Review The Shed Woden - Phillip

Ate there with my family today. Never coming back again. Here is why: Food - took 20 -30 minutes for a big breakfast to come out. I'm fine with that. But, there was a massive grease puddle at the bottom of the plate. Food tasted off too. Drinks - ordered a chai latte with lactose free milk - it was not lactose free. Also nearly 50% of the drink was foam? Such a joke. Service - it was okay initially when placing an order, the young lady was so pleasant and happy to answer questions. But once we had sat down and we're waiting for food all we got was filthy looks from some of the workers. I was polite the entire time to them. I'd recommend someone going to cafe cherry beans instead just downstairs.

Went there for breakfast this morning and waited an hour after ordering before having to leave to head to another appointment. Saw other customers leaving half eaten breakfasts on their tables when leaving with disappointed looks on their faces. 1 star given as the staff were polite and helpful with my refund. In future I would suggest making customers aware if there is a delay in food service so they don’t waste an hour of their day waiting before leaving.

Ordered through Uber eats. Was meant to be toast and eggs with a salad. Only got the salad. Spent $33 on a salad and coffee. And no utensils as requested so I couldn't eat the salad anyway.

I will give 5 stars if only their opening hour as consistent with their advertising hours it said open late friday but actually not. I tried the chicken schnitzel and dirty chai for breakfast,it was great overall. The dirty chai a nice variety from ordinary coffee. The schnitzel for $15.90 is good value,it come with salad n one of the best chips I ever tried. The service is great eventho their barista came a bit late which made the coffee order need to wait,but the rest of staff apologize many times for the inconvenient. The place is clean n the unique decor made nice ambient. Highly recommend for those chips n dirty chai😊

I have not been to Woden for a while and came across the Shed. We sat down for breakfast and I have to say it was really good. Friendly Staff and the service was pretty quick after ordering. We got there early, but it's does get busy pretty quickly. The Coffee is also really good.. Highly recommended.

I visited on a busy Sunday morning. While the service was prompt, my meal seemed to be thrown together in a rush - over-cooked, rubbery eggs; cold vegetables & last-minute toast thrown on top! The cafe is in the middle of a busy mall: maybe good for a quick coffee while shopping, but not really suitable for a relaxing brunch.

Love this spot. A simple but great menu with accommodating staff for all your dietary requirements. Sit down coffee is great as is the service. It's refreshing to go to a cafe that doesn't have music blasting.

Would have been useful to tell people about removing the early bird parking before actually doing it (the girl changed my ticket to $8 and said just because it's the first day, not because you're incompetent in advertising it), at this point the early bird pricing was still up on your website and people had emailed enquiring with unclear responses, pretty slack.

When is the $$$ escaltor from the rooftop of Bonner House likely to be fixed? It's been broken 2 months now. Now that Westfield has been sold, Nativity displays at Christmas might be a nice addition (instead of rats knitting). And anglo- Saxon size toilets - people with knee and hip injuries are forced to use the disability toilets.

For a Westfield, it’s TINY! It feels very old, and there’s not much variety. It’s not a place you can spend your day mindlessly shopping, as I like to do - it’s more of a place to go when you have a specific thing or two to get, and leave quickly. Perhaps I have high standards coming from Sydney, but it’s still quite disappointing as a 22 year old female lover of shopping.

Parking needs to be sorted out. Very tight during xmas period then cash only pay machines. Sorry Westfield but this is stone age technology. Patrons in sydney or melb would not tolerate this rubbish.

Pretty unhappy with parking charges when you see a movie. At Westfield Belconnen you get 4 hours when you see a movie at Hoyts. I thought the same applied at Woden but was really shocked to be hit with a 15 dollar fee when I decided to do a bit of shopping after the movies. Really poor with the inconsistency between the centres. Means I won't be going to movies and shopping again at Woden and will honor centres where the parking fee is more reasonable.

I don't mind Woden cause I don't live far it is good place to catch up but they need more shops open and more fast food in the food court

Once I found directory it was ok. My First Time there. Glad carparks have names. A chocolate and nut shop would be good and a deli

I've seen shops come and go, watched it decorate for 6 Christmases and spent thousands of dollars in there. What rating would I give it? It's a shopping centre! As a shopping centre it does what it is supposed to - it takes my money!

Great diverse place to shop and plenty of seating available.

I like the place . Close to where I live. The restaurants outside offer great food

They put on some free knitting lessons and I learned a stitch or two. The instructors were very helpful, especially Carisa she has a natural charm and outgoing nature.

Well, as for me I love shopping in Woden. Firstly it's closer to me. And there's two hours free parking. And it's very convenient for me. Although I love Westfield Woden so much but it would be great if you can expand it and add more shops like Aldi, Kmart, Target, Zara, Forum, Best and Less just like Westfield Belconnen. That would be great. Thank you

Can't really sit and enjoy the outdoor dining areas because of the amount of people smoking and swearing outside the front entrance. No point in having anti smoking signs everywhere if no one is enforcing them.
