Review Red Rooster - Pialba

Just rubbish two zinger burgers the meat was too tough to bit. I reckon it was food that was pre made a day ago I'm so disappointed with the lack care. By the amount of bad reviews someone doesn't care. I don't blame the "young" staff the responsibility is on the management for allowing this standard to go across the counter. I'm not usually a bleeter but it just happen more then not

The manager Jack was really helpful, I just made a complaint to KFC Urangan and they gave me a free coleslaw. Went to the KFC Urangan restaurant and ask for hot and spicy and they said they couldn't help. Rang KFC Pialba, and even though that they sold out, Jack said that he'll put a fresh batch in for me. The service is what it should be even though this is fast food. Never turn away a customer, well done

On the last two occasions the chicken is dry and flavourless. The drum stick last night was so overcooked it was almost hollow the meat had shrivelled that much. Sorry you used to be the go to for fast food but no more.

Signage for the drive-through could be better while the staff member who took our order that day, was quite abrupt and not very helpful. Our mega feast box however was freshly cooked and delicious with no items missing (which is a bonus!) Overall not too shabby KFC HERVEY BAY 👍

Total rip off. Bought a 21 piece bucket and was charged over $42 instead of $34.95. To top it off there were only 20 pieces. Never going back

KFC at Stocklands Hervey Bay. Asked for all Original 3 Piece Box. Got Hot Zinger instead. My dinner was chips, squashed bun nd potato/gravy. Cant eat Spicy Food, nearly choked to death just after a mouthful of crispy skin. Husband couldn't chew chicken in his burger. Last time we go there. Do not recommend them. Need too clean up their act. Disgusted.

I have been to kfc at boat harbour drive Hervey Bay many times, but today sadly was the worst chicken I have ever had. Not to mention very small pieces it was also very dry and overcooked. Unfortunately I was unable to return it .

I was really disappointed on burger presentation and the size of the fillet they use now. It's like half the size of the bread. This isn't just the hervey bay branch though I had the same problem ages ago for the KFC at maryborough.
