Heaps of noodles with hot piping soup. Natural and refreshing. Plenty of wontons and some vegies on the side. Don't forget to put some white pepper on-top and eat with picked chilli! Noodles were slightly overcooked but still delicious!

I always go here for fried rice but never had any greeting or smile or thank you from them. One lady always there was super rude and unfriendly, she always act like Im there to beg her for food lol. As a business even if you dont feel happy yourself atleast say thank you when you take the money. What a terrible service every single time.

If you are into food and not atmosphere then get your skates on. Best bbq pork, roast pork and roast duck. Nothing like eating to the chop chop chop of bbq or roast pork. Not much seating but very popular and huge Asian clientele , so authentic food. A must even if you takeaway and eat at home.

Decided to get a quick meal at the Golden King BBQ in August of 2018. Ordered the combination rice with bbq pork and roast duck. The meal itself was average. Nothing special but came with everything as advertised. The hygiene with the cutlery is absolutely disgraceful. I was provided with a fork that still had rice still stuck in it and also a spoon that had staining. I quickly asked the waiter to replace the cutlery. I can understand this being a small restaurant but it's not that hard to wash the cutlery before giving it to in-house customers. The customer service was average. I have been a regular customer in the past but i can see that the level of attention to hygiene at this restaurant has dropped significantly. I hope this restaurant can pick up on these areas and improve in future.

Ordered roast pork , roast duck and vegies with oyster sauce here to take away as I was craving some roasted meat. The vegies were quite tasteless and weren't cut to bite size. But oh boy the roast pork' skin was nice and crunchy, the roast duck was tasty too. Could be more generous with the sauce though, and great value for thhe roast pork and duck

We had the combination seafood in garlic sauce and three meats, large platter. The meats were good but what brought it down was the seafood. The fish was rubbery. We didn’t enjoy that texture.

Won't be ordering here again. Food had a very odd taste with all the dishes we ordered(spring roll, wontons, chicken fried rice, satay chicken, mixed chilli vegetables and vegetables noodle soup) vegetable dishes were just filled with cabbage also. Very disappointing and a waste of money. Oh and they don't tell you it's cash only on the phone either.

The food here is amazing! I love their chilli oil and the aroma of roasts waffling in the air as you walk by. It is a small shop with basic decor necessities that remind me of the various small stalls in Singapore. It can be very busy on weekends so do call ahead :)

Great roast meats in the northern suburb. You can expect great value, taste and decent portions here. The roast duck with egg noodles or rice, the roast meat and sweet barbeque pork are must trys!<br/>However, do not expect a good level of service here. The wait staff throws cutlery on your table and they do not give out the sauces when you do take away. Please remember to ask for the sauces!

Came here for a late lunch today at 3:00pm because everywhere else was closed and we wanted a quick feed! Ordered a duck and roast pork rice and a chicken sweet corn soup! Portion size was generous and the soup was HOT and Fresh! We paid $15 all together, $10.50 for rice and $4.50 for soup! What a bargain! Highly recommended. Will be back to try other items on the menu.

Roast duck noodles cooked dry. Fabulous with Hong Kong style chilli oil. Average pricing at $10.50 a plate. Decor and ambience are basic. It's not a restaurant to entertain but for your meals.

Ten ten been around for along time and one of the first Malaysian restaurants. Popular and in the heart of Victoria park. Does most dishes well the HOR fun is ok but lack the colour and slightly char bits to make it exceptional. The Japanese tofu is quite good.

The one place I love ordering the Beef Brisket dry noodles with soup on the side. Its cheap! Reliable! And fast! Did I forget to mention that parking is free and if you must walk off the calories you just ate, Morley Galleria shopping centre is within walking distance to burn off any calories you ate. What more do I love about here is that they are open 7 days a week with only public holidays closed. Which I am not angry about. Most dishes range from $10.50 - $12. <br/>The BBQ-ed goods are just as good as the stuff you'd have to drive all the way into Northbridge for. But sometimes I'd wish they would consider having eftpos available rather than cash only.

All the smart people got takeaway. I was dumb enough to dine in. Got in trouble with my wife over this one. Cutlery and plates were pretty dirty. They need to replace the dish washer. Service was normal. There was one'high chair' which was ok for baby. The biggest problem I have were the fellow diners. It was pretty scary. Seriously, where do these people come from. I thought Morley was alright but I was wrong. I'm pretty sure all these guys just got out of prison. Two guys kept on eying off my little boy and my wife and making silly comments. I'm never dining here again.

I used to go to this restaurant before. The food was ok until I saw the kitchen. My toilet is better then this !!! Worse than public toilet. I was sick I don't know whether it's from food poisoning.. please be aware of this restaurant customer service is disgusting the woman there appears to be very racist. I am so surprised that food safety investigation hasn't been done in this place. As we are paying customers. Also she wanted me to go and get my <br/><br/>she wanted me to go and get my own cutlery and take it to the table!!!! I am paying her for the service and the food and I have to collect my own cutlery stupid idiot !!!!!!

We wanted to try somewhere new & felt like really crispy roast pork or pork belly. Thought we'd try this place as the decor looked authentically tacky & a constant stream of asian customers is always a good sign. The prices are good but the food was pretty@ ordinary unfortunately. The char sui pork (the red bbq) was very tasty but the roast pork was very moist & very porky whichvwasnt very nice , it lacked the appropriate taste & crunch. We ordered hokkien noodles which were absolutely watered down & bland, didn't emjoy them at all. Overall it lacked flavour all round, disappointing & we won't be back

Best Asian cuisine I have ever eaten. Been going here for the last 15+ years and they never disappoint. The friend rice is hands down the best in Perth by far, and the unique use of duck is to die for. If you haven't tried this place please do because you haven't had Chinese til you eat here.

I only ever order one thing when I visit the Golden King BBQ Express so my review is based solely on that one dish - roast pork and roast duck with dry noodles. It's a tiny little place that won't be winning any awards for ambience or service but it serves simple tasty food at reasonable prices. There's often a bit of a wait for a table if you're there at lunchtime on the weekends and many people getting take-away so I assume the other dishes are just as enjoyable as the roast meats.

The prices are very reasonable here and the food is not too bad. <br/>It was a shame that the girl serving us did not speak English so it made the communication difficult. As I asked her questions, she just said yes to everything I asked - but when the food came out, her answers should have been no's. The dishes we thought we were getting were not it.

OMG!!! Their roasted ducks have WORMS INSIDE!!!! It is SO DISGUSTING AND TERRIBLE! It is our second time seeing worms in the roasted duck and this is extremely unhygienic. The first time, we ate it on the day we bought it and when my sister microwaved it, all the maggots or whatever those white worms were, are crawling out the duck onto the rice and the bowl. Luckily, she saw it before she had it. We didn't do anything for the first time but it happened again, WORMS again!! This time we have some the day we bought it and stored it in the fridge for one day and was going to have it the next day, but there were worms crawling on the cover of the container and on the meats!!! Omg, thinking that we ate it the day before, i feel like vomiting.

Our go-to for take away cha-siu and BBQ pork. Under catered for a family lunch? Last minute dinner guests? No problem! Great stuff, but bring cash as they don't have eftpos. Leftovers perfect for fried rice, or for sneaky midnight snack. Ask for extra sauce: there's never enough.

Sigh, why is it always that I order the wrong dish??? My partner had combo bbq meat with rice whilst I had wet hofun with beef and vege clear soup on the side. The wet hofun was at least better than what was served at the other restaurant in Morley but it was still lacking. My partner enjoyed his lunch at least. 😐😐😐

Chinese Pearl. If i am in Morley, I have to eat at the Golden King BBQ Express. Great staff, awesome food and reasonable prices. I can't believe anyone who knows Chinese food can not like this place. Get yourself a pot of jasmine tea, drool over the menu, order the ambrosia and take in the wonderful aromas that waft through the place to tease you until your meal arrives.<br/>I have only had one service glitch here in a number of visits and they made it right straight away. I love the smoky taste they give the meats. Their fried Kway Teow is my treat. I have seen a review here that didn't like this dish, but I will always have it here, it just beats everything else offered from most other Chinese foo d outlets i have been to. <br/>The number of Asian customers I see all the time I visit the GKBE, reinforces to me just how brilliant the food here is, and how lucky we are that they chose to settle here and cook like angels. For fast food the result is better than most fine dining flavours.

With a 93% rating we thought we'd try it out for lunch. Rather disappointed really. Fried Rice was not very good. Bbq Pork wasn't the tastiest. The soya chicken and roast pork were ok. We ate in and saw lots of takeaway and it was 3pm in the afternoon. So it's a popular store. Maybe we picked the wrong meals.

Juicy roast duck. Dined here a few times. Even on weekdays it gets packed with people waiting for takeaways. I have only had two dishes here and I like them quite a lot - the roast duck with egg noodle and roast pork with rice. The roast duck is juicy and flavorsome.

Best noodles in Perth. This place is amazing, fantastic food and very cheap. I come here at least once a week (for about the last year) and have never had a bad experience. Wet fried ho fun with mixed seafood is my favourite so far, but every noodle dish I've has is fantastic. Proper Asian cuisine.

Golden King BBQ. The food at this place is always very good. The take away is not as good as when you eat it there. Also don't expect great service or sliver service this place is pretty basic and as long as you can put up with some of the staff - who are quite rude sometimes - then definitely give it a go.

The service was good, but not their food. Order some dishes one was beef, so salty we can't eat, we asked the waitress to ask chef to do something with it, but it was still salty, I think the beef self just full of salt? The chicken was not nice as well, the roast duck and pork was ok, I suggest never order other food apart from the BBQ meat!

Great BBQ Pork. Our family ALWAYS orders takeaway BBQ pork here. It is close by and so delicious. The steamed chicken and roast duck is also nice. The fried rice is to die for. I could eat a whole box of it to myself. The lunch menu is average though.

Okay, but there are better.... I just had a takeaway BBQ pork & rice which was okay, but not quite up to the admittedly high standard set by Hong Kong BBQ or Good Fortune in Northbridge.<br/><br/>On the plus side, Golden King is open on Wednesday nights, whereas the two aforementioned places in Northbridge are both closed.<br/><br/>Would I go back? Yes. Hopefully next time the char siu will have a little more flavour to it!

Animal sacrifice at its best. You know something's not quite right when worshippers gather on a regular basis to part with their money after eating a sacred meal. But somethings not quite wrong either when you worship at the altar of burnt animal offerings at lunch time every week day especially when said burnt animals taste this good. Roast pork with crackling - be a man, order the large serve or deep-fried this and that if oven roasting doesn't turn you on. Both are dry heat applications so you can assume they are equally healthy. Don't be a dummy by ordering the fried rice and spring rolls. Do the right thing - order the wontons and duck meat fried rice. Now, that's real asian f00d..

Meat FTW. Our first ever meal in our new home after we bought it was takeaway Golden King, eaten sitting on the bedroom floor. Golden King is usually better takeaway to be eaten in the comfort of your own home, but dine in or takeaway it is always great, especially the roasted and BBQ meats.

I’ve had the char siu from the NB branch, but never Morley. Appearance-wise, JW’s char siu was comparatively paler than AS’. It was a tepid red/pink colour and had little caramelisation and charred bits so it wasn’t glistening as much. But more importantly, how did it taste? It was considerably drier than AS’, and because it lacked caramelisation, it didn’t have that nice sweet maltose finish to it. In the end, we all preferred AS’ from Good One BBQ =P
