The worst customer service ever at this Nandos with the staffs on a Saturday 7/05/2020
1) First of all, the fat dude did not show any energy at all and motivation to work. He was like dragging his whole body to deliver my plate.
2) Taking my orders for him sounded like a chore. No smile at all.

I wouldn't say I'm a regular customer but everytime I do go I've had a good experience. Service was great, wait time was low, store looked clean and the food looked and tasted great. Would recommend to anyone.
I entered the establishment and as soon I walked in I was blown away by the sheer energy one of your employees Matthew rowe gives off. He has got to be the most buff and handsome man I have ever seen, the way he does his work gets me worked up if you know what I mean. Can I please have his number?
Ordered food for delivery via the app on 28/03/22. whilst in COVID isolation.
Not delivered to the correct address, and contacted customer services straight away to arrange a redelivery or refund.
I was told customer service would need to follow up with Door dash before authorising a refund, with
Matthew Rowe is a very good worker he gave me a free 50$ and a lot of chicken I recommend u give him manager or I’ll sue (my dad owns Tesla) he Also is a living meme with the photo I posted
Amazing Portugese and Mediterranean food!!! Cooked in front of you. Love the Peri Peri sauce and salts. They don't have this in America so I bought the sauce and salts to bring home. I can't get enough of it.
To be honest I went there for the love of chicken but what we got was not our order and the waiting time was hilarious.OTHER PEOPLE WE'RE being priority but when i stood up to ask for my order after 30minutes wait time i got the worst service ever with burnt chicken.
I went To nandos for the first time and then one of your staff members called Matthew Rowe approached me and gave me the best chicken 🍗
