Always amazing service and friendly staff, honestly surprised at the low reviews here, great spot just off the main strip but the food is always excellent and always a friendly vibe and chilled atmosphere
Have you been seeing glorious fried mi goreng chicken baogers 🐥🍝🌶🍔 on your feed? They belong to none other than Sixty Grams 😍! Ordinary burger buns are substituted with white steamed buns and they are sensational! The Gila's chicken thigh is marinaded in a sweet soy chilli concoction, then crumbed with a mi goreng mix and deep-fried. The result is a perfect little fried chicken patty with a golden crunchy salty mi goreng batter, topped with siracha mayo. I dare you say that you won't smack that.
The Loco Moco 🐮🧀🍳🍔 is a tad less impressive, containing a grilled beef patty, creamy mac n cheese, sunny side up egg and mushroom gravy. C. and I find the mac n cheese hard to eat because it goes soggy quickly and is messy to bite into. They should crumb and deep-fry it so that it stays together and add a crunch element to the baoger. The beef patty is super moist and well-seasoned though, and that mushroom gravy
Went here on a week night and it wasn't really busy which was good for us as it was easy to find a table. The bao burger was really delicious and we all really enjoyed it. Chips were also very nice and fresh. Can't wait to come back again, definitely worthwhile!
So I was nervous after reading reviews but i went because of urbanlist to get the gila burger and it was so delicious!!! Firstly the burger is hugeee, the mi goreng was so crispy and the chicken inside was insane! My friend got the pork and she said it was delicious (im not a fan of pork so i didnt really like it) but she loved it. The buns were soooo nice and the chips were nice and hot by the time we got home. The staff were really friendly and polite. I recommend going here, i am definetly coming back.
i think the concept is slightly weird but i wanted to try this place. we had a couple of the baowich and a loco moco burger. the baowich is a reasonable size and pretty good value i think. i think i'd prefer a bread burger still, but it was definitely worth a try and something a bit different
Follow their post on ig few weeks ago. Small place that is hard to find but worth a visit. Order an OG Baoger and One cup sake. Delicious Bao Burgers and will come back for sure.
Nice cosy little spot with just a few high tables inside and a few low tables outside. Friendly service. We had the popcorn chicken and pork gyoza for entree. We then had the beef burger and pork katsu burger with a serve of lotus chips with wasabi mayo for main. Everything was presented well and very yummy. I look forward to going back to try some of the baos. It's a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the area, but worth looking for, for a quick meal.
really nice n will recommend to my friends.........................................................................................................................................
First of all super hard to find! It's not on Beaufort St it's the restaurant behind the restaurant on Beaufort so you have to walk around the back. Anyway it was worth the hunt. We ordered the beef bao burger (so good) the chicken bao burger (don't recommend), a chicken and pork bao which were so yum and chips. The chips were great. They also have lemon water available which is a nice touch. Good relaxed vibes and a plus it's open on a Monday evening when so many other places aren't! If you love bao then give this place a try.
Been to 60grams a few times already. My favourite The OG beef Baoger, is mouthwatering tasty, but I also like the pork Katsu Sando Baoger. Great with beer or sake. Can't wait to eat it! Good ambient and friendly service.
Went here for dinner yesterday and love it! Excellent food, great price. Had a beef baoger and beer, was amazing! They also have one cup sake! Very nice! The staff are very friendly, will be back again and again.
