On the last two occasions the chicken is dry and flavourless. The drum stick last night was so overcooked it was almost hollow the meat had shrivelled that much. Sorry you used to be the go to for fast food but no more.
Signage for the drive-through could be better while the staff member who took our order that day, was quite abrupt and not very helpful.
Our mega feast box however was freshly cooked and delicious with no items missing (which is a bonus!)

I have been to kfc at boat harbour drive Hervey Bay many times, but today sadly was the worst chicken I have ever had. Not to mention very small pieces it was also very dry and overcooked. Unfortunately I was unable to return it .
I was really disappointed on burger presentation and the size of the fillet they use now. It's like half the size of the bread. This isn't just the hervey bay branch though I had the same problem ages ago for the KFC at maryborough.
