Review Ten Ten House - Perth

Fergus Ologhlen
Ordered a sheuzuan using Deliveroo. When it arrived the container was only half full. Very disappointed. Especially after being charged $22 for the meal (not including the $10 for delivery and service fee). I rang up the restaurant and was Polite yet I was met with hostility and accused of being dishonest. Was told that it had nothing to do with them and I needed complain to deliveroo instead. What a ridiculous excuse. You made the meal in your restaurant, I ordered it simply through them as you advertised through they’re service. So take responsibility. And coming on here to do this review, I can see I’m not only one that’s had an issue with the rude witch who answers the phone. She told me she didn’t care. How can you run a business like that? Don’t you care about your business and reputation? Well here’s my photo you asked for, and now every one else can see it too. I think it times for new management as well as A new chef. Ripped off and won’t Be coming back. Half a meal and yet not even half as good!

This place has been around for at least 12 years or so. As a family we love their Hainanese Chicken Rice. We know that their Hainanese Chicken Rice is one of the favorites. as many lunch goers order this menu. Water and cutleries are self serve. Portion is generous and they have good lunch selection.

This place used to be fantastic 20-30 years ago but it’s not the same. The kway teow wasn’t good, the curry chicken not good. Staff also not focused on customer service. Many better choices now in Vic Park.
Niran Wick
Came here for lunch and the food was great. Friendly service, generous service size and good flavour. If the lunch specials were $10 and under, it would be even more amazing, but still decent.
Rosemarie Helmerand
Great food, reasonable price and fast service. Enjoyed my chicken rice, wanton mee but not impressed with the laksa.
Jill Marshall
My partner's all-time favourite place but I don't share his enthusiasm. The service is abrupt, although the food comes quickly it's not brilliant. Admittedly, I've only ever had the lunch specials so it may be my choices that are wanting. 🤷‍♀️
Andre Karl Misso
It was a place where my entourage wanted to go to. Not much for me. I had the Hokkien noodles and teh tarik, while the rest of the table had chicken rice. The service crew was friendly and courteous. Very attentive too. The usual hustle and bustle in an asian restaurant, it will be an excellent place for those who like asian cuisine and the busy ambience.

Ten Ten is a bit of an institution in East Vic Park. Have continued to visit and enjoy the food over many years. The lunch time specials are brilliant value. How's this for service, ordered banana fritters, were out of bananas, but staff offered to go buy some. They did and we enjoyed them thoroughly

Had Family Lunch on New Yrs day. Rest was rather  busy.  Menu offer wide range of choice.Meals were served promptly no kickup with the order. <br/>Overall 👍
Food_Glorious_Food
Pretty average dining experience at this long standing Vic Park Asian restaurant. Don’t expect much from the decor (old and tired) or ambience. Ordered the Seafood kway teow (decent), Fried rice (good) & the Lemongrass chicken (ok). Food came out quickly which was a bonus and seemed fresh. <br/>Service was almost non existent which was annoying when we needed something (staff hardly looked up and were not on the floor most of the time). Food was actually ok but the overall experience isn’t something I’d be rushing back to repeat.

We were so happy to come back to ten ten kitchen thinking they still serve crispy chicken BUT were really disappointed when we were told the menu has changed and only hainan steamed chicken was available. Hainan chicken was ok.
Red Bean
Pretty standard Aussie Asian fare. Service is good, no frills and food flies out of the kitchen really fast. Won’t blow your mind but you can rely on Ten Ten to feed a large, hungry horde quickly and satisfy everyone at the table with the variety it has. Not only can you call and book ahead, you can pre order your dishes. Very handy if you’ve got a big group with kids - saves time!

Ten ten is the old lady on the block , having been around for as long as I can remember . <br/><br/>Famous for their lunch time chicken rice . With the newer deco . Everything is feels refreshing .<br/><br/>This is my go to place for a quick bite . Their braised beef with rice and chicken rice are my go to food at this joint.<br/><br/>
Liliandean29
I’d love to be more complimentary, but it was a poor experience. As my first choice was closed I wandered down the street and saw a picture of laksa in the window. But it turns out that is only served at lunch, and they wouldn’t do it. So the picture of the beef rendang looked ok (dry), but when it arrived it was just a wet, sloppy, tasteless beef stew. <br/>How to go in with such hope and expectation and come out so disappointed. Especially when you have to pay to have someone ruin your mealtime.
Finleyhimawan
They’re a quick, easy and no fuss restaurant. Food is decent, portion is good and the service isn’t too bad either. It’s definitely a choice when you want to have a quick dinner or individual dinner place.

This place was super busy went on Thursday night.<br/><br/>Ten Ten is your usual Asian Australian eatery. The food might not look like you would in a 4-star restaurant but it tasted good with generous portions. <br/><br/>It was reasonably priced.
Tdawg
The food was quite cheap and very tasty, my only complaint was that one of the employees (possibly the owner) was very rude when she was taking down our order
Mango The Froot
Ordered the beef brisket dry noodle and it was yummy! Came here twice and ordered it. The customer service tho, it's a little mixed. One time that grumpy old lady was really rude, and the next she's okay. I guess I'll be back ?
Love Eating Out
We returned for a family dinner and love the new decor - very fresh and inviting.<br/>The service was fantastic - the staff were friendly and the meals arrived very promptly.<br/>The honey chicken was delicous as was the Mongolian beef. All of the dishes were very fresh and tasty.<br/>Definitely recommend!
Al
Food was great but service was poor! The lady that served me was not helpful and rude when asking her a question about adding rice to a dish. Nowhere to sit if your ordering take away and the same lady told me to get out and wait for my take away elsewhere in a rude manner. Definitely won't be going back
Thomas_4ndy
Ordered a takeaway tomato chicken rice today. Well flavoured tomato sauce combined with fluffy omelette and tender chicken. But the amount of rice was too much compared to the amount of the meat.
Ilovebeansprouts
Quite enjoy the Beef Rendang and Sambal Beans with Prawns here. Other dishes are alright. Wasn't very impressed with the fish dish as the fillets used are most likely frozen ones, hence the texture/taste of the fish wasn't very pleasant. Vegetables and Tofu dishes are generally cooked well. <br/>The place to go for good value lunches. Service is quick.
Jamtonks
Have come here once before and wasnt too bad the food was quite tasty and then i came a second time and wasnt too impressed the lasy who took our order was rude when i tried to ask if something had red meat in it because i don't eat it, then i got a hair in my food and when i got home i was so sick
Luka
Good value for lunch, especially hainan chicken rice and laksa noodle. Quick and cheap but service is just ok. Worth to try for lunch time..
Food Blogger Perth
Been going to Ten Ten for years and it never disappoints . I mostly go for the lunch specials menu which is hard to beat. I like all the dishes but my favorites are the Chicken Rice, Prawn dumpling soup, Kway Teow, vegetable curry. Most lunch specials are under $10
Jessica Oxley
Food was great! We had the satay chicken and the Mongolian lamb and it was delish. The atmosphere was cheapened a bit with the plastic plates and the service could be better, but otherwise a yummy feed.

Cheap meal tick<br/>Great service tick<br/>Fast service tick <br/>Decor & ambiance tick<br/><br/>By far the best standing Chinese restaurant in east Victoria park if you haven't been here yet .. your missing out!!! <br/><br/>Try the chilli tentacles they are soooooo delicious !!!!!<br/><br/>Thanks you guys are seriously <br/>Ten outta ten !!!!!<br/>10/10!

Chicken rice is a big hit! Make sure you come during lunch as it's served lunch only. Affordable and hearthy chicken rice that won't go wrong.

all that needs to be said: CHICKEN RICE.<br/><br/>family from singapore and we always go here for Chicken Rice, probably the tastiest and most authentic one in Perth. I don't recall the other menu offerings being bad either (so they must be ok??) but srs.. chicken rice. is. good.

Husband and I came for lunch as its my first time. My husband was a regular customer since his Uni days. As our experience it was not pleasant and the food is less than average. The elderly lady who took our order was rude, as if she didnt have the time to to even say "hi" or any form of greeting. She wanted to rush our order. Im a naturally soft speaking person, i have to repeat my order twice, her facial expression wore an unpleasant frown, as it displeased her.Bland fried rice accompanied with spare ribs, its seems the rice is not even freshly cooked (microwaved). Chicken rice came within minutes after ordering -surely pre-prepared and lukewarm. The plate my husband used was wet - it is clear they have no care factor on how their dishes are served. As we left to pay, she was again seemed to hurry, she told us our bill and she gestured with her hands to my husband to quickly give her "his card" to pay the bill.. im aghast at her attitude and her behavior. I told the customer behind that she is "very rude", and that customer replied "SHE NEVER CHANGED".. if i have to say something to this lady "YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY YOUR BILLS AND YOUR LIVELIHOOD" Show a bit of politeness and if you are not happy then do not be in this industry. Im never coming back again... So Rude...!!!

Disappointing Chinese fare. Average. Doesn't hit the spot down to their tea.<br/><br/>Flavours were bland and lacked seasoning.<br/><br/>Can get better value for price charged here, elsewhere.

This is an awesome place for dining in a big group. You can have a feast and pay a small amount for good food. As a big group we got hot and sour soup, Szechuan chilli beef, lemon chicken, deep fried toothfish, garlic prawns and kang kong. Stand out was the Toothfish, light even with the batter and tasty. Prawns were fresh. Lemon chicken was crispy and not too sweet. Service and decor were ok. Great value for money.

Of all the years I've been eating here and having takeaway from here I've never had a bad dish. The fried rice with chicken and salted fish is a winner, as is the salted chilli chicken. It won't set the world on fire but the food is a great dependable standard.
Mr Robot
I've always come to Ten Ten for their cheap and tasty chicken rice. Their rice 90% of the time is cooked well, but you do get the odd off days. I have not been back after their renovations, but from the outside it looks like there's been an update to a more modern style.

Great chinese restaurant to visit for dinner with its strategic location in vicpark and plenty of carparking around (also dessert place just next door!). Food is great in Ten Ten, portion is huge for its average standard price compared to other chinese restaurant.<br/>Taste is also great, love the salt and pepper squid, the lemon chicken, and the sizzling tofu.<br/><br/>Service is poor to average, sometimes you had to call the waitress multiple time until you got her attention. Place is also not too big so it would cost slight problem when you came in large group as they don't have much large table.
Mimi
I went there once a few weeks ago, not impressed at all with the food, I've ordered something with prawn, and only ONE prawn in the whole dish.. The staff were rude and impatient, throwing the plate on the table in front of us.. They looked disturbed by the customers. Never going back there
Asian's Taste
When we walked into this place everything looks nice and fresh compare to the old ten2.<br/>It's look much smarter and cleaner<br/>We had chicken rice, which is pretty good<br/>Love it. Definitely, will try come back again

I haven't been to Ten Ten Kitchen for many years that I have forgotten how their food is. It was busy on Saturday night and nearly all tables were occupied. We ordered fried rice, salted chilli squid and sliced fish with ginger and shallots. The squid needed a bit more chilli kick but it was...

Ten Ten used to be one of our favourite Chinese Malaysian restaurants, however they seem to have dropped their standards quite abit. <br/><br/>The dishes we ordered:<br/>1) broccoli with king prawns- prawns were big and tasty, crunchy. Can't go very wrong with this dish.<br/>2) long beans ginger and shallot- the taste and sauce used for this dish, the broccoli, and stir fried chicken was probably the same, given the similar taste and presentation. <br/>3) sizzling beef<br/>4) hotplate tofu <br/>5) stir fried chicken with cashew nuts<br/><br/>All the dishes were mediocre, nothing to shout about. We left with our stomachs filled, but the meal was not exactly satisfying. Not sure what happened, maybe we ordered the wrong dishes but hope that the food will taste better if we ever go again :/

Went here with wife and bubs after a disastrous outing. We tried the vicpark night food market or whatever it is called. That was rubbish. Had to redeem myself even though it was my wife's idea to go to the food market. Went to ten ten kitchen. Not sure whether I liked the food here because I just ate burnt chicken from the market or whether it was actually good. Either way, I liked the deep fried chicken wings for entree. Hot and sour soup was a bit too thick and overly seasoned. Fried rice was very oily. Hot pot was spot on. Excellent in fact, best I've had for a while. It didn't have too much corn starch in it which I like.

Foods is good but waitress service is super rude, especially the old women in the counter, i asked for a tissue roll paper(because my friend was in toilet and no tissue paper). She was using bad attitude to talk to me and asked me not to stand infront of her counter. Is this the way to talk to her customer? Rude attitude and bad service, this is the bad service i have ever seen and will NOT come back here for second time.

Been coming to Ten Ten with my family since I was young as our go to dinner place. I may be biased but it's definitely changed for the worse. The food is the same price but much smaller portions and they have taken allot of things off the menu too! Service has never been a highlight at Ten Ten but somehow it's worse now than before. Sad to say goodbye to this place but there's nothing making me want to come back anymore!

Famous for chicken rice but never got it?<br/>My family of 6 plan to have a cheap delicious meal for dinner as ten ten most famous for many years.  We are 3 adults plus 3 children was expecting to spend $50 for 4 serve of chicken rice plus some drinks for the kids.<br/>Before coming we had a quick read up on the shop, so many bad reviews. As a food owner, I refuse to believe such rubbished people write or take notice until I try myself.<br/>Result is in we ended up spending $89 not included the famous chicken rice or the bill will be $105 for 3 adults and 3 children (2 kids under 3 ) no special $10.90 for dinner seriously ???. kitchens staff forgot the main hainan chicken famous dish, but no reason given either left blank.<br/> For average $16 per dish the portion was lunch special size, very small, I can count how many pork rib on the dish.<br/>Lastly, when we arrived 7.30 pm it was quite busy but after an hour things slow down.  To our surprise the staff keep returning wanted to clear the table not once but 3 times.  I really really really hate that.<br/>I hope management will read this and make some adjustments <br/>Maybe smile now and then, everyone look stress<br/>and in a rush.

T8wy May 2016:<br/>1. Hainan Steamed Chicken - half chicken, 4.0/5.0, Good. Brought back memories.<br/><br/>2. Hainan Steamed Rice, 3.5/5.0. Good authentic flavour for me, but the some of the rice is hard and dry, most likely leftover from yesterday?

I've been here twice now and not enjoyed either occasion. It's a shame because so many people rave about Ten Ten. On the first occasion I ordered the Nasi goreng, which didn't even have an egg on top, and was basically just friend rice. It really wasn't an authentic dish. The second time I ordered the chicken rice (a dish people who love a Ten Ten really recommend). I never send dishes back as a general rule, but on this occasion I had to as the chicken wasn't cooked all the way through. They replaced the dish and it was much better but I wouldn't say it was great. On the plus side, the prices are very affordable and the service is fast. They have also just renovated recently and it's a place with a nice vibe.

I've been coming here since I was a kid. It was one of the few places that offered genuine hawker cuisine. I remember it being so busy that you would have to wait for what felt like forever just to get a table of 4. Feeling nostalgic I came back here but was disappointed, I had heard that it had changed hands 3 times over since the good old days. The food lacked seasoning and depth in flavour that I recall it having. Disappointed.
PotatoDemon
Average (microwaved?) food which arrived suspiciously quickly. Chaotic service with a rushed atmosphere. Ordered two lemonades, which arrived in unopened cans without glasses and coffee which was instant(!).<br/>You can do much better in Vic Park, take my word for it and avoid Ten Ten Kitchen.
Rere
Dinner meal size is very small ,half size less than before renov. Very pricey. Staff don't care about customer concerns. Tasteless .dont want to return again.
The Urban Bento
Sunday lunch specials... beef brisket hor fun, hainan chicken rice, hainan maifun, kueh keow, char siew rice. Everything was about $10.90. All the dishes were okay but nothing special... flavours all needed a boost. Char sui and chicken (apparently their specialty) was cold and fatty. Service was also very confused. Might have to give this another go for dinner.
FK8
Tasteless meal, sadly and quite expensive for what it is. Won't be back. <br/><br/>Service was great and very quick and atmosphere was nice, renovations nice. But the food wasn't worth eating and felt quite ripped off paying that much.
Kaye Cheung
I would not rate this kitchen ten/ten, food was very bland with not much flavour at all. The place has been newly renovated so we thought we will give this place a try. Staff was friendly and service was quick, but the food was bland and tasteless. We had the sizzling Japanese tofu, vegetarian clay pot and honey prawns. These dishes were all pricey as well around $18-$20. You are better of going to northbridge as the prices are more competitive with more flavoursome food!
Ravmasterr
Rubbish!!!! <br/>we went there for lunch on thursday afternoon.<br/>dont bother going to this place..rude staff!!!!<br/>the girl who served us was very rude with no customer service skills.. <br/>i would rather give my money who cares as there are other great places to choose from in vic park.
Williespants
Newly renovated, definitely alot more inviting that it's previous self. Same owners and chef as the food quality is still top notch! Love this place for lunch. Had my favourite Hainan Fried Mi Fun - well fried, enough wok hei, but they use a thicker mi fun now and not the really thin one. Their Lemon Chicken Fried rice is still tasty - the chicken very crispy and tender and decent fried rice to go with their lemon sauce. Their Hainanese Chicken Rice is one of the best in Perth I reckon - chicken is tender and soft and very fragrant rice and chilli sauce. I'm glad they haven't really dropped in standard over the many years they been here!
F4fitfunfoodfly
An old family favorite. Fast service. Hot food. Combination of South east Asian & chinese cuisine with a bit of Aussie influence. We had fried kueh teow $14, fried rice with salted fish $14, malay chicken curry, fried runner beans with sambal & prawn and steamed rice. Food from Asia.....<br/>We were concerned about the curry taking some time to come out. They assured us it was being cooked & not microwaved. The taste maybe not spicey or chili hot enough for some. However, just fine for those less tolerable of chili. Good stop off for a meal anytime you are around the vicinity. It is not a fine dining experience but practical.
Cricketbhat
This is used to be one of my favourite restaurants, but unfortunately not anymore. I went with my father and my son for a quick Friday lunch last Friday. We each ordered a different dish:<br/>1. Chicken Rice - the rice was flavourless and undercooked (chalky)<br/>2. Fried Kway Teow - the noodles were undercooked, had no colour and there was hardly any meat in it<br/>3. Fried Wanton Mee (dry) - the noodles were rubbery, the wantons were flavourless and the char siu (bbq pork) was a sad looking stingy portion.<br/>The service was typically rude, something I accepted for the good food, but not anymore, doubt I'll go back :(<br/>(and to top it all off, I didn't feel so great later that day)
Lady Marmalade
Enjoyed a birthday dinner last night, was craving good old fashioned Asian food and was not disappointed.  We ordered (and listed in my order of yum) sizzling Mongolian beef, beef rendang, Peking pork ribs, lemon chicken plus mixed veg and rice.  Kids loved the pork ribs.  Cost was about $95 for the 4 of us, no drinks. Lovely service from staff, will visit again.
Joy Liu
We ordered sour and spicy soup which is too salty. Other dishes is ok. My concern is the service. Some staff served us with a sour face. And the just left our dishes on the table without even a word. Despite of this, they r introducing dishes to other customers. I don't know why. When we paying the bill, the cashier has a sour face too. Looks like I am having a free meal. <br/>The meal is ok, but service is bad<br/>
Passionate Foodies
Excellent Malaysian food corner. Never disappoint.  Must try their Chili and Salt Calamari. Their rice noodle and egg noodle dishes are yummy. Bottle shop just across the road if you really feel the urge to have some Lager.<br/><br/>Bottomline : Great food. Good service and value for money.<br/><br/>=====<br/>Back here to try their Home Style Japanese To Fu and battered duck with plum sauce. Divine.
Mark Heller
Been coming here for 25 years and the food has gone down hill. Worst kwey teow . Staff don't care. Guess shortcuts and cost cutting required for the renovations . Sad to see a good vic park icon and a Malaysian Chinese restaurant I could rely on slip down so badly<br/>
Shannon Quarrell
This is my go to Chinese takeaway joint and I don't live in East Vic Park. Fried Rice with Salted Fish and Chicken and the Salted Chili Chicken is my favorite.
Queen Of Bad Timing
Ten Ten has long been a go to for my family and I when it comes to Chinese and Malaysian cooking. I'm not blown away by all their dishes but they do have some standouts like their fried beef kway teow and their hainan chicken rice. A consistent performer.
Alexandria Hutchings
Given this place many chances for lunch meals. The plates look like there 20 years old with disgusting stains in the middle, food comes out in exactly 2 minutes after ordering can't imagine it being that fresh then. Honestly I have never felt so disgusted after didn't even taste that good. Was bloated and felt sick for hours after. I'm guessing MSG? Don't know how this place is still running to be honest
Izzy Alyce
Didn't like it at all was very plain food with not nearly enough flavour. My partner liked it but I didn't think it had anything going for it. Having a hard time finding good Chinese food
Katii
Very fast service! Food is great, and their prices are quite cheap in comparison to their generous serving size. I've been coming back to this place so many times to order the same dishes for dinner. I recommend their Asaam fish dish - one of my old time favourites.
Dark Chocolate Brownie
Excellent chicken rice. Have been a regular diner for lunch and this has to be their best dish on the menu. Service is prompt and excellent too. <br/><br/>Wouldn't rate most of the other food.
Faraz Khan
Its strange how they have a diff menu for lunch and dinner, and everyone seems in a rush. Still a great place, plenty of variety and decent prices.
Yongxinfenny
Bad service. Very rude owner who was trying to push u to the point that u have to order ASAP !
Murphee
Below average standard food. Expensive price. Won't go back
June Choy
Sweet and sour chicken. Piece of crap
Jane
Lie. The service is very bad, the staff is rude. Never back again
Alexis
Prompt but unwelcoming service. Waitress was abrupt and unwelcoming. However, portion sizes were filling and food came out quickly.
Nowayin44
Not Good. Tried the chicken rice. ......really not nice...chicken was horrible and rice had weird bland flavour . Cheap & nasty. Would not go back and dare try any other dishes.

Family restaurant. My whole family has been coming here over 20 years. I have never had a bad dish. Love the chicken rice and its around $9.00 ! Sizzling Mongolian beef is great. Service is very fast and the pricing is cheap. Order anything off the menu you won't be disappointed.
Airwolf
Good Malaysian feed. Have been a regular customer for many years, love their fried chicken with onion rings, sizzling black pepper beef. Will always come back, never disappoint.
Kath Kat
Regular customer for 15 years!. This is a cheap Asian restaurant we have been coming here for at least 15 yrs!!!! Yes the decore is daggy yes the bowls are plastic "traditional Chinese patterns" yes the owner seems grumpy and hardly ever smiles but the food is awesome cheap and fresh!!! As good as the food in Singapore Hong Kong and Malaysia!!!! Kids are welcome and ours make a huge mess! Staff don't mind a bit! Restaurant is always hustle n bustle, as it is in Asia, The service is quick...... This restaurant wouldn't have been around for over 20yrs with the same owners if it was crap!!!! We have tried almost everything on the list but chicken rice is my favourite!!!! Byo they don't Rush you out the door! If you want a "flash australian/Chinese Restaraunt" this isn't for you!!!!! Will be there again tonight with other (regulars) friends !!! You won't be disappointed if good authentic Asian food is what you like!
Lizzi1005
Dinner at ten ten restaurant in Victoria Park. Without a doubt the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten in. The food was tasteless, the beef was tough and the spare ribs I ordered were crumbed pieces of pork......no ribs in sight. They use plastic dishes which were stained and nothing looked clean.
Perth Critic
Best chicken rice in Perth!. We come here every 2 weeks. Can't find any nicer chicken rice around Perth.
Lisa
Family Favourite. My family and I come here specifically for the Hainan chicken rice. We are chinese-malay and we've had a lot of chicken rice in our time, but the price, taste and serving size makes the chicken rice at Ten Ten kitchen a winner. The laksa is also amazing. And fast! You won't be sitting hungry for long. Even on a busy weekend afternoon, you'll have food in front of you within 15 minutes.<br/>You don't come here for the smiling waiters or the table service. You go for the food. Traditional, cheap and tasty. This is a 45 minute drive from my house, but we happily make the drive at least once a month to eat here.
Nasilele Mubyana
Good food, but the service . . .. If you're looking for a place to eat, and Ten Ten just so happens to be in your line of view, then fair enough. I would not leave my house with the sole purpose of going to dine there. The food is good, but the service is curt; efficient, but curt.
Foodblog
Awwwwwwwwfulll. If u didnt get the jist from the title , Get it now. We didnt even finish pur dishes. My missus had something that looked like a bowl of sick and i had oily beef kway teow which i have never seen, Basically a knock-off pad thai but with 10 times more oil.<br/><br/>Missus had two bites of her food and i had three. Bad bad food all around and the service was horrible. Never going back.
Food 2 Run
Called in on the way home to get some takeaway, standard has dropped.. Didn't mind this place before...very average and nothing special...better to be had in east vic park..
Mark Vincent
Drive over 45mins to this place on the reccomendations of mates and unfortunately was severely disappointed. Came for the Hainese chicken rice and they had run out. So chose 5 other meals from the menu and all of them lacked any taste. Very average food, sub par service and food took over 40mins to come out with only a half full restaurant. When it came to paying was served by a very sour faced lady who basically groaned how much we spent and then charged us for using a credit card as payment... Definitely won't be wasting my time here again...
Pereiralj
Jean. Our lunch today was absolutely disgusting, with two dishes satay beef and BBQ pork both served with fried rice. The beef and pork were obviously pre cooked slices of meat, with a few lumps of nearly raw cauliflower with no obvious taste and the rice was definitely not a tasty fried rice.<br/>Will certainly not return again. The staff were not interested in our comment.
Chantel
Food was bland and way too expensive for the quality. It was oily and gross and just no flavour! Never going back!
ForkAndSpoon
This place is a bit hit and miss. Some nights it is absolutely wonderful and you would say it is the best Chinese going around, and other nights you wonder why you wasted your money. One thing I can recommend though is the Mongolian beef. Sticky and sweet deliciousness on a plate every time.
DG
Over rated by vic park natives. Poor service, poor food. The Chicken Rice is no where near as good as K.L or Singapore. I think it's funny no one likes the Cashier Auntie, for good reason too.
Janelle Bett
Sadly Some of the worst food I have eaten on the vic park strip, went here for a cheap and quick dinner given our regular was full. Both husband and I were unwell within an hour of eating. Retrospectively having read the reviews I do wonder about how exactly people can rate this place as 'cheap' ($18 prawn dish.... No) and 'best in perth'.... That is not re experience we had. Service average too. Steer clear people. Won't be back.
Jane Dutch
The food and price is ok. The service is quick and neat. But the lady cashier is very unfriendly.
Naomi Valentino
Yum. If your looking for a quick cheap asian meal then ten ten is your place. delicious laksa and chicken rice!
King Kunta
Give this place a miss. Bad service and bad food. There are plenty of places in vic park to choose from other than this. Bad chicken dishes, very basic vegetarian options, warm drinks and bad service.
Whizz
Best Chinese restaurant going in perth. After eating at countless chinese resturants in Perth i would have to say ten ten kitchen is at the top of my list. Service can get pretty lukewarm here but the food is beyond reproach. The steam haninese chicken is done to perfection and their japanese sizzling tofu is really good. Fried rice is average. Fried chilli and pepper squid is excellent.
Mandaprism
Ordered a chicken dish that contained no chicken. They used some sort of processed tofo or bean curd disguised as chicken. Drinks were warm, toilets filthy. Awful experience.
Kitty
Love it I love the lemon chicken and the spring rolls coming here again
Willis D
We hadn't been for years and after hearing positive things from friends snuck in late on a Friday evening. The food was on point & reasonably priced, along with receiving good service all night. We will be back.
Steve
Credit card surcharge imposed on customers ! Shouldn't they be paying the visa vendor for allowing consumers to pay them?
Foodpornjournal
Really cheap Chinese food. I usually go for the hainan chicken rice - heaps of tender moist chicken and rice. The roast pork with noodles is also nice but you only get a few slices of pork.
Traveldeskguy
After giving this place more chances than it's worth I'll never be going back. Worst service I've received in Perth, period. We thought maybe they were having a bad night so tried again, actually tried again 3 times. same horrible experience. It could be forgiven if the food was fantastic and reasonably priced but we didn't find this either. Food is expensive & greasy. There's much better Asian food within walking distance.

Table 10 Regulars. Love going to Ten Ten on the weekends for their lunch specials. Their chicken rice, laksa and honey pepper spare ribs are delicious. Food always comes quickly and the waiters are very attentive. Always easy to get a seat and parking is very convenient around the back.

Standout dish. The dish that stands out for me is the sweet and sour pork. It is no doubt the best in Perth. Although I do enjoy sweet and sour pork almost anywhere, this place makes them crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside!

Hit and miss. Have tried this place during lunch and dinner. <br/>Lunch time is usually busy and sometimes you can wait a while before getting served. (unless you're asian).<br/>Dinner was average and nothing to highlight the evening. Portions were small and very over priced, usually $15 a plate for a small serving.<br/>Won't be going here again.

Consistently great food, good value, and fast! An old and reliable favourite despite the basic decor and service. First went to Ten Ten 15 years ago, after hearing their chicken rice was the best in Perth (and probably still is), and I still find myself returning.

Not good one. Have been to ten ten many times in the past but stopped after I found Good One BBQ down the road. Good one was busy the other night so I tried them again. Spring rolls were piping hot on the outside and the mush in the middle was still cold. The chilli salted chicken was mainly batter with a little bit of chicken and quite oily. My son went for a beef dish which was ok. The fried rice was quite tasteless also. This was dinner. About 3 in the morning I woke up queazy and thinking I was going to chuck, I didn't but it wasn't a nice feeling, mentioned to my son the next day and he was exactly the same. NEVER AGAIN. I think they only had so many people in there because all the others were full.

Great cheap takeaway.

Rude staff, bad service. As one of the very few Malaysian Chinese restaurants in Perth 20 odd years ago, my family became loyal patrons eating there at least once a month over the last 20 or so years, except for the last 5 years. When alive, my grandfather would go for his weekly fix of their Hainanese chicken rice, which is exceptional both in taste and value. The customer service has steadily declined over the years with staff who don't look like they want to be there half the time and a VERY rude manager type lady. She rudely told me over the phone several times that I had to be on time for my lunch reservation for father's day last year as they would be very busy. We arrived 15 minutes early to be rudely told we did not have reservations. After I created much fuss, they sat the 4 of us at a table for 2 right by the kitchen doors where I was hit twice in the back by staff exiting the kitchen.
