The wood-fired pizza here is amazingly delicious topped with a generous amount of topping. I personally loved the Pizze Bianche (White Cheese Base).
Overall pretty good. The pizza base was bit soggy despite very crispy sides. Otherwise flavours were delicious. Would return to try other pizzas.
Still by far one of the best pizza eateries in Perth- IMO! It has the thinnest base and the flavours are just sensational! The restaurant itself is tiny and narrow which reminds me a lot of being in Italy!

In my humble opinion no one in Perth makes a traditional Italian pizza better than these guys. The dough is so tasty and chewy, perfect everytime.

Funky little joint with authentic Italian wood fired pizza. Ordered the quattro fromaggi pizza which was delicious, base was cooked to crispy perfection & toppings were generous. Service was ok but the place is quite small so gets quite crowded/busy. Worth checking out.

Royal seal of approval. Authentic. Friendly. Intimate. The fresh produce makes all the difference. One of the Prince's favourite haunts. Try the calzone and you won't be disappointed.
The pizzas are amazing! the flavour is just perfect for every pizza I have tried, which is about 5 different types.
I will say however, I don't dig the somewhat floppy dough. Other than that, your sauce is on point.
Customer service has always been great and I look forward to coming back here once more.

That base though/dough.... Best crust I've had in Perth. For vegos the toppings are pretty limited, but given the emphasis on traditional it makes sense. I think it's a fair price for the flavour. I favour the quattro formaggi, but most of what I've tried/i.e. basically all the vego pizzas have been good. Probably my 2nd favourite pizza place in Perth.

Discovered this place, wonderful pizza place in northbridge. Really lovely wood fired pizza. For those who eat meat I strongly recommend the margarita with ventriccini (sorry if the spelling is incorrect) the spicy Italian sausage. Excellent ! Also Saturday nights they generally have offers on drinks too ! Added bonus staff very friendly !

My friend and I were craving some good italian and Dough Pizza didn't disappoint. The service was friendly and quick to offer us a table which was awesome. The menu looked great, and we opted to share a pizza and pasta. The pizza was very authentic (even better than some I've had in Italy) and so freaking delicious! The carbonara was pretty rich and not such a flavour explosion, also not sure if it was homemade or not- would pass on that next time and stick to pizza :)
One of my favorite pizzas in Perth. I like the one with buffalo mozzarella cheese and Quattro formaggi. The quality of ingredients is good. Calzone did not impress me though.

One of the best authentic pizzas in Perth tucked away in a quietly trendy part of Northbridge. Deliveroo was prompt. Roman chips stole my heart. Fleshy slices of fried spud goodness. Pizza is truly Italian and simple with a beautifully cooked thin crust.
Can't comment on ambiance as we got über eats but delivery was prompt :) We got the calzone with extra prawns. It was so full of cheesy goodness. Really top notch. Bear in mind ventricina is a deli meat, which I didn't check before ordering :P I probably wouldn't order the calamari for delivery again. It was cold but we were kind of expecting it... Will definitely go to Dough Pizza in person but probably not übereats.
Love love looooove this pizza joint! An amazing little space inside, tucked away at the start of Northbridge. Having been here multiple times, service and food is always consistent and amazing. There are way too many pizzas to eat my way through, great place to go with a big group of friends and bring a few bottles of wines! Yes, it's BYO! Prices and corkage are affordable, and make sure to make room for dessert.
My personal favorite place for pizza. It might not do it for everyone but I love the thin crust and the fact that it's simple and not overly full of toppings and you don't feel like you have eaten fast food as it doesn't make you feel greasy afterwards would definitely recommend you try this place

Very authentic cosy place with an impressive attractive menu...no chicken options though. Thin crust pizzas. Was packed on the Friday night ...liked the half cheesy calzone part of the Dough special.
I had the calzone here and it was amazing. Only pizzeria in Perth I've found that does it right (mozzarella, ricotta, salami and basil). Would definitely recommend.
First impression was the lady looking after reservations really should learn how to manage customers better and in a friendly manner. With so many spare tables in the room next door it seemed bad business practice to simply turn customers away...the other waiters however were great. The pizzas were delicious and really liked the Dough special which is half calzone half margarita.

Divine pizza and Italian treats in NB! Ordered some take out last night and it was so fast! 🍴 The menu is beautiful, it was quite hard to make a decision. Opted for the Eggplant and Italian Sausage pizza. We made the right choice! The base was thin and very crisp around the edges, just the way I like it. The toppings were very generous and the marinated eggplant worked so well with the slightly spicy sausage. Lovely cheese too. Also tried the Prosciutto and Rocket - stunning! I can't choose a fave!
Went to Dough Pizza to celebrate last night with couple of friends...good aromas in the air and felt authentic italian so decided to try most from menu and it was worth it...From shared dishes and pizzas to desserts, everything had that nice homemade flavors...Only thing a bit annoying was a bit of wait between courses..Otherwise would have awarded 5.0 ....
Absolutely amazing! Food was beautiful. We ordered 9 pizzas and all perfect base and toppings. Mac and cheese and pear salad was also beautiful. Great selection of drinks and presentation equally as good. The service was brilliant and very knowledgable. Will definitely be returning again. Thanks for a great night out.
Got take away pizzas from here after my sis raving about this place having the best pizza in Perth (they live nearby and can't help having it once a week). With such high expectations it didn't disappoint well 2/3 pizzas were scrumptious. The dough lives up to its name it's beautiful, fluffy but still substantial. Parma (+ rocket and Parmesan) was simple but lovely and our fav. The four cheese pizza was so flavourful as a cheese lover it was heaven, have more than one slice and you will feel a bit icky but it was well worth it for me. Porcella was much too salty (had 3 meats and cheese) I'd give it a miss. Overall pizzas were delicious I'd def come back to try more stuff on their menu and the pizza. I've now tried the scugnizzo one (smoked ham, gorgonzola) it is my new fav! The cheese goes beautifully with the ham on a perfect base! ❤️ oh and free delivery within 3km!!! 👌🏼
Warm cosy atmosphere that smells like pizza. Good big menu with a good range of pizzas with either tomato or cheese bases, appetizers, pastas and salads. The Roman chips are like potato chips but 'real'. Really deliciously with a hint of rosemary. The pizzas have beautiful thin bases and the toppings are simple combinations that work well. The chili oil is a perfect topping.
Cannot fault this place - amazing atmosphere, great service. I come from an Italian family and can honestly say this is the best pizza I've ever eaten. Another great bonus is the tunes they play, hitting the nail on the head! :~)

We ordered a Dough Pizza at the Rooftop Cinemas. Upon our first bite we found half of it was burnt. I took it back and they immediately apologised and cooked me another one with no fuss. Great service, delicious pizza. The minimal toppings speak for themselves in regards to quality & freshness. We'll be back.

A little bit pricey but certainly one of the best pizzeria of Perth. Lately they start to put less ingredients on pizzas and the base is too thin.
Quite good, nice to have some delicious italian flavours with freshly made pizza. Can't doubt it is fresh dough when you can see it being made from scratch in the front window.
If one negative it would be that for a group who orders a few pizzas, the tables are quite small and hardly can fit the pizza plates on the table! Happy to put up with that though for some delicious food! *thumbs up*
Now that was a pizza. The selection of toppings, the thin pizza base, the service and decor all were superb. I'm a huge a fan of pizza and this was hands down the best pizza I've had to date. Must try: Pene Ham and add prosciutto - you will never look at pizza the same (photo attached- the white sauce).
Had a party of ten for a birthday party last night (Tuesday). Place was packed, great atmosphere, excellent decor, friendly staff and very attentive. And the pizza was delicious, in fact one guest said it was the best margherita she'd ever had , and she had a couple in New York a few months back ... highly recommended

I quite enjoyed this place. This place was a little quiet when we dined in here, which meant that the service was pretty good. Staff being friendly and very attentive. Pizza was made super fresh, I absolutely loved the Regina Pizza!! Would personally recommend that. I'd definately come back here again.
The only authentic Italian Pizza in Perth.. We thought that we would never taste the flavour of authentic Italian pizza again when we left Italy 10 years ago. But we can say (and many of our Italian expats friends agree), that Dough Pizza is finally THE place in Perth where you can have a taste of the best Italian Pizza. We go there regularly and the quality is always just outstanding, the flavours and cooking method authentic and the ingredients always fresh! Better than the average good Italian Pizza restaurant in Italy, actually!
Many other places in Perth try hard and sometimes they are good, sometimes they are pretty close, but the result is quite often just an imitation. Go to Dough Pizza and you will find out what we mean!

Excellent food and service- Dough Restaurant. To be honest it's rare I write a review but I felt that the food and service at Dough Restaurant deserved a mention. I found Dough Restaurant by chance on December 28th 2014. I had a friend from Ireland visiting who loves good pizza so we went in search for some good honest Italian food. Dough Is inviting,relaxed and serves quality oven baked pizza. The chips served with Rosemary and aioli sauce were also gorgeous. Salvitori the manager was welcoming and his customer service was a breath of fresh air. I only wish more restaurants were as friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending "Dough" and I'll certainly be returning in the near future. Compliments to the chef as well !
Kind staff, awesome pizza!. We went there yesterday during a busy Monday and we really enjoyed it. The waiter entertained us with explanations about Italian food and then pizza brought me back to Italy! Me and my friend were very happy

Almost 2 years later and finally got the chance to come back. It was very memorable from last time and rightly so - it was equally as amazing this time!! The pizzas are just so authentic and legitimately taste different. My dining company were shocked at how great the pizzas were - and they generally only go to Italian restaurants. Kudos for keeping the place authentic.

Yum!!. I understand the dislike by other diners / reviewers. It is not the traditional pizza we expect here in Australia at Italian restaurants. This is authentic Italian pizza made the way it would be in Italy.
The base seems "soggy" and the toppings are sparse but that's how real pizza is meant to be!! And it's delicious!!!
Absolutely packed out on a Saturday night yet food arrived very quickly.
Apart from the pizzas, the Crochette and Arancini are also amazing!
Special mention also to Vincenzo who made me a substitute drink (when the puree weren't available for a wine cocktail). It was great!
I think this is a great little gem. Have heaps of fun with the cousins. Most of the people in the restaurant were right off the boat from Italy, you know it's good then!
I don't know what pizza should taste like but it's the best pizza I've ever had , even delivered to a dark place of business in northbridge , they called my phone upon arrival, brilliant !!!! People who think this not good pizza should try dominos , or those black and gold frozen type , snap out of it , this is the closest thing real pizza , absolutely delicious

Sunday night came and we didn't feel like cooking, so we decided to order pizza to be delivered to us. Service was efficient and friendly and most importantly the pizza base was thin as it should be and the toppings made for flavoursome combinations. We will definitely order again!

Great for a group. Had dinner with a group of friends here recently and couldn't fault it. The pizzas are huge, fresh and delicious. Love that its byo too. Booked a table in advance since we were a large group and couldn't fault the service both in the booking process and at the restaurant.

We had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed both of our pizzas, the amazing tomato sauce based Scugnizzo had the edge on The Farmer, the bottle of Chianti rounded off a perfect meal. The ingredients are fresh and the combinations quite simple, but delicious. The service was great, speedy and friendly.
We would definitely return to try out some others.
Pizza Heaven. Best pizzas in Perth! Decor is uber cool....There is no other place to go than Dough for your pizza fix. This will be my Friday night regular.
Lunch time. Visited dough for lunch on Thursday, they have changed from their usual smaller size pizzas to Panini's we thought we would give it a try anyway and I'm glad we did, they were so yummy! Just like the pizzas but a toasted sandwich instead and cheaper too.
Authentic pizza. We had pizza delivered from Dough last week. It was as had been described by friends - less toppings and chewier base than other places, and probably slightly better eaten fresh than delivered, but overall very enjoyable. Will try dine in next time.
Oh, and the olives - delicious.

Went on recommendation from a local and was not disappointed. Funky decor with groovy Italian film posters lining the walls. Only complaint would be that our five meals arrived at three different times. A pasta was finished thirty minutes before three pizzas arrived and then it was another fifteen minutes before the final meal arrived. Staff were fantastic and water was continuously refreshed (great on such a hot night). Delicious food but experience could be improved by better timing in delivery.
Have been here on a number of occasions and have always enjoyed my meal.The pizzas are fantastic and this is definately one of the top pizza places in perth!..The dessert pizza is definately worth a try if you enjoy sweets, the nutella and walnut mix is very tasty!..dont know about some of the comments posted on here, it's not overpriced at all, and pizzas are not 'soggy' at all, they have the right amount of ingrediants and are always fresh, everytime I have been I have had better pizzas than what I have had in Italy.

I had a booking for 6 on Saturday night. Forgot it was the same day as the Beaufort St festival! Place was packed. However service was pleasant and efficient. Quality of food excellent. Provided wine glasses for byo and kept table topped up with cold water. Bill worked out to $19 per person so excellent value. Even offered to wrap up the leftovers for us. Would happily dine here again.

Even the Italians love it!. I recently had some work colleagues come over from Italy and needed to take them out for dinner. Most people would think to give them a 'Perth' food experience but because we are lucky to have a plethora of amazing cuisine, there was just too much to choose from! So we decided that Italians must like pizza, right? Or was that just presumptuous of me?
After handing out the address and a print out of Google maps, my Manager and I took a quick stop to the Northbridge liquor store and met the guests at Dough. I had only booked for 8 people but alas, there were 11 Italians and me! The staff at Dough managed to fit us all in with a big smile. Yep, we were going to be loud!
I ordered the Scugnizzo with just enough gorgonzola to make the pizza delectable. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! My Manager ordered the Napoli, "Because real pizza has to have achovies". Although we had one pizza each, the table traded slices so we could try everything. I recommend the Parma, it was piled high with rocket leaves, very impressive! The pizza base was thin and perfectly cooked, just how it should be. The toppings were fresh and combined well to create the most tasty pizza in Perth.
Two hours of eating drinking and being merry, all of our guests commented on how delicious the pizza was. I think this says a lot coming from Italians!

The Dough is Delicious. Best pizza we've had in a while. Fresh ingredients and yummy bases. Brilliant to see how William street is developing. Hardly even need to take your pepper spray along on a weeknight anymore!
This place serves amazing pizza. Love the thin & soft pizza dough! I have to say my fav would be prosciutto, rocket & parmesan pizza and the eggplant & sausage pizza. My wife and I shared the pear/rocket salad and the farmer pizza. Salad very flavoursomel and the pizza had too much cheese and a little too salty but the potato and sausage was nice. The service was fast and with smiles. I think it's just a little overpriced, but isn't everything in Perth. Can see myself going back in the future
Authentic Italian pizzas that no other place in Perth claiming to be genuine has been able to come close. Prices are not cheap but the portions are big. Service is typically Italian - slow, arrogant and serious. The waitresses were lovely, but the waiters leaned on the macho "I know what's best" side. Gelato was amazing - tried vanilla bean and lemon. Will return but not on a weekend! Viva Italia!
Yummy but you are paying for it. Like many other reviewers, I have to agree the pizzas are wonderful but pricey. The pizzas are light and covered in delicious gooey cheese without tasting oily. We had the quattro formaggio pizza with the a light white cheese base sauce (perfect!) and we also had the margherita.. But could not believe that the margherita pizza with buffalo mozarella was $24.50! (you get charged an additional $8 to get buffalo cheese added to your pizza).. so all up, great pizzas but wouldn't be a place i would return to on a regular basis

Dough Pizza - Awesome!. Right, just to get things straight, Dough is the best Pizza place in Perth. People here are saying that it's a gourmet pizza place and this and that. The pizzas at Dough are the way pizza's should be, there is no other alternative other than inferior 'skippy' Pizza's. Come to Dough, sit down order, smash a couple of drinks that you have brought (is BYO) and then await the masterpieces. Dough is just a place to get a great tasting (traditional Italiano) pizza that uses the freshest and best ingredients and have a few beers with friends. The price of the pizza's are apparently slightly more expensive than other places, but the use of great cheeses and other quality toppings along with the master Pizza maker direct from the home town of Pizza making , Napoli makes for a great night out...go there and acquaint yourself with what pizza is supposed to be like (will be confronting for people used to the usual 'skippy' pizza dross in the suburbs)
Awesome. LOVE! this place. I have been three times so far and cant fault it. Great service, great food and funky atmosphere. Music audible but not overpowering and lights dim but not dark. Pizza crispy on the outside and a bit gooey in the center which to me anyway is perfect. Bases are made fresh on the day. Great selection of sharing plates and also some nice vego selections. So very glad its in my local area. Cant wait to go back
All the delicious. I distinctly remember the opening days when were the only customers. Most recently, the place was very busy but we still had great service and the wait for food was not too long. We went for two favourites - the Farmer and the Parma; two favourites that were just as delicious as ever. My suggestion: go with a bigger group to get more so you can try more of the pizzas!
Went for dinner with my girlfriend and the pizza is the since I have moved over here from the east coast. Fresh ingredients amazing tasting dough. I would definitely go again and as for the negative reviews I wouldn't take them on board. They are probably used to Dominios as a "real" pizza. The only gripe I have is they won't deliver to Kings Park. It's 7kms guys!

Mama Mia!! What an amazing pizza place! First up though, I would like to ask the pizza chef's at front of house to lose the attitude guys. It doesn't suit the rest of the cool vibe of your restaurant. Lucky for the waitresses who oozed effervescent charm, politeness, and warmth. As for the food.... We cannot fault it! Being regular foodies, we are by now (sadly!) accustomed to big prices and tiny serves in Perth, but this was not the case here! We were pleasantly surprised! Crispy prawns for starters got the taste buds going, followed by a fresh and robust Beetroot and spinach salad. The croccetas (potato dumplings with cheese) lacked a bit of depth and punch, but they were nice enough. As for the pizzas, old school roma here we come! Deliciously thin, crispy base topped with generous lashings of vibrant fresh tomato salsa and two or three toppings (we had the puttanesca) highlighting every ingredient, rather than 100 ingredients where all the flavours are lost. After all that, we still managed to squeeze in dessert... A ricotta pear sweet calzone pizza, served with some of the BEST vanilla bean ice-cream we have ever had. Open up the pizza pocket abd scoop the ice cream inside and get ready for the big O-M-G moment that is bound to follow!! We'll be back soon! Fingers crossed we're greeted with a smile at the front of house!
Still great pizza here and the rest of their menu is worth trying too. The mussels are always spectacular.

Variety in Pizza about time. If you are into less is more as far as pizza goes you will love it. Great pizza and fantastic to have a different style here in Perth. A bit more southern Italian style, thinner in the middle. Don't expect it to be smothered in toppings (hooray).
Pizza crust is not that good really. It's a bit thin & chewy & not enough air bubbles. However the toppings are traditional & fresh . We had the Bufalina Pizza which has buffalo mozzarella. The standout for me was the Parmesan & Salami Crochette...very delicious with the right amount of softness. Gelati is very fresh & smooth. Like the fitout with the exposed brick & Italian movie posters on the walls.
Some of the Best Pizza in Perth. Dough is the place to go if you want proper, traditional Italian wood-fired pizza. For someone who is regularly put off the typical oily, cheese-heavy pizzas which are found around one too many pizza joints in Perth, Dough is my saviour.
Using the finest ingredients and all home-made bases, the pizzas are absolutely delicious. The salads are to be commended also - the tomato and buffalo mozzarella being my favourite.
The service compliments the food - with waiters regularly approaching us simply to see if we were enjoying our pizzas.
One downside is the price, as mentioned in plenty of other reviews. The pizza's do not exceed $25 each, which is my opinion is *just* reasonable, yet the salads can be quite pricey and everything adds up pretty quickly.
In my honest opinion though, do not let the price deter you. Pizzas like these are well worth the price, and of the four times I've been, I've always left satisfied and delighted.
Brilliant. Best pizza we have had since we went to Italy, possibly even better than Italy, very authentic, delicious starters to compliment. Great atmosphere, very funky fit out! We'll be back!
Really good quality pizza. Far better than most woodfired pizzas in Perth that I've had. Priced higher than Perth average but the ingredients are top notch which could explain it. I'll definitely go again.
Fantastic. I would happily pay substantially more for Pizza of that quality, superb ingredients, authentic, light and crisp bases. Comfortably the best Pizza I have had outside of Europe, and side dishes also excellent.
Don't be put off by earlier reviews, which clearly fall into the, if it's cheap and the portions large then it's good category.
Good Pizza & Calzone. The pizza was very good, and the ricotta and pear calzone was quite exceptional.
Give the roasted veges a miss though, not sure what was going on there.
Service was fine too.
If you want cheap and crappy pizza, plenty of chain stores further down in Northbridge.
Hands down the best pizza in Perth - and believe me, I am very fussy about pizza! This is definitely the best I've had outside Italy. The staff are lovely, and the prices are the same as any other gourmet pizza place in Perth (see photos of menu for proof.) I am so glad to have found Dough! It's definitely my new go-to for great pizza.

Margherita, crumbled Italian sausage, sauté eggplant. This was quite a salty pizza. the eggplant was nicely cooked through, but not soggy. With the Italian sausage providing a nice amount of spice to the dish.
Oh, and to let you in on Dough’s secret ingredient: it’s the Neapolitan chef Vincenzo who comes from a family of pizza chefs. Figures!

Pizzas are prepared fresh and quickly to order, which I appreciate. The food is tasty and well-made, the prices are reasonable, and the servings are large.
In a nightlife hotspot, and with a funky (if slightly young and trendy) décor, its gratifying to see the main focus here is the authentic Napoli pizzas. This means airy crust with a charred exterior and a chewy centre with pointedly sparse toppings. As the name articulates, the key to a perfect pizza is the dough. And the Italians operating the wood-fired oven here in Northbridge have nailed it! True to Naples in flavour and form, the bases are thin but not waif-like, pliable and slightly chewy. Pizzas are cooked in a wood fired oven at high temperatures for short time, giving the pizza the wonderful, rustic bubbled edges. The toppings are delightful too. You'll only find authentic combinations such as the salty and brazen; ' Puttanesca ': capers, olives, and some serious anchovies, scattered over a wonderful tomato base. Pizzas hover around the $23 mark and it’s enough to feed two self-pitying dieting do-gooders or one ravenously-eyed elastic-waisted patron.
This is a, for want of a better word, gourmet pizza place. It's not Eagle Boys or Dominos, nor is it one of the many take away phone in your order wood fired pizza joints that dot Perth. This is not expensive. If you want to eat in a restaurant, be served and absorb some atmosphere while you eat, then you pay. If you want to sit on your couch at home and eat your take away pizza in front of the TV, then you pay less. It's simple really.

Amazing gourmet pizzas! Went with my 2yo and hubby and we all loved it, hubby loved the spicy pizza - it's very spicy so only for those who can take a kick! Not me...🙄 I loved my Truffle pizza and our boy who's not into pizza enjoyed the wood fire garlic bread 😍 lovely staff and amazing to be able to watch the pizza being made, our boy had fun watching the pizza chef. Highly recommended, looks like new owners are doing great job👍

One of the best pizzas I've had, the service was very friendly and quick. The inside has beautiful old posters and pictures of movies and has a very Italian vibe. The desserts also looked very good, however the pizzas were too big for us to have any room for desserts.
I am yet to try the pasta but I love coming here for nicer dinners with friends and family!! Really delicious pizza and so many options to choose from! Would recommend coming here.
Years ago I taught English to a Napoli-born and bred Italian student named Rosario, who was prouder of nothing (aside from his beautiful wife Simona, who he said it was an honour to wait for on dates) than being from the home of the world's original and best pizza made only of fresh, simple ingredients cooked right, not en masse rubbish chucked-on like typical Aussie pizza, which offended his sensibilities. Rosario, like me, would have been honoured and delighted to wait less than 15 minutes for this mouth-watering, authentic pizza, infused with the Italian joy for life of Dough's gorgeous, attentive staff. A lovely experience. Thank you.
