It's often under appreciated how good it is to have calamari cooked just right. The chef here nailed it with the fish done perfectly and fresh.
We also had the steak and ribs with our meal which were both delicious. The sauce on the ribs was delicious and it was hard not to lick the plate after.
Very quaint place! The staff were very attentive and friendly, food was very nice. The glaze on the pork ribs was very tasty and my partner said the Vodka cream sauce on their chicken was super tasty also.

Overall a very pleasant afternoon spent in the Swan valley
Be back soon
We stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a go. All five of us loved it, and enjoyed the variety of Italian, Asian and Australian cuisine. The flavours were rich and the eat perfectly cooked. Will definitely be coming back.
Fabulous little find - we drove through to the Swan Valley this morning to the Fish & Lily farm and decided to stop for brekkie - Yahava was very busy so we carried on a bit further along West Swan Rd, and I'm so pleased we did because I had just the best scrambled eggs with salmon and a double shot flat white that was rich and creamy. Well worth a visit.
Lovely quaint atmosphere. Service was quick and polite. Sunday breakfast overall was lovely.
Bacon bruschetta was a highlight, only thing, if you order it with poached eggs, ask for the eggs on a separate plate as the water from the poached egg made the toast a little damp.
Big breakfast was filling. Mushrooms were great. Tomato was cooked enough so that I could eat it. I hate when people throw half a tomato on a grill for 5 secs and put it on the plate, thankfully this tomato was cooked nicely. Chipolatas and bacon were cooked wonderfully (I asked for crispy). The poached eggs were ok, little too much water left on them for me but they tasted lovely. The crusty toast we lovely also.
The coffee we were a bit mixed on. Wife loved it, I thought it was nice but not great as other reviewers had described.
Would come back for breakfast again...
Oh and breakfast is open til 12... Excellent.
I don't understand the negative review as is a quaint little restaurant, we sat outside and enjoyed a beautiful breakfast. Pot of tea and coffee were great.
I ordered scrambled eggs on toast which was served on thick crusty toast. Creamy eggs and perfectly cooked bacon. Hubby ordered tomato bruschetta which he cleaned his plate :) We ordered a side bowl of scrambled eggs which our 2 year old enjoyed with a juice. Lovely in the sun on a weekend . Can't wait to go back again.
Food is great a little overpriced but fresh, tasty and big. Lovely setting in an old country style house with wooden floor boards, surrounded by trees. Good job Fusion.
Visited Fusion for dinner. It was a Friday evening and there were only four of us in the restaurant. The food was great as was the service. Being a BYO is probably not in its favour, but this place needs to be supported. Give it a go before you dismiss it.
Great Food & Service. I have eaten breakfast or lunch here many times and each time the food has been excellent and staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this cafe with such a quiet and relaxed atmosphere when in the Swan Valley.
Read the current reviews and they were mixed so gave it a go. Got there at 2.45pm and pleasantly surprised that full menu including specials board still going. Beautiful setting, clean place, pleasant and efficient service and food was awesome. I had a salmon and asparagus risotto, my husband had a steak and my daughter had a blt and chips... Big serves and delicious!
Also it is byo so you can take you fav bottle of vino
Great food and atmosphere. Excellent service. Big servings. Loved the fireplace and artwork.

Fosters. On holiday from England in march 2014. found this little gem in the swan valley namely fusion on swan. we had flat white coffee and home made cakes which were delicious. on our second visit we had lunch. the staff were very friendly and attentive and the owner Darren is a great guy. this place is worth a visit and we highly recommend it. back home in England now but so happy to have found this sight to recommend this restaurant to locals and visitors who may not have heard of it before
Must go. We went to fusion last night for my birthday, every single person at the table commented on how great the food was. steak and ribs were perfect, salmon was yum and the prawns were great.
price is reasonable, serves were huge and the staff was friendly. it wasover busy, and the kids had agreat time and loved their food
Wow fusion on swan is finally open went for coffee and cake the other day and was amazing a credit to the owners for a new Decor
I love coming here for breakfast, the service is good and the food is delicious. Going in the morning is not so busy, you can also take the baby to watch the birds and take pictures
The food was nice and the young girl who was our waiter was lovely! But the owner was very rude, has no people skills what so ever!
My husband and I dropped in in search of breakfast after a nearby hotel stay. Loved the old world charm and the breakfast was out of this world! So so good! Will be going back again!
I had a lovely vegie breakfast. The Pattie was delicious, and couldn't fault the other ingredients served with it. The coffee was hot and the service friendly and prompt. I like the cottage house setting and sitting in the Verandah was lovely.
Fantastic service fantastic breakfast. Portion just right. The cook is happy to make your meal to your taste so don’t be afraid to ask for that little bit of crispy bacon lol
