Had the big breakfast. Hash browns were the only hot thing on the plate. Waited 20 minutes after our drinks to get food. Wasn't busy at all either. Food was not even luke warm but wasn't prepared to wait another 20 minutes for a new serve. Disappointing as usually nice although food tasted nice just cold.

I have been going to Miss Mauds since they opened. I have been to this one in Warwick three times lately. The cakes were stale. They were not baked that day. What a shame they are degrading the Miss Maud name. Her places were always impeccable and the food was top quality. Shame on you Warwick Miss Maud!!

Normally Miss Mauds pies are delicious and the only ones I eat. Unfortunately I was disappointed recently with the quality. Hopefully with this review they can change the baking time. However the Norseman sandwich was delicious

Disappointed with the breakfast we ordered. $18 each for the Avocado, poached eggs ciabatta toast, rocket goat cheese and sundried tomatoes.
Very miniscule amount of Goats cheese, tomato, small amount of avocado, toast wasn't toasted, basically one edge, the rest was fresh. My set of eggs ok, but my wife's. undercooked. Plated not very appetizing

Nice little Cafe and better with social spacing. Staff are always pleasant and the coffee is great. Cakes can sometimes be quite dry as though past their prime

Absolutely horrible service. Was there this morning trying to get some cake. Standing there one lady look at me and keep wrapping something and then another lady walk out look at me no Hi or Hello, then I ask if they have any of the red valvet all she said NO! What kind of service is that ?

Iced tea was warm with 3 ice blocks floating in it. Only received half our food order. Tables around us were not cleared of dishes. Wasnt busy so no idea why they had trouble with order and clearing tables.

Ordered 2 big breakfasts with poached eggs and 1 order arrived with fried eggs and the other with virtually hard boiled. We sent them back and 1 came back with such undercooked eggs that they were almost raw and the waitress dropped the bacon off the plate onto her serving tray so had to wait for fresh bacon. I returned my very undercooked eggs for a refund and my son finally got his bacon. All in all not a pleasant experience and we won’t be returning.

Hazelnut ruffle was on sale for $3 from the usual $5. It didn’t taste fresh at all, the cream was stale and the whole cake was so dense and sweet. The cake probably has been there for a while that’s why it was on sale

The general appearance of the restaurant is nice but unfortunately that is where it ends, after getting food poisoning from a sausage roll here I will never buy another product from here again, the staff are also very rude and could do with a lesson on customer service

We ate breakfast at Warwick miss maud &I when the meals were brought out, the kid's chicken nuggets were half burnt and almost cold, I sent back the most burnt one & was given a replacement nugget that had been microwaved and was impossible to bite into (like rubber), we also ordered the sliders & when they served this meal the ingredients were mixed up and wrong, bacon was on the wrong burger and there was no sauce! The salad & chips were presented in such a way that it looked like old leftovers spread out messy & the chips were cold! $50 for the worst meal ever! The kids didn't eat anything & I had to buy food elsewhere for them! Terrible, awful experience in every way!

Fabulous service from several staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Good and coffee were delicious. The other cafes in the shopping complex need to take a leaf out of their books, I won't set foot in the other nearby cafe that offers horribly overpriced food and atrocious service. Well done to the lovely staff of Warwick miss Maud's. See you soon!

I was dining in a few months back and miss maud herself was in the store, I.had always thought she looked a nice lady however the way she spoke to the staff was terrible. Rude and downright offensive I am surprised anyone would work there under such awful ownership. Shame on you miss maud. The staff I have always found to be very polite a far cry from the owner!!!

Although I live in the area I had never been here before. I asked the takeaway assistant what the procedure to sit inside was and she was very helpful. Can't say the same about the gentleman that took my order. When I went to get a table majority of them all had dirty dishes on them. Sat and waited 15 mins for a very basic order and found it average tasting and expensive. Come on Miss Maud you are an icon to WA lift your service.

Very Bad service. I've had a very bad experience at Miss Maud café in Warwick today and it is not the first time that other people who came after me got serve before. And I've only order chicken hollandaise with sausages. Moreover it wasn't as busy as the first time but still the food did not come I have to ask for a refund. Nobody even notice that I've been sitting for so long without anything being served, nobody asked if I was waiting for something. I work in hospitality as well and for me this is very bad service. There was a time when service was great there but lately things have changed in a bad way. I felt discriminated because its not the first time and nobody cared they were happy to give me a refund and it was almost like saying don't come back again. Thumb down for customer service.

Excellent cafe. Staff seem a little unsure of themselves, might be lack of experience. However they are friendly and helpful and will fix any mistakes happily even if they're mistakes you made. They make some of the best iced coffee and mocha I've ever had and their scrambled eggs and bacon have been perfect both times I've had it. A little pricey but food, coffee and atmosphere make it worth the cost. Been told their sweets menu is also quite good but as with all cafes expensive.

Nice cakes good coffee if they can get it to you when it's hot.<br/>Hygiene very poor, they need give the place a good clean , especially the crockery. And they need to speed up. A bit over priced!
