One of the best place for coffee in Perth City. Reason is the service, coffee and responsibility to the environment.
Been to this place for 4 times. My bus dropped me near the Allendale building and had been walking past a few times before decided to pop in. The asked for my name.. to assign the coffee to me. It's nice to be greeted with a smile and asking how's my week. What amazed me is the ability to remember my name after I return for the third time and about a week apart; probably my hair style is different.
My coffee is soy latte. The coffee is creamy with a blance of roasted chocolate aroma. I like my coffee with a hint of punch.
Realised bringing my own cup can save myself 50 cents. Nice for them to hold a part towards responsibility to the environment.
I have not tried their food. But hope to try one day. Hope this review helps.

Great coffee and fast service even when there's a huge line. I love Rosso's because they only charge me $3.50 when I bring my Keep Cup and they texture their milk so well and it's super creamy.

I go past this cafe every day but have never felt the need to go inside. As soon as I walked in the staff were super friendly and made me a mocha in record time. They stock almond milk and have a good selection of breakfast and lunch options in their cabinet. The coffee was good too!

The place looks relatively busy mid morning, but I was satisfied with the service. Was served and got my coffee right away. Extra large coffee for $5. Taste is not bad, but I am still on a hunt for a more well-priced coffee in the CBD.

I ordered a SK FW 2 go and it wasn't bad coffee, not the best I've had but will do the job. The cafe looked clean and somewhere that you could enjoy a nice lunch. <br/><br/>Coffee came out quickly and the staff were friendly. <br/><br/>

These guys are very popular but interestingly don't have prices on anything. Their coffee is nice and smooth, but this morning I had a fruit salad which was a bit old and fermented :/ They happily exchanged it for one made just today though so I can't whine too much. I do love sitting on the terrace, all rugged up in my winter coat, watching the pretty girls (and beautiful Perth women) go by. Even in the cold, some ladies choose to wear short skirts and high heels. Ah Rosso. The world is good. Well done!

Soy Milk is sour. Rosso is awesome, heaps of things to chose from, great staff, great location and really quick. But for the last week or so the soy milk has been off, tasting sour and completely undrinkable. I've wasted almost $20 on Soy Chai's that cannot be drunk.

This morning I went to get my daily coffee, and decided to try Rosso espresso out for a change. Sadly I was very disappointed. My coffee was delicious but my overall experience was terrible. The girl with the tattoo on her neck, side fringe and plait was very rude, did not smile or greet, and rushed me in the process of making my order. My morning has started on a terrible note and I won't be changing it up at Rosso espresso ever again. A good mood has now turned into an ok mood thanks to the girl at Rosso espresso.<br/>get happy staff (not including the the baristas, they seemed lovely) !

Coffee. The coffee really varies depending on who is making it. Sometimes I think they value speed over quality. The two guys who are there in the morning tend to be more reliable, the girl who usually works in the afternoon tends to make hot milk instead of a cappuccino.

Love the coffee. From the many places I've got my coffee from in Perth CBD area, I love Rosso's coffee the best! I usually have Soy Cappucino .. it's strong but still really smooth, no burnt taste, and no funny soy taste that I get with coffee from some other places. I checked the soy milk they used at Rosso, and I'm pretty sure it's Bonsoy .. one of the best soy milk you can get.<br/><br/>Haven't tried the food because I was always in a hurry and only managed to drop in and get my coffee. I don't imagine being too comfortable in there, especially in the morning as it gets really busy and crowded and noisy! No problems .. I still get my coffee from Rosso when I'm around.

Best coffee on the Terrace. It is great that Rosso are now selling their beans to their regulars as they really know what they are doing when it comes to coffee. To satisfy literally hundreds of customers in the morning crush is a tough job but for me they do a great job!! Chris, proprietor and chief Barista has great people skills and keeps the team on track. The young ladies on the register taking the orders do a good job and pay a lot of attention to detail under pressure and dealing with a myriad of customer requests. They really do care and try to get it right. I'll be back and I will be taking the beans home too. Down the little red lane. This place was buzzing so I had to check out what all the fuss was about. Surprisingly fast service and also one of the better places for coffee in Perth. I'll definitely be back to try some of the delicious looking homey food.

Really like their hot chocolates, however won't be going there again. Too many times I've specifically said soy, only to get back to my office and it's normal milk. Too much of an inconvenience to go back so another $6 goes down the drain. SOY... SKIM... They do not sound the same!!

Disappointed. I came in today to try Rossos as its always busy. The guy at the till was welcoming and ineracted great with regulars. Unfortunately the coffee honestly tasted like old coffee shots had been used its smelt burnt as well. the girls behind the coffee machine looked miserable and i wont be going back.

Lactose Free. Went past this little Cafe on the bus and saw it (Lacotse Free Milk Available) staring at me and how could I refuse - I want real milk not soy and as I am lactose intolerant thsi just sent bells off. Its about the only polace in Perth and maybe I have dark glassess on that I know sells it.I love the coffee, the guy behind the counter always smiles and don;t have an issue with the girls - when they pass the coffee over they have a smile on their dial. Keep up the good work

Uber Coffee/Uber Service. Not many places where the manager can remember all his clients, their selection, and have a quick chat, all for the cost of a coffee.<br/><br/>I find the staff very professional, friendly and polite, especially Kelly, who can have my coffee ready and waiting for me as I step through the door. She is a credit to Rosso's and adds to the charm and warmth of the establishment.<br/><br/>Marwon deserves more rave reviews for the team he has created.

Best Customer Service Ever. Having worked in the city for five years I have explored all the coffee options for the very best. I have found it in Rosso Espresso. Not only is the coffee sensational, smooth, mellow in flavour - the customer service is excellent. The queue can be long on busy days but by the time you make it to the front your coffee is ready and waiting and I LOVE THAT. <br/>Fantastic people, sensational coffee - if only they were open on Saturday for us poor slubs who have to work, life would be perfect.

I love Rosso. These guys do it like no other, If you were to model a cafe this is the template. The food is good and the coffee excellent. The service is on another level, there get to know you quickly, know your usual and have a friendly chat when not busy.

Old fave with consistent coffee. Have never had a bad coffee at Rosso...and - after a year or two working in coffee wilderness - returned to my old fave. The coffee was as good as I remember, and service pretty efficient.<br/><br/>Returned later for the juice of the day and a panini...the juice was just the ticket - fresh and delightful combination. Food isn't the main game though and a little pricey....will stick to the drinks in future.

Best coffee in Perth!. I have tried nearly every coffee place in Perth and there are few that come to close Rossos when it comes to taste - and none when it comes to service. With multiple machines on the go and the fact they know your order after only a few weeks - it's quick, easy and delicious! Been a regular for over 6 years now and have just relocated to Subi and really miss it. Hoping they'll open their 3rd store down this way ;)
