place to hang out and eat with friends.
If you're looking for a big meal for value this is it! FOOD // For $35, the all-you-can-eat menu was great value. Seafood pancake was tasty and filling; Accompaniments were all super tasty and you can ask for more; Meats were well marinated (recommend re-ordering the pork belly, beef neck chain), kimchi soup was not as strong in flavour as I'd like it however there was hardly room to ingest it by the time we got around to it. AMBIENCE // Staff were attentive, quick to prepare the bbq and response to multiple orders for more meat. This place is great for a group get together!
We came to this place pre-show a few days ago. We didn’t make any bookings but we arrived early so there were plenty of tables. We had the Seafood tofu stew (large) and it came with two bowls of rice; the Fiery sizzling chicken with cheese and Jap Chae. Everything was really tasty but not spicy for us at all (the seafood tofu stew and fiery chicken with cheese). Service here is great. Friendly and helpful waitstaff. I would come back in a bigger group next time to order more dishes.
6 of us got the $35 all-you-can-eat-meat set. it came with jap chae (noodles) and a seafood pancake for starters which you share between everyone at the table, as well as a side of soup. the meats were beef, chicken, and pork. not the greatest quality but hey, for $35 and an unlimited supply, you can’t really expect much more than this. service was lovely all round.
Wonderful food and excellent service which makes this Korean bbq place stand out from the crowd. Everything was great and we can’t wait to go back.
This place has a super cozy and comfortable feel about it and their all-you-can-eat menu was pretty good!
The meat that came in the set was fresh and had good variety but we had to finish the japchae and seafood pancake that came with it before we could get our meat refilled (wasn’t a problem as they were tasty and easy enough to share between six people anyway). The side dishes and army stew were satisfying, too.
The food by any means wasn’t anything special and I wish we could’ve ordered specific meats rather than receive the same plate and quantities each time but for $35p/h, we couldn’t complain. Overall, we were all happy with the meal and the staff were very attentive and friendly as well 🙂
good foods ( seafood pancake, kimchi Tofu soup and BBQ), kimchi is so amazing, but not recommend bibimbap. staff is very friendly. definitely come back with my friends
KTown has grown to become one of the best places for dining out in northbridge. Not many places offer (if any) charcoal bbq nowadays, along with its pleasant ambience. Highly recommended.
We tried the charcoal BBQ unlimited meat set menu. The set consisted of a kimchi/seafood pancake, japchae, unlimited bbq meats, and one choice of soup. To sum it all we had an epic experience. Only set back was that it was an unlicensed bar and you had to BYO. All in all, a great place!
A good korean bbq place! I absolutely love their kimchi pancake, nice and crispy with excellent sauce. I had the budae jigae the first time, which was nice and simple. I had the korean bbq the second time around and it was really nice. I love the sides. The kimchi was a good level of spice and the fish cakes was so good. Everything was seasoned to perfection.
Service was also great. They’re just a little busy, but they do come around and become helpful :)
First time to KTown Restaurant. More positives than negatives. We loved their unlimited side dishes: kimchi, seaweed, soy sauce potatoes and beansprouts. Seafood Pancake was loaded with seafood and had nice crust outside. Veggie Dumplings was ok. Chicken Buldak was spicy, some of us couldnt eat much of it. The let down dish was Beef Bulgogi, dry and got no sauce or whatsoever, although the taste was still alright. I wish they have the press button to call staffs like other Korean restaurants, but overall service was suffice.
Yummy dumplings, Army's stew is delicious. Service is great with unlimited small side dish top up 👍👍

Newly opened, their food was solid quality and more delicious than I thought it would be.
I had the Korean Fried Chicken and Pork Fried dumplings. Beautifully cooked and the chicken was juicy and boneless with a flavorsome coating and sauce. Dumplings were perfectly crunchy and the sauce added a lovely zing.
The standard and quality of food stands up well against other competing restaurants and while they're still experimenting and trying new things, including a new barbecue area, they are a place to look out for. Until they get license to sell liquor, it's BYO which is pretty fantastic considering how strict other restaurants are with alcohol.
Definitely going again to try everything else!
Busy place on a Saturday night, my friend and I came in for a meal. Both of us were not very hungry so we ordered the dumplings and chicken Buldak to share. Was pleasantly surprised that the side dishes were free to refill and there was more than 3 (in Perth 3 side dishes seem to be the norm with no free refill). Loved both the fresh kimchi and fermented kimchi. The chicken buldak is really quite spicy but the sauce leftover is great for frying a bowl of rice in. The seafood dumplings were ok but next time will order kimchi dumplings to try

TL;DR: Delicious and authentic Korean fare at bargain prices and honestly some of the best in Perth. Better than Arirang by a country mile. Almost as good as a meal at my mother-in-laws'.
This place is fantastic. The banchan (korean side dishes) are fresh and delicious and are all clearly made in-house, including the kimchi. We had three dishes including the seafood soft tofu stew (해물순두부찌개), sizzling spicy pork (제육볶음) and pork dumplings (고기만두), each of which were fantastic. The dishes taste like a home-cooked meal and are utterly delicious. The seafood stew was loaded with shrimp, squid, mussels and a prawn. The pork was spicy, fresh and crispy without being too fatty. The dumplings were soft, tasty, and again, handmade; we saw them being made in the kitchen as we walked in.
We were totally surprised by the cost too - three dishes, two drinks, rice and side dishes all for under $50. The service was friendly, professional and super quick. It's BYO too so make sure to bring along your favourite beer, wine or soju. We will definitely be returning to K Town and are looking forward to trying other dishes such as the army stew (부대찌개), kimchi pancake (김치전) and cold steamed pork trotter (so much better than it sounds, fantastic on a hot night with soju).
We made a last minute booking online. The place was large with efficient service although we did come for a early dinner. Good place to go to share dishes. Loved the seafood pancake, super crispy and more of glutenous texture which I really liked. Kim chi and seaweed dishes were highlights especially when it was complimentary. Cheap eats.. about $20 per person and we were really full!
K Town resides in presumably an old heritage listed site. My group of friends and I sat in one of the interior rooms - which gave a sense of almost eating at home. Friendly staff lead me down the hallway and into the 'living room' with a large round table where we ordered a host of Korean dumplings (which I saw were being freshly made by an older man on the way in), cheesy pork ribs and pancakes. The portions are very generous coupled with unlimited free side dish refills meant that everyone ate to their hearts content.
Such wonderful food, excellent accommodating staff and an overall buzzy vibe means I will be returning in the future!
Homemade mandu! Freakin awesome homemade kimchi! Chewy, crispy seafood pancake! Spicy, cheesy giant pork ribs on the bone. Crispy on the outside; soft, juicy and fatty on the outside. What a treat! Staff were friendly and the place had a great atmosphere. Will be back...! Good eats!

Updated 29/11/2017: C., D. and I caught up at @ktown_restaurant and amongst kimchi pancake and sizzling bulgogi we got ourselves a serve of Korean fried chicken 🍗. Now I gotta warn you only eat this on an empty stomach because the serving was massive, it also came with chips and radish! The sauce was sweet and sticky but lacked oomph, might have been just because we got the mild version, would have to get the spicy one next time 🌶. The chicken pieces were a bit dry, if they were just wings and drumsticks it would have been juicier. Geotjeori was still as perfect as usual though!

Another Korean addition in Northbridge! We finally checked out KTOWN and boy other well-established Korean places better watch out! This restaurant is owned and run by 3 generations of Koreans so you know the authenticity is on point 🎎. The dolsot bibimbap is soooo tasty, everything here is evidently prepared with care. Mix it all up and enjoy many spoonfuls of love, with a bit of crispy toasty rice on the bottom of the sizzling hot stone bowl. The unlimited array of side dishes is grandma's recipe and she is especially proud of her geotjeori, the non-fermented kimchi that assures the freshness and crunchiness of the cabbage 😍😍. Them bean sprout, seaweed and sweet potato salads are also out of this world, with each bite spreading happy thoughts all over. You can actually just order a bowl of rice and eat the side dishes alone, they are THAT good!!! Thank you KTOWN, you make my stomach full but my heart even fuller. Can't wait to return to eat my body weight in geotjeori 💖👄
awesome! great service, cool place, delicious banchan (the stewed potato was awesome!). we got bibimbap, two dumplings, seafood pancake. too much for 2 ppl. still cheap overall and we got leftovers ^_^
Went to Ktown for dinner with a girlfriend. The first thing that came out were all the side dishes and we were told these were unlimited refills, which is awesome as this is the first Korean restaurant that I’ve been to that offers this!! We ordered the cheesy pork ribs and bibimbup. The cheesy pork rib special menu dish comes with 2 options - mild or fiery. We ordered the fiery option and this was amazing. The meat was tender and melted in my mouth. The bibimbup was delicious, and you can taste the authentic flavours.
The service was great and staff were friendly, and definitely would come back again. I was told that they will be getting the charcoal bbq in the next few months, and I can’t wait to see what else they have to offer!
Very nice range of food which you can opt for buffet or you can order off the menu. We had the option b which includes different types of meats, prawns (unlimited)and scallops (once off). Good range of soju drinks too. We went for dinner at 530pm which was perfect time as it was less people and service was good. If you come after 7pm it gets very busy. The restaurant itself is a bit run down but food was great!
Came here with couple of my mates last weekend the Food was amazing very much worth the price!!
The staffs were super friendly, It was our first time having BBQ here so having the staf explaining everything for us was really helpful! Will come again 🙏🏽
Very cozy restaurant in william street. The individual meat portions are quite large, we were 6 people and 3 meat portions was more than enough. The bbq pit is quite not electric, so adds more smoky flavor. They also have self serve station with kimchi, fish cake, bean sprout and potato salad, where you can have as much as you want which was the best feature. Staff were very nice as well. Overall quite a decent feed.
Happy with the fast service and online booking note was picked up 100%. Meat and vegetables are fresh and juicy too. Highly recommend this to be on the top 10 list for Korean style BBQ in Perth.
Definitely my favourite kbbq restaurant so far, love love love the spare ribs!
The help yourself side dishes also have nice flavours. Ps: I'll just choose the meat only next time, cz i noticed we didn't eat the prawns much last time, even almost forgot about it.

Very busy place but all staffs were very friendly! Especially one girl with short hair was really nice. She explained the menu and options really well with patience. Also, the food is amazing. It has the same taste as I had in Korea. Thank you so much!
