I had a frustrating and disappointing experience at Ruby Bakehouse this morning. Staff were preoccupied with telephone orders, I didnt understand the 'limited menu', a cooked breakfast was unavailable. Staff impatient and unhelpful. No alternative was offered. Very confusing as signage outside was advertising ' Egg on toast with coffee' .?!!
I ended up not ordering and went somewhere else !

Little cafe located in the middle of the suburb offering great coffee and food. Have been there numerous times for breakfast and one can never complain about the food, the coffee nor the service. The staff are always welcoming, and the the food is always freshly made. Definitely worth a visit.

This is not just a bakehouse but a great local cafe with simple parking, seating and plenty of options for food including vegetarian.
I've been two days in a row having a mouth-watering spicy buttermilk chicken burger on the first with my coffee on both days being made smoothly.
Staff are super friendly and remembered me on the second visit.

Been here a few times and enjoyed every time. Service always friendly. Great "Small Café" feel about the diner. Breakfasts are great. Eggs Benedict my fav. Order double-shot if getting a large coffee. Always end up getting take-aways with meal as everything looks delish - and tastes great. Probably not the cheapest but quality, taste and service are well worth it! Will definitely visit again, as the wife and I enjoy the "homely feel" of the place.

Great Cafe with super friendly staff and atmosphere. The food is always delicious and being able to order the food/coffee over the phone is great when pressed for time or during the breakfast and lunch rush. Eggs Benedict from Rubys is an absolute winner for me.

They were very friendly and kind but after I ordered Takeaway I saw a mouse running across the floor and I couldn’t eat my food after seeing that.

Bacon and egg sandwich and a flat white, two really basic items done so incredibly well. The sandwich was rich and tasty and the coffee was perfectly made. Definitely coming back!

This is a great hidden cafe. The cupcakes are definitely worth trying, they are absolutely amazing. But there isn't usually enough seating and the menu needs more of a variety. The cupcakes are $4.00 (a but pricy) and the other things on the menu are a bit over priced for some people's taste. There is a park across from the cafe which is good to take your food away and eat it there. Good cafe atmosphere.

Visited today to find a fairly quiet and small cafe. The service wasn't particularly friendly to start with. The cakes and slices looked really good however I ordered a flat white and spinach and pumpkin quiche with salad. The quiche was extremely bland except for when I ate small pieces of pumpkin, the salad was just a garden salad and nothing exciting. It's not a particularly cheap cafe but isn't very dear, however I think for the quality and what you get it's overpriced. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this cafe, the coffee was OK but that was about it.

I came across this sweet little cafe totally by accident. With an hour to kill I nearly missed the sign but did a u-turn; to be rewarded with a great breakfast, nice setting with indoor and outdoor seating (dog friendly!), the friendliest service and some very, very tasty (home-baked) brownies "for the road". <br/>Not in my usual geographic area but whenever I am near here again, I will definitely make a point to call in!

A gem! Been several times for lunch and never disappointed. Everything is homemade so is fresh and not pumped with crap. We have had the tuna pots which are so tasty and the salads to go with are delicious too, and plentiful! The kids have had the sausage rolls which they love as a treat. Had burgers and sarnies which are always great tasting and great sizes. Coffees are good too. All at a very reasonable price and a great little welcoming place, I would definitely recommend.

We visited there for lunch this week for the first time, the food was so good, very friendly staff, everything well displayed just loved it, worth a visit I will be going back where can you buy a latte in a larger than normal glass for $3.50 and it was very good, they also have a display to help local community including our Peduli Bali we thank them for that. Please support them worth going
