ive always had good customer service here and loved their burgers. but i came today at 4:15 pm and was served by this lady and she was very rude. her customer service were rather slow and there were also a few people waiting for their orders.
i was quite disappointed.
Very poor service , they refused to give plates with our order even when it was mentioned, that the order was dine-in.
List of other issues
1. Front till manned by one staff, who kept ignoring to take the order. This girl wasn't in an uniform making me question if she really was a staff member.

Super mid. Costs 5 dollars for a juice box their chips tasted weird and they no cap put raw onion in their quesadilla. Also the staff member behind the counter looked like they had no idea what was going on. I'd rather shank my Nana outside a Tesco than eat here again
Nice veggie burgers and my niece liked the nachoes. Staff are friendly. Only downside is you wait a while for your food because it's always busy.
I paid $15 for this and the rice tasted like it came out of a microwave packet.
Was ok as a burger substitute just a bit pricey for what I got.

Ok, Seriously good Spicy Chicken Burger. Nom Nom Nom Nom. If you like a good burn during and after the meal.... This is your place. You'll love it.

Tasty but expensive, salad with some chicken $18.00....Go to Coles and you could make the same thing for $8
