One of the best breakfast menu and food I’ve had for some time, staff were sensational and very responsive
We take our Grandparents here every few weeks on a Sunday morning, as my Grandpa lives at the nearby nursing home. It's hidden in an industrial area, but don't let that put you off! There's a great menu selection, something for everyone. My grandparents love it as its different from their usual (it feels pretty modern) and its nice and clean and well spread out. My usual is the avocado and a tea, which is pretty well priced. (I think about $16-$17 for the avo, some places nearby are closer to $20) Would definitely recomend if you're nearby or for a family catch up.
Came to Gemelli with one of my best friends for breakfast and I absolutely loved their avocado on toast option.
I’ve been here a few times and I’ve loved every visit. I find the over all look of the restaurant and location very pleasant and peaceful.

Hidden away in the industrial area between point cook and Williams landing is a delightful little restaurant that provides simplicity with great flavours. The food here is amazing value for money and they run regular events with wine pairings here to show their versatility
First time in a long time...change of ownership prompted my return and l wasnt disappointed. New owners lovely, service very good and food delicious. Had the Caesar chicken salad and it was full of flavour- loved it. Will definately be back
By far one of the best cafes.They are always very welcoming their staff has always got a smile and well presented.The chefs create magic with the food . I have been a regular at this place and have always loved it.The only advice is to bring back the fried calamari starter back to the menu as my little one misses it. Their calamari salad is amazing their soups are delicious and love the coffee
A friend and I came here for lunch on Wednesday. It was a gorgeous spring day so we sat outside in the sunshine.
I had a cider, which came with a large glass filled with ice - much appreciated on a sunny day.
My friend had the Caesar salad, I had the roast veggie, grain and halloumi salad with grilled chicken.
My salad was DELICIOUS! So flavoursome and filling. The chicken was nicely seasoned and I didn’t feel like I was missing out by choosing a healthier option. One of the best salads I’ve had.
Service was also great, very friendly and relaxed.
My friend I came with suggested it and I know it’s one of her favourites.
Will definitely be back!

I think this place would have to be the hidden gem in the western suburbs. Their mantra is locally sourced quality ingredients & yes they deliver! Although they are not shy about their prices but they sure do back themselves up with a quality plate of food. The only bit of negative is that their cooked to perfection steaks don’t come with many sides. If you are going to charge $47 for a steak, then make it a full plate with a couple of sides thrown in to keep that “cafe” theme going. On the other hand the burgers are awesome and great value also.
Such an awesome atmosphere. Love the architecture of this place with a beautiful fire place in the centre. Lovely helpful staff with high quality meals and most importantly delicious burgers with yum sauces. I must say their pizza fries is probably the best fries I’ve ever tasted. Definitely worth checking this gem out. 🍔
I had heard so much about this place and its famous burgers, I finally got to go today with a couple of friends. I ordered the middle eastern baked eggs. It was absolutely yummy, pretty generous serve too. I was very happy with the service too. It’s worth a try if you still haven’t been there :)
I would defiantly call this place my "local" cafe and somewhere that I would bring my friends and family for breakfast, lunch dinner or coffee. The food is always fresh and delicious, the coffee is great and the staff are very friendly. I will always recommend Gemelli's to others to try out! Thanks guys and keep up the good work 🙌🏻 xx

A cafe with a contemporary layout, offering both indoor and outdoor seating options. Breakfast and shakes are excellent in quality and generous in portion. Service is welcoming and pricing is standard. Highly recommended for those who like breakfast with shakes!
Yes I'll be back, the location is not quiet picturesque but the service & food made up for that. Never even thought to book a table, so because there is nothing else nearby similar, call them & book. Great menu, breakfast till 3pm, love that but I had the Senor Bean Burger- black bean & corn patty, loved it and their chips had a great seasoning, crispy & fluffy. Dessert you have to have dessert, the Lava Cake looked amazing but I'd go back for the Malassadas mini doughnuts Mmmmm.

Pictured is the Middle Eastern Baked Eggs with maple bacon, and Scrambled Eggs on sourdough with the best mushrooms. Gemelli uses Padre coffee and it's delicious.
Food is not only delicious but service is wonderful. Everything is reasonably priced and is now a go to place for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Worth it.
Came here for dinner cos we were looking for somewhere local. We ordered pizza fries, garlic bread, eye fillet steak with mushroom sauce and the beef ribs. The beef were both cooked to perfection so tender and flavoursome. I ordered medium rare and probably was undercooked but I actually enjoyed it like that. Also the beef ribs was nearly melted in our mouths. He garlic bread was very tasty and parsley made the dish. The chips were nice but didn't symbolise pizza. Maybe replace tomato sauce for tomato pizza sauce. But overall was pleasantly surprised for a local place and it was delicious! Would recommend and come again
Gemelli opened in 2015 and I’ve yet to have a meal there that the whole party did not enjoy. Head Chef Warren Flanagan has a paddock to plate ethos, and you really notice the quality of the ingredients at Gemelli compared with some other restaurants in the area that are aimed at the family market. The menu is excellent and has a huge variety of breakfasts, burgers, salads and larger evening meals. There is a good range of options for kids too, and it’s nice to see a salad on there – a favourite with my 4-year old.
I won’t go into detail on every meal we have had – there have been quite a few, but as it’s coming into summer I will call out the Quinoa Salad as an exceptional dish. It really is a feast for the eyes and well as the stomach and one of the best salads I have had recently. At $14, it is also very reasonably priced.
Delicious food, delicious smooth coffee, fresh ingredients, clean, fresh feeling atmosphere, lovely calm and friendly waitstaff (just what's needed before a coffee on a rainy morning). The eggs were great!
A brilliant idea by the two brother who own Gemelli (meaning "twins" in Italian). They've plonked it up the back of the car park at the Phoenix Hotel, who've had a mortgage on this area near the Williams Landing station for quite some time.
Looks appealing from the outside, and then when you walk in you're instantly impressed. Spacious, well-presented staff, modern furniture/lighting and a fantastically diverse menu.
It's sorta like Squires Loft meets a trendy Burger joint, and an impressive dessert selection. Hanger Steak comes sliced, recommend medium-rare. Scotch fillet with red wine jus was incredibly tasty, and temperature on plate was amazing. Not the cheapest, but you pay for the quality.
Probably the best dinner restaurant in Point Cook.
Nice service and the staff are helpful if you want to all share. Really good food but the meat can taste a bit burned. Really nice restaurant and experience if you are going out for dinner.
Great restaurant! Attentive staff who know what they are talking about, providing great insight into the positives and negatives of the restaurant's dishes. The one kilo tomahawk steak was great and flavoursome but seems to be slightly smaller than one would think, short rib is amazing I lifted it up and slid right off the bone it was moist and amazing, the burgers here are also incredible, a great combination of flavours. The restaurant also is sleek, modern and is a great place to eat
Love this place. It's pram friendly..even mothers group friendly with room for a couple of prams around a table. Beautiful, friendly staff. Fabulous coffee and food. Visually pleasing atmosphere. 👍
We came here for dinner last night at 7.30pm. We all ordered a different burger each, Chips & drinks. Our dinners didn't take too long to arrive & we all really enjoyed them. A little bit more expensive than the local Grilled, but was a nice change & they have a pretty good looking dessert menu which we decided to come back during the week to try. Will report back then.

Have since come back numerous times for burgers, desserts and drinks and have not been disappointed once, love the kids size milkshake, have all tried different desserts and enjoyed all. Nice to have another easy local restaurant around the corner : )
Great food, great service. Wanted to share meals so they cut our burger into quarters. Short rib was amazing, soft and moist, falling off the bone. Burger was one of the best we've had, full of flavour and plenty of ingredients. The 1kg tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection. Dessert is well presented and tastes as good as it looks. Lava cake is superb!
Was meeting for lunch with a girlfriend. I arrived early and was greeted with a warm smile by the owner Fernando.
While I was waiting I discovered the the restraunt was called gemelli because Fernando has twins. I was delighted as I am a twin too!!
My girlfriend and I ordered the burgers which were delicious with a side of chips that were well salted- just how I like them.
Coffee was great too.

On a recommendation from a local, we have given Gemelli a few goes and have been pleasantly surprised with each visit. The light open atmosphere and outdoor area is very nice, surprisingly quiet location, the staff have so far been very polite and efficient with the food being excellent, I enjoy a good burger and the ones I have tried so far are great, not sure on others comments on burgers being too small or expensive, the size and cost is reasonable, with the quality excellent. The only real criticism is the burger should come with chips!
My Partner and I went one Sunday night and it was great. Ticked all our boxes on Service and quickness.
We order a burger each and some drinks. We drank, ate and left within 45minutes✅.
I have been before in a group, all ordered different steaks, this takes longer so don't be upset, worth the wait👍

Been a regular here since it opened. Great breakfasts are always on offer with my favourite being the fry up for one. Poached eggs are usually overcooked, so i would suggest getting the yummy scrambled eggs. Dinner is easy, great burgers with something for everyone. Favourite sides are mac and cheese ( to die for) and grilled corn with salsa. Alway good, always friendly
A fantastic eatery in the western suburbs, we regularly eat here for brunch and dinner. Personal favorites include the steaks (They do Cape Grim steaks which I always like) and burgers for lunch/dinner and the smashed avo or pancakes for brunch. But really when you go there nothing beats the milkshakes, by far the best in Melbourne that I have found. Service is always top notch and the owners really care about their customers.
Had breakfast here 3 mornings in a row, fantastic service on all occasions with staff remembering our drink orders on the second and third morning. The bacon and eggs was excellent, the wood smoked berkshire bacon a standout. Highly recommend.

So glad to have a cafe like Gemelli in the area. Food was spot on. I had the hot smoked Tasmanian salmon with poached eggs for brunch. Delicious though I will say the grain salad made it more like a lunch meal but nonetheless, delicious! The Classic Fry Up is worth having if you are feeling hungry, needing comfort food or want a bit of everything. Welcome to the Neighbourhood Gemelli!

Great burgers-very filling, well priced and a great veggie burger! The herb fries are a must even if you just share them.
I love their milkshakes especially the vanilla one as you can tell they use actual vanilla bean.
Can get quite busy so bigger groups should book however they can normally squeeze you in pretty quick.
Friendly service seals the deal!

The staff have always been extremely friendly and accommodating.
There is always a comforting consistency in the quality of the food as well as the coffee.

Had a date with the wife last night. Ordered the Gemelli Burger, Chicken Mex burger, Loaded Fries and Berry Cheesecake Shake. The Burgers were great particularly the Chicken Burger. The Gemelli burger probably need a little more seasoning on the patties but the bun, sauce and cheese was great. The loaded fries I felt needed more cheese or a different kind of cheese. The shake was phenomenal.
All I can say is...About time a good casual restaurant opens in the point cook area. Point Cook town centre is atrocious and one can only have little mekong or fresh chilli so many times. Do yourself a favour and give these guys some more business because they deserve it. I will be back for breakfast!

Visited twice now, breakfast was sensational and coffee was also amazing.
Visited again for dinner the food was amazing everyone enjoyed there meal. The only criticism I can give is the staff never asked if we wanted another drink, I had to ask for water and I had to ask for the dessert menu then ask for my order to be taken... Which can be annoying, but everyone was so friendly and the food was amazing. We will be back :-)

I've been to Gemelli a few times now, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In my view, it's the best place to eat in Point Cook. For a suburb where the top rated place to go on some websites is Grill'd, it's about time we had a decent place to go!
Breakfast: really good - the pancakes rate a special mention. Egg dishes too are fantastic, and there are some adventurous options such as middle eastern baked eggs that pack a decent chili punch.
Lunch and Dinner: as an entrée, the charcuterie board is delish and great value. The burgers are pretty good although my standout favourite is the sustainable seafood burger. I'm a sucker for the crispy fish fillet paired with lettuce, tomato and that amazing homemade tartare sauce. The fries are fresh and tasty although compared to other options such as the corn on the cob and mac and cheese (so good it probably should be illegal), they don't set my world on fire in quite the same way.
Dessert: had a caramel popcorn milkshake for the first time last visit and heck, it will be hard to go past it next time. It's a great option for a shared dessert - probably best to try to halve the calories!
Overall, the service is top-notch and regulars are treated as such. The seating is comfortable and tables aren't too close together. Prices are also very reasonable. Compared with other options, you're not paying a premium to be in what is the best restaurant for miles around.
Had a lunch catch up on Tuesday. My friend had the sliders which she really enjoy and I had the "I'm single burger which was delicious. We shared the Cheesecake which was beautifully

Fantastic place for a brunch date. Highly recommend the pancakes (add the bacon ... worth it) along with their cara-malt popcorn & berry cheesecake milkshakes or with one of their house blend coffees. My kids also love the kids burger meal. Great social vibe about the place and the decor is lovely too.
This is the best cafe in Point Cook! The milkshakes here are the best ever. Aussie milkshakes have been known to be weak flavoured milk but not the milkshakes here. The milkshakes here are like molten sundaes made from the best icecream.
The produce served here are top-notch and done very well. Highly recommend the classic fry-up (best value for money). I am so glad that there is finally a decent place to eat in Point Cook.

Only opened for 8 weeks it was a nice little gem to find in a not so noticeable area.
The staff were fantastic, greeting with a smiling face and good service.
I had the eggs Benedict and my other half had Caesar salad and the berry cheesecake milk shake. We both left satisfied.
Money is average with the meal including a hot chocolate $52.
Will be back we enjoyed every minute
Found this hidden gem along the freeway, this place serves quality meal with reasonable price. We went there this afternoon for brunch and was surprised that it was busy on Monday in a place away from housing area. The were understaffed but the service still remain good, like the smile from the old man... maybe he is the owner. The food were really good, especially the balance of flavors. I love the quality of the shakes they made too. This place would be my regular place now, will be back more often.
We first discovered this hidden gem about a week ago. We wanted to try Gemelli out for breakfast as we had heard many great things from friends who had dined there. I had the steak sandwich which was so perfect. The steak was so tender and the portion was lovely. They coffees are also really good. The service was fast and friendly. This place has a beautiful open air atmosphere and is very relaxed yet elegant. Great first experience!
We had dinner at Gemelli Cafe last week - lured by their burger photos! - and were pleasantly surprised. Even before we ate we said we would come back based on the friendly service. We both had burgers, and shared a loaded fries. Burgers were excellent, loaded fries probably need some tweaking - too much sauce, not enough cheese. We will go back to try their breakfast menu, other than the excellent Babycino on Main, there's a lack of quality ie non chain breakfast options in Point Cook. It's a slightly unusual location, but if they keep up with the good service and quality food they will have no trouble turning us (and others) into regular customers.
We were craving burgers and wanted to try somewhere new so decided to visit this new suburban restaurant. It's refreshing to have a city or inner city style place in suburbia where the food is of excellent quality and the prices are reasonable. We got the I'm Single gemelli burger, the chicken-mex burger with a side of parmesan fries and cara-malt popcorn milkshake. This milkshake was the stand out best one I have ever had. Not too sweet and the home made caramel around the edges was delicious! The burgers were also very good, the meat paddie had a beautiful quality meat taste and the fried chicken fillet was juicy and tender. Will definitely be back for burgers and shakes!
Gemelli is awesome! The coffee is as good as the best coffee you can get in Melbourne, made by professional barista's, the food is fresh and cooked to perfection.
The burgers were perfect, soft bun, well seasoned and cooked meat and fresh salad - just delicious! The salmon gravlax were beautiful - a must have, the shakes were thick and flavor some - best shakes in Melbourne. The steaks looked amazing.. I will be back! So good to see such a place in Point Cook. If you live anywhere in Melbourne west, Gemelli is a must!
The name Cafe Grill belies the quality of food - it is SO much more than a cafe!! Had a delicious meal this evening with good friends (who have become l9cal regulars after a week!)
My husband rated his eye-fillet 10/10 which is very impressive as he asked for it blue/rare & it's exactly how it was presented! Sides were delicious & a lovely accompaniment to our mains. We live on the other side of town but we'll be back!
My first time here today and I came especially to try the burger, as I usually do.
It looked big on the plate and I was worried there was too much bun..... But yum, that bun was soft and squishy. The burger sauce was incredible and was the highlight of the burger.
My only dislike is that the beef patty was a bit plain. A bit thick and unpressed as well, which meant it didn't reach all the way out to the edge of the bun. Like a big rissole. I was eating a lot of cheesy salad roll when I wasn't biting right into the center of the burger. Squash that patty down, season and char it up a bit and I'd give it a rating of 5 instead of 4.
Still a delicious burger that I'll be happy to come back and eat again :-)
Been to Gemelli Cafe Grill 4 times now. What a great new addition to Point Cook. I will be going there regularly. Food and coffee superb ! Very friendly service. Cannot fault.
I had seen previous reviews however the Cafe is now under new management and worth a visit. A great breakfast, great coffee, great service. We had the breakfast gnocchi (generous bacon, perfectly poached egg, soft gnocchi) and the middle eastern baked beans (👌). Plenty of parking and well fitted out interior. On a nicer day would be good to use the outdoor area.
Lovely meal with great service and a lovely atmosphere. The dinner menu is varied has some nice choices. We enjoyed visiting for the first time and our meals of chicken and steak were just right. While we didn't have burgers ourselves the ones we saw being delivered to other tables looked magnificent. We will return to try these out for lunch one day soon!

Food here is always generous and delicious, as is the tea/coffee. Don’t always take pictures but seem to have a lot of them 😂. Yet to explore the dinner or other drinks menu but will have to add it to my list.
So this is the first Gemelli Cafe Grill meat club. What an amazibg night with amazing food and so affordable. Can wait for the next one. Don't miss out!
A little noisey and not exactly cosey or intimate, but it's close to my bff's place of work and since I live on the other side of Melbourne it's a great place for us to grab lunch, coffee and have a great catch up. I always come on an empty stomach as I find that if we each have a coffee and burger we can't actually finish the small chips we are sharing.
