Great place to grab a coffee or tea and a fantastic sandwich or cakes. Staff are friendly and helpful & they have lactose free milk for those that are lactose intolerant.. And the coffee great tasting and must say one of the best coffees I've had for a long time.. it can get fairly busy and can sometimes be a bit of a wait for your coffee but you don't mind waiting due to the good service and tasty coffees and treats as well of course the sandwiches
The vegetarian pesto sandwich is my favourite - it’s so good! I’ve come back to update my review after my experience today with rude service. I asked for fresh and it was toasted, which I did not complain about, but then I was told I had ordered and paid at the wrong counter which messed them up so it’s my fault... Disappointing. Honestly it put me off enough that I won’t be back for a while.
Amazing food, friendly staff and the best Ruben bagel I’ve ever had! Definitely check this place out if you’re in the city
since trying mr sandwhich 2 weeks ago, i have been back another 5 times. absolutely fantastic, super fresh and welcoming service.

Amélie and the team are the friendliest bunch and the food is on another level. The wait is never long and they sell the best baguettes I’ve had in Perth by a long stretch.
How can you not love this place? The staffs are amazingly nice, the food is great. I like the Caesar salad and oh that Almond croissant which is crunchy and flaky at the same time.
