Pretty Hopeless. I asked for a Bacon and Egg Sub they only had one egg left that made me wait 5 mins whilst finish serving other customers to then tell me they had none. Lucky they get high volume foot traffic or they would be out of business. Do Better.

The service at Plainland was very slow and have encountered this many times the past few weeks at night and always a long wait. Absolutely the slowest Sunday I have Ever been too.. The line was that long, two people serving and took me over half an hour to order than at least another 15-20 mins mak8ng said sandwich.. Absolutely disgusting.. They need quick and efficient staff.. Food was great despite my over ling wait

If I could give this store a zero I would. The store was disgusting. Food all over the place. Finger prints on the glass looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for days. Service was the worst. We ended up going to kfc for the store was that bad.

The slowest service I’ve ever seen in my life. Two staff on were both literally moving in slow motion… I waited 20mins in the line which was only 2 people in front of me… it then took another 15 mins to make my sub… I watched at least 10 people wait in line and then give up and leave. Insane

Had to explain to them what a BLT was. Also never have any ingredients and staff are extremely slow

amazing service!! not entirely clean but still good enough and Damien is good at socializing with customers
