I have ordered 2 matcha fresh milk tea large/medium but quality was not great. matcha power separated from milk and it looks unappealing and taste is bad specially the after taste as powder remain in mouth. Feel like shop has used expired product. pic attached.

I really enjoy this bubble tea place. It suits my taste pallet very well. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. This store also hosts (to my liking), cupsleeve events regularly, which from my knowledge- push people to try bubble tea for the first time, who wouldn’t have otherwise. Which is great! I always visit whenever I’m up in Perth, in fact, I’m glad that I don’t live nearby- otherwise I’d be there everyday. Great shop, my go-to-place for bubble tea.

Changed the menu lately so you have to “add milk” to make it milk tea...
Fast working friendly staff, sadly tea is never filled to the brim at this store. Worlds stickiest floor on Fri, Sat & Sun nights. Still if you can overlook the cleanliness etc it’s better than Gong Cha up the road .

I think here's like the best one among them. Original milk tea they offer is always the best and refreshing. Love it! It looks like the owner or manager is one of the biggest fans for K-pop group haha One thing was a shame that the music was tooo loud to have a chat inside. My friend and I had to leave the place in a hot weather. Not sure for dine in but for to go, it's perfect and will make another visit soon😊

Presotea makes their bubble tea with real tea and not just powders. Quick service and plenty of flavours. You can adjust the levels of sweetness and ice etc. I'm definitely a regular.

Favourite bubble tea place. Little disappointed today as they ran out of pearls but fresh tea series is great with jellies 🥰 Didn’t miss bubbles 😋 that much.

I AM always tempted to go to Presotea after dinner in Northbridge! Just love the strong authentic and sweet flavour of Presotea! My favorite would be the okinawa brown sugar milk tea with pudding! <br/>Staffs are friendly, but they could improve on serving time - but at no expense on quality of product of course.

I have been to this place many times..and always order their jasmine milk with sago /pudding And on this occasion, I decided to try different one- matcha fresh milk tea..with 30%sugar and less ice<br/>For me it's taste like ordinary powder green tea..I am bit disappointed😓<br/>

For customer service. Refer the picture I posted earlier. Hot drinks provide carton or double cup for customer to hold the cup. I don't know how to drink but leave it on the table. How great is that I don't know. Previously I get hot drinks, staff from city would remind it's hot. Other places, hot tea comes with either one. Out of stock is not what I cause you to.

The female manager so rude. Don't go there again!!!they serve the worst tea ever , full of sugar, ordered no sugar still got full cup of sickening sweet tea. Discussing! Asked for the new one, got yelled back by the bob hair female manager with extremely rude attitude. She yelled out at the whole shop paused service slow to other customers, no manner at all. <br/>

The pineapple drink was too sweet. Lines are very long. <br/><br/>However the Ali San tea is nice and better than the other ones in Perth. The tea is fresh. 4/10 average.<br/><br/>Go to Viet hoa a Vietnamese restaurant and get a drink fresh from there instead

Clean store but very slow with taking orders and making the drinks. It wasn't very busy when we went, but the girls kept making errors with the previous order which ended up taking nearly 30 mins for ours. Besides from that, it was good. Got what we ordered exactly the way we ordered. Taro milk tea, less sugar and less ice. Hopefully next time, the girls would be more experienced and there wouldn't be such a long wait.

Presotea provides freshly brewed tea in different range and flavour. Every customer can customised their sugar and ice level of the drink. I'd normally go 50% sugar with my order and keep the ice level at normal.<br/><br/>We tried the new matcha cocoa with 100% sugar and ice, it was very refreshing! One of the favourite if you're after fruity and sour post-dinner drink was passionfruit lemon juice. We ordered ours with 50% sugar to get more sourness out of it.<br/><br/>The cafe is quite spacious and located across the Moon. It's a suitable place for family and large groups so we will definitely be back if we're around the area.
