Amazing coffee. Located at Exchange plaza and really gorgeous fit out. I have meetings here regularly so suits me fine to have such a great little place readily available. Serves almond milk
Brilliant Coffee! I had the chocolate bomb Five Senses blend here. And it was amazing. Such great undertones, and very well made. the foyer is still under construction - so better atm for takeaways.
After a heave meal I need a coffee and something sweet but light. I had the Little Angel on my list for a while, and used the directions to take me there. The Café was tucked inside Exchange Tower it has a nice feel about it, and the owner also made me feel welcome. I ordered the liquid nitrogen affogato which I was gave the ice-cream a real delicious creaminess. I sat down by the window and was rewarded with a beautiful glimpse of Elizabeth Quay and the Bell Tower. When the affogato arrived it looked beautiful. The pandan and coconut ice-cream had beautiful flavours and was very creamy. Perfect combo with the expresso shot; I loved it! Will come back for sure for another pick-me up treat.
The cafe is in a large, open lobby. Good coffee, good prices, and friendly, helpful service. Unfortunately each time I've been there (in the afternoon) they had run out of the food offerings. The liquid nitrogen affogatos are fun.
I finally went around to Little Angel after reminders from a group of friends of mine to go and visit. Our mini catch up group usually consists of Alvin Fu (I called him Poo), Jeremy (Jereh), Hubby and myself. It's been 7 months since our very first catch up. We usually pick a spot for a monthly catch up that opens from 6 or 6:30am because some of us need to drive to work afterwards. The Little Angel in CBD fell into the category.
Little Angel was conveniently located inside The Exchange Tower and they have plenty of seating available on the spot. It’s definitely a great spot for office workers to have a cuppa before going about their busy day. They also stocks a lot of house-made pastries and cute chocolate blocks for a quick afternoon pick-me-up.
Great little cafe, beautiful design and very friendly staff!!! Stopped in for a quick espresso which was spot on, smashed a doughnut as well and couldn't have asked for more in a sweet little dessert. Will definitely be back
We were asked here by the owner to try their liquid nitrogen affogatos and we decided to go
with the pandan and coconut flavour, we also had to try a house made Oreo and extreme donut. It was all amazing, the affogato was great, such a brilliant unique idea! Great service, great location and very nice owner! It will be our go to spot in the city for a funky affogato :) #goodfoodofperth
The staff here are very nice and helpful, especially the manager/owner. The affogatos are pretty cool, with interesting gelato flavours. The hot buttered popcorn tastes almost vanilla at first, but then the aftertaste hits you and it's good.
The hot chocolates are good value ($6 for a violet one) and stay hot.
The doughnuts taste nice, and there is something fun about injecting extra flavour.
Love this little place! Nitrogen Affogatos are extraordinary and coffee is great too. Good looking shop and staff are friendly. Will be back.
Caught up with some friends here for coffee & goodies. Loved the decor! Staff quickly greeted us and offered to explain the menu. I had the Candy Cane/ Mint Extreme donut and it was absolutely delicious! The coffee was smooth yet strong. We were even offered samples of the coconut pandan ice cream which was tasty. I will definitely be back with some more friends and family soon!
Seriously the best coffee in Perth! Food is amazing, the staff are friendly and it is in a great location. Definitely recommend. A new fave 😊👍🏼

The liquid nitrogen affogato was out of this world, together with a fantastic coffee and extreme donut. Will be a definite regular as I work nearby. The place has a real Melbourne feel!

Intrigued by their Liquid Nitrogen Affogato, me & Sybarite picked this new cafe to have our first meeting. Located inside the Exchange Building, Little Angel Cafe has a simple, bright yet beautiful setting.
Haven't had lunch, I ordered Jalapeño Pork Quesadilla. It's very tasty and filling, just need more chillies for me :P
For drinks I tried Violet Callebout Hot Chocolate recommended by the staffs. It's a rich and thick hot chocolate kind of type. You can definitely taste the Violet, subtle but pleasant. I couldn't finish it though, too much.
Monika had Tonka Bean Donut for lunch (yes that's right, lol). Not bad but need more filling.
She had Iced Matcha Latte for drink, special request, not on menu. It's quite nice she said.
I also bought Blueberry & Raspberry Gel Extreme Donut for take away and shared with Hubby. It's not bad at all. I liked the sour Raspberry Gel inside the syringe to cut the sweetness.
We're happy with what we had and full afterwards. Might come back one day if they sell new interesting cakes or donuts (with reasonable price).

Loved this espresso bar! Had the hot chocolate with rose and bergamot and affogatto with pandan and coconut nitrogen icecream (made to order). Sadly the rose and bergamot was very subtle compared to the chocolate which i have to say was divine. The icecream made to order using liquid nitrogen was beyond divine!! Will be back to try the buttered popcorn
A nice little cafe located in the lobby of exchange plaza, what you would expect of a lobby coffee shop - however the staff are great and super friendly, and the coffees are also great, defiantly worth a try!
Little Angel is an amazing little cafe run by Corey and his amazing team. They make the most beautiful coffee and hot chocolate and have some of the best service in town. The coffee is specially blended by Corey to keep the flavours consistent year round. The thick hot chocolate really hits the spot on those cold winter mornings and is surely some of the best in town.
If you are looking for something truly special, give the liquid nitrogen afrogato. This is amazing and the theater of the liquid nitrogen raises the excitement levels making this experience even better.
They do all the normal pastries and light lunches. This place is really worth the visit.
