Sadly understaffed, was told 30min wait to get a hot chocolate at 1030 in the morning, pls put on more staff to support the demand. All around me not happy and a few walking off as I did.
Service very slow especially when you have the complimentary ticket they're not in a hurry to serve you. The girls will be chatting to each other. I waited for 10 mins. to get my coffee when there was no que at all. The coffee was horrible and cold l just put it straight into the bin.
The flat bread meal was disappointing (overheated so most of the cheese just ran out and the bread was like a cracker) as was the cheesecake dessert. I don't know if this is a reflection of all Coffee Clubs now or just this one.
Unfortunately the day we visited on a Sunday morning it was busy. As a result we waited 40 minutes for our two big breakfasts which when arrived was dried out and very unpleasant. Bacon was dry and lifeless, eggs dried out too and so on. The brag of this place is The Biggest of Big Breakfasts but
My place to go to every time I visit water town. My kind of coffee shop. They serve nice sandwiches and desserts. Friendly staff. Quick service.
