I have ordered from this store twice using the app for drive through collection of a small meal and was diverted to the waiting area on both occasions. One was for 15 minutes. No point in using the app to 'beat the queue ' false advertising.

Went through drive through and have been sent to waiting bay three times in a row at non-peak hours. Only ordering a value meal for one person and drive through was empty at the time. I have given 3 stars because meal was good when finally received.
