This review is only for the tavern as it was a driving stop. The decor is full of character, the food choice was decent and the substitutes for what was not available was done well and tasty. Their fig salad was phenomenal!
The lazy lizard tavern has some nice staff working there and the food is nice. The meals are very good value for money they are large then you get at other places the pizza is nice. The mens toilet had a blockage probably from some guy thinking he can put as much paper down it as he like or putting
It is the dry season and lawns not as good as they are in the wet. Amenities clean and well maintained. Well stocked shop with all you need and fuel at a reasonable price.
Awesome park. We had a fantastic unpowered site. Toilets and showers are iconic well done. Had a meal at the pub which was great amazing vibe well worth a visit .
Pine Creek. Great place to stop for an overnighter. Staff's terrific (they could use help if you want a job!), beer's cold, and the van sites pretty damn good. Only drawback atm are the bats nearby.
Good food options. The chicken was great. A little on the pricey side but comparable to other taverns in NT.
The double room was really unpleasant, smelly and dank. The instant coffee provided was mouldy too. Uncomfortable bed. Just an awful experience all around.
