Review Brothers Ben - Petersham

Second visit to Brothers Ben. Nice cafe in street corner. We are always welcomed. The place is cozy and the food are nice. Bacon egg bun is always a good choice for food lover. I prefer the yoghurt bowl as well. Coffee here is extremely nice!

Smooth, creamy coffee. Friendly staff. sausage rolls / pies, fluffy muffins baked in-house. Baked goods are reasonable prices. Superb local corner cafe with a considered select menu. Let down was the very long (~15 mins?) for a takeaway coffee when it didn’t seem like they were supremely busy!

We had family lunch there 10 April. The drinks came after we had our lunch and that s when we had to go and remind them . The side dish of crispy chips is not a healthy option I would prefer real chips or salad Not happy for this charging me to eat crispies.... very lame

A cozy and lovely cafe in Petersham. I was greeted by lovely staffs and had an amazing halloumi and eggs bun:)) I love visiting cafes and trying different halloumi eggs rolls, by far, this is my favourite. I had an amazing experience and def planning to come back one day!

Can you imagine that in this era there is still a place that makes chai latte in a half-made way？Seperating chai latte and cinammon powder and letting us cutomers pour the chai latte from a pot into a cup in which cinnamon powder is contained 😍and the soft chicken coogee really warms the whole day. Biggest surprise is: the cappuccino and corn fritter i had here are the best even i have had in both Sydney and Melbourne!

Great coffee and the red juice is my favourite. Just the right amount of Ginger. The que was quite long due to social distancing requirements but it moved along quickly and everyone was respectful. Orders were delivered much quicker than expected due to the volume! Recommended.

Good baristas who use Little Marionette coffee. Service is excellent, all the staff are very friendly and attentive. Usually gets quite busy on weekends; regardless I've never had to wait very long for takeaway or eating in. The food prices aren't bad for the excellent quality food. The vegan options are exemplary for a café that doesn't focus on vegan/vegetarian food. I hesitate to give it Brothers Ben such a good review because I'd rather keep it to myself but I've really appreciated their presence in the neighbourhood and the staff deserve all the praise and success that comes their way.

A cute corner cafe in suburbia with a few outdoor tables and some inside. I am a regular here and they make the coffee so well with Little Marionette. You always feel welcome and are greeted with smiles. The menu is modern, interesting, beautifully presented and delicious. I have eaten all the dishes & love every one of them! Some of my favourites include the house cured salmon which is not overpowering and you can still taste the natural oily flavours of the salmon. I loved the potato hash which is a football shaped hashbrown. Its super crunchy on the outside with delicious nutty flavoured shredded potato inside. Hash Benny (on menu & on specials) has 2 perfect, creamy, runny poached eggs. Crumpets by Merna are the best d fashioned crumpets I have had. Love both the sweet & savoury options with the crumpet. Either with creamy chilli oil scrambled eggs, snake beans & prawns or poached stone fruit and ricotta. The chia pudding is so refreshing and light. Love the reuben sandwich & crispy yet tender fried chicken for lunch. There is a cabinet filled with pastries from Bread & Butter Project & muffins, cakes & banana bread all homemade. The daily changing muffins are one of the best I have had - so light, moist & fluffy. Such a wonderful cafe cafe doing great things & worth the visit even if your not from the area!

So glad I discovered this place! Great coffee and food! Friendly staff! A lot of effort put in the decoration of the cafe. Like also the fact that it is human size. Would definitely come back on a regular basis

Absolutely love the food at fairly new cafe Brothers Ben which has taken over the former site of local favourite Butcherbird Cafe. There is plenty to celebrate with a menu that offers interesting ingredients, a symphony of flavours and brilliant Little Marionette coffee. It’s all topped off with friendly, down-to-earth service.

Beautiful #coffee, food and location. Such friendly staff too! Great place to come if you want to watch doggos walking past. Would recommend the Hash Browns, Poached egg and Salmon or Avo on toast. Also love that they have a wide range of drinks available as well as a good selection of alternative "milks". They have specials on all the time too – so pays to drop by and see what's going on. Love the Bens.

Brilliant new cafe in #Petersham. Their #coffee is GREAT - which is super important to me! Their fantastic menu and specials are delicious. Also an additional #vegan menu available too.<br/>This place is so great I almost live there at the moment! A wonderful addition to the #innerwest
