A solid Grill'd outlet. All the burgers were super tasty and well put together. Great chips too. Definitely will come back.
This is a lovely burger joint. Nice ambiance and friendly staff. We order Hot bird and mustard and pickle burgers. The burgers were delicious. Good work!

I think all the Grill’d stores are the same, and this one is no exception. The burgers are delicious, especially “Chilli Delight”, which I had this time. The service is as usual good. Also, they serve one of the best fries!
I have never had a bad meal at any of the Grill'd branches. However I decided to go on a whim and order a salad instead of a burger. My usual go to burger is the ba-ba burger with the low carb bun but chose the super power salad. It was so good. Ingredients are all fresh and love that there is some fresh basil in there too! My only criticism is that the chicken was slightly overcooked and dry but I couldn't tell once I mixed in my salad with the extra olive oil and avocado. I'm so happy that I've found another item on the menu that I love.
I haven't been to grilld for a long time but I am glad I went. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly. Sliders were amazing. My new burger restaurant!!! 😊😊😊
Best burgers in Point Cook for me, I am not a burger person and the only burger that I will go for is Grill’d burger, I love the Pork Belly 🍔! Yum! Sweet Potatoes fries, they are Yum too!
Not the first grilld I've been to but the first time at this particular one.
I ordered the Moroccan lamb burger with lower carb bun because I was hunkering for some red meat and after looking at the nutritional info on their site, the Moroccon lamb is relatively lower in calories yet being red meat and flavourful and filling - compared to say grilled chicken. It would definitely be my go to burger if I didn't want to overindulge but wanted that full fattier flavour - great taste to calories ratio compared to say grilled chicken burgers.

The store has a nice wooden and cabin like decor. No toilets at this store though.
I ordered a Wagyu this time with a panini bread. Im not sure why but i think the beef got overcooked because it wasnt juicy at all or maybe it wasnt a wagyu at all? Anyways, i love Grill’d. Me and my partner always comes here if we crave for a good burger. This time, i wasnt impressed with the Wagyu burger. I shouldve ordered the usual one. I was way more impressed in Maccas Wagyu beef burger.
Go to place for amazing healthy burgers. A wide range of options to choose from. However, very limited options for vegetarians looking for no meat or not eggs.
Lively ambience with outdoor seating also available in the heart of the point cook market.

Placed at one of the corners of the town centre's intersecting main streets, the Grill'd shop's location as well as the franchise name naturally ensures a steady flow of burger lovers.
On this occasion, the staff were particularly friendly and attentive, displaying very good service.
All burgers come with a low carb 'superbun', the Grill'd special. Crunchy on the outside crusts and a soft inside, the bun works well - not soaking up most of the oils used in the making of the patties.
The quality of the beef patties are mostly consistent across all Grill'd branches, and this one was no exception. Good chunks of ground beef, and quite juicy for it's size, the beef burgers are a good pick for casual eaters. The pork burger was also succulent, and also had a distinct premium feel as different utensils were supplied intended for the burger specifically. Caesar's palace, a chicken burger was quite mediocre, however, as the meat tends to be a bit hard and not as tender. Still, may be a good choice for something *slightly*more healthy.
Despite marketing itself as a place where there are 'healthy burgers', the nutritional contents show anything but. If you want healthy, a home made salad sounds much better.
The food, while good does not lend itself to something to sacrifice being 'healthy' for.
Great location, very convenient place to grab a bite. The place has a good indoor setting and has an outdoor sitting area as well.
We had a caesar palace burger, mighty Melbourne, and underbelly pork burger, and overall we were pretty happy with the taste. The chips however, a bit soggy and the spicy mayo dipping sauce wasn't spicy at all.
Service was good and it all added to our pleasant foodie experience.
I love this place so much to eat!!! Its actually quite lovely the atmosphere is lively normally and the customer service was spot on. The prices I guess are priced a little too high for some of the burgers for my liking but the burgers taste delicious and is worth a try. I been here 3 times and still have a great time each time, recommend it~
Grill'd Point Cook is a good addition to Stockland Point Cook. While all Grill'd locations serve the same food I'm always happy with the service and ambience at the Point Cook store. Lots of seats inside and outside and I like the kombucha that they stock.
A few of us came here last night as it was convenient to walk to from where we were. The young lady that seated us was lovely and had a quick chat and was very informative with the few questions we asked. She was more than happy to bring us water, cutlery etc. The burgers only took 10 minutes to arrive and our friends were very impressed by the service at this grill'd.
Grill'd is not one of my preferred burger places however they do serve a really good meal. This place always seems busy where ever we go but the burgers still seem to come out fresh and reasonably quickly. My favorite burger here is the field of dreams. Elisha Hodges and I experience friendly staff at each and every one of the Grill'd restaurants that we have been to and we will keep coming back here!
We normally have a great meal at Grill'd. This time we were shown to a table but our order wasn't taken for a while. This was annoying as we chose a burger joint thinking it would be quick. It's normally not a big wait for food. The food is always lovely but I do think it's a bit too pricy for what it is. Prices blow out for sides. A burger should always come with fries :)
The husband and myself were starving when we hit Point Cook Town Center tonight, I literally inhaled a Summer Sunset and he had a Back Bar.
Chips were crispy and the dipping sauces super fresh.
The service is always great at Point Cook, can't complain!
I came here for dinner last week with my BFF Miss Kirsten.
I have not been to Grill'd for a very long time.
I got the large chips and three dipping sauces of the herbed mayo and a cheese and bacon burger and added avocado.
I really like the look of this Grill'd it is really nice. The staff are very friendly and the service was quick. The meal was amazing, in particular the chips. I loved it and it made me realise how much I missed Grill'd as I normally go to Ziggy's. It was good. Well done Grill'd I will be back.
The good old Simply Grilled burger, cant go wrong.
If you want a healthier burger than all the other burger joints than hit grilld. Also orderd Baa Baa burger with chips and herb mayo sauce. Service was better than other grilld joints i have been too.

First time here, very impressive for its Excellent service, taste is good and of course recommended. Addict chilli and famous chips are my favorite!
Really good friendly service and the food is awesome. Mustard and Pickl'd burger for me and Ceasar's Palace chicken burger for the hubby, ordered with the fries and sweet chili dip! The kids who serve are trained well. If any, I would just love it if they can increase the lighting around the middle area tables.
Best service.. I've been to a few Grilld restaurants in Melbourne and Sydney. The point cook restaurant has far outdone them all for service and freshness. I love coming here!
Coming from the states. Where WE do burgers BIG time....this place has very fresh ingredients. What blows my mind and I have not seen much of this here in Oz..unfortunately is the big smile and friendly atmosphere that Grilled has. Always a pleasure to eat there and some great take away too. To the Mangers on up...the people must love their jobs there and you can feel the energy inside the food and inside the big smiles and warm welcome!! Add a dessert and some bottled tap water and its perfecto!!

Great staff, great service and excellent burgers. Always greeted at the door and seated quickly. Burgers came out quickly and were delicious! Manager very friendly and took the time to chat to us about the products, the different burgers and just have a quick chat! Will definitely be back! Happy to see great service in Point Cook!

I love gilld they are the best burgers in the world ,if u havent tryd them ,your missing out big time ,i tell everyone to go there ,and the custemer service is amazing ,they treated me like a qeen it was almost wierd for a berger place,,, but of course i loved it ,,i d recomend grilld to anyone who wants to taist the best bergers ever made
I love Grill'd and have probably been to all the ones in Melbourne. I feel lucky to have the one I consider the best one just a stroll from my place! :) The restaurant itself is the nicest I have seen, the customer service is just great. I could come everyday here and never get tired of it.
