Small Chic industrial shop with generous portion sizes and amazing food. The French toast is delicious but be warned it's for two people. Vietnamese coffee is solid, a good balance of coffee and condensed milk.

Exceptionally nice coffee! These guys have wonderful staff and offer a great range of tasty food. Although I haven't tried the speciality milkshakes they are apparently to die for! You definitely won't be disappointed.
We were the only people ordering food and had to wait around 20 minutes for the food!!! And even then it was very average. Poached eggs were more like HARD boiled eggs. Bread was more like 2 week old bread that's been toasted and hard! Kitchen staff were loud and very annoying. The only silver lini

35minute wait for food. Bread was rock solid stale, poached eggs hard, ‘side of bacon’ consisted of two small strips mainly fat. Smashed avo was brown and off. Told to move tables half way through breakfast to accommodate an incorrect booking, moved from a table to bar stools mid breakfast. NEVER EA
