Everything is so good, you can’t go wrong
Okay now if you are hungry, and I mean hungry, and really like your American BBQ meats then you have to come here! We’ve been here a couple of times now and have come back for some of our favourites. The brisket is always a good choice but the last time we went, the ribs, kransky and buffalo wings were the best! The apple coleslaw is also nice and you can’t go wrong with the Mac and cheese. Not for the faint of hearts. Enjoy the feast
The pork ribs and beef briskets were succulent, just peeling of the bones. Chicken wings were fantastic as well. Though the pork pulls were average.
We enjoyed our dinner particularly the pulled pork. The brisket was good too. The ribs were nice, but perhaps a little dry to our liking. The service was prompt and polite too. Will recommend.
Went here on a whim and boy, so glad I went!
Tasty pickles served with beef brisket and pulled pork. I went for a range of sides; mac & cheese, collard greens and smoked Texas beans.
Omg, so full! Great service, lovely atmosphere, quick with bringing out food. Almost packed out on a Tuesday @ 6pm. Highly recommended

Amazing brisket and ribs, pickles, kransky and mashed potato. Brisket was thick and juicy. Ribs fell off the bone (I know it isn’t meant to but that’s the way I like it). Very simple presentation, grungy but completely clean ambience, friendly wait staff and a good bottle of red. Port Adelaide surprises too with its architecture. Nothing to complain about in this great gem of an American bbq restaurant.
Great feed, guarantee you wont leave hungry! Four of us did the 'feed us' option for $35pp. Good price, plentiful food. Got sides of mac n cheese (delicious and simple), the green beans that were the special of the night (yum 10/10), tater tots (basic tots, shouldve got the slaw instead for something more refreshing on the table), potato salad (pretty good) and pickles (complimentary!). All meat (pulled pork, beef brisket, wings, ribs, kransky) was tasty and cooked well. Pulled pork a little salty but otherwise awesome. Service was friendly. Sat outside, preferred it that way! Would definitely go again.
🍽️: Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Wings, Kransky + sides
👍: Good American BBQ! Super smokey and flavourful, Beef Brisket is always my favourite
👎: Sides are pretty small, would be great to add some seafood options for pescetarians
📝: No ribs during lunch
My favorite American bbq ❤️❤️ it was my first time trying it and I fell in love straight away. Love all of the sides. They have mac and cheese, tots, coleslaw and my favorite of all cornbread. All of the meats were tasty.
Bloody beautiful food - and plenty of it. Had the $35 sampler - more than enough food. Staff were ultra nice. Good price I thought as you pay that plus more just for a decent steak in some restaurants. Highly recommend.
Loved it. Really warm welcome and very attentive service throughout. The food? Yum! The chef was clearly passionate as he gave me his 10c worth on the delicious sauces. Not cheap but well worth it. Try the sweet cafe made lemonade. It’s a find! We will be back for the banquet.
Wow oh wow this place has American bbq down pat. We had the banquet which is a selection of all the meats they smoke from pulled pork to ribs to brisket and chicken. The cheese kransky was one of the best I have tried. Every piece of meat was so tender and each with their own very distinct flavour. Not like Other places I have tried where all the meats taste the same. Plenty of sides to choose from which were equally as tasty. The sauces on offer are like liquid gold. Tangy with a subtle sweetness. To top it off there is a great vibe going on here and the staff are very friendly and attentive. All in all a great experience. Can’t wait to go back.
Amazing American style bbq. Their brisket is something else and they’re not shy with the pickles if you ask for more - which I definitely do. We popped in about an hour before closing with a group of 8 and they made space for us and were super friendly - they didn’t rush us or try to get us out the door, smiled and joked. The decor is unpretentious and simple - as it should be. The food is really excellent, and they also hooked me up with a very generous pour of 10yr Old Man R.I.P. Van Winkle which was delicious and a perfect way to end the evening. Highly recommended.
Oh the meat. All the meats. Meaty meaty goodness. Seriously, if you're a true carnivore you'll quickly fall in love with this place. Everything is slow cooked and pulled apart and marinated and roasted to absolute perfection. Try it and I promise you'll want to return!
ALL THE MEATS. There is no way to pick a favourite here, so go with the banquet option, the best way to sample the best of the best. And go off menu and order a pickle back (shot of whiskey with a pickle juice chaser) The perfect way to warm up your body for the feast you're about to devour. Moonshine lemonade is also a winner.
One of the best Ribs in ADL! They slow cook the ribs instead of traditional barbecue. The meat was so soft and tasty with their homemade barbecue sauces. Beef brisket was good with the mustard sauce. Chicken wings were spicy and hot but amazing! There are different toppings you can choose and I chose Mac&Cheese, Tater Tots(Potato Balls) & Apple Coslaw.
Tater tots was so good!!!!! Must try!
And if you are not driving, please try the sunshine lemonade! They're got the non alcoholic version which called homemade lemonade. Similar flavour but without alcohol.
Rmb to reserve the table before you go there!(at least 2 days before)
American style restaurant in Port Adelaide. Friendly waiter n waitress will explain which is the best combination among different meats, like mustard with pulled pork. I m not a big meaty fans ever but among those on the tray, the cheesy sausage and the ribs were excellent. Juicy and crispy sausage i have ever had! Also, unlikely the ribs we always have from outside, soft texture, the ribs from here are much tender and i can taste celery like from the sauce of the ribs that can refresh yr tongue. Another thing i loved is the blue cheese sauce, unlike the strong flavour from the blue cheese , you can put them in yr mouth more easily. It is fantastic to be dipped in with the tater tots and wings! But quite disappointed with the apple 'slaw, i think it's nothing special with the coleslaw, i couldn't eat any apple from it. While it is slightly expensive for the $35 for the "let us feed you", and 2 ppl are minimum. Anyway, drinks, food and atmosphere are good.
American eats brought to you by Aussies down under!
Absolutely fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in, and prior to that, just even looking at the mouth-watering photos of the meat platters. Service was friendly, vibe was on point, but the decor could have been improved a bit to really bring out the American side.
The food on the other hand was pretty good, though I did find $25 pp to be slightly expensive considering we didn't get ribs (as it was lunch), and we only 3 pieces of chicken to share b/w two people. I also found a few pieces of the meat to be a bit dry, but overall, really nice combo of textures and flavours paired along with the selected four different sides, oh and not to mention, the amazing housemade sauces!
Overall, the food experience was great, but not wow.
The pork ribs are spectacular. Order 2kg of ribs plus titer tots and mac and cheese sides to share amongst 5 people and we totally wiped the plates clean. The ribs were tender and juicy, totally worth going back again.

I am no expert on BBQ but this place seems to tick a lot of boxes. We were very hungry so our table of three ordered a large amount of food and it still arrived within 20 minutes despite a full restaurant.
The food was ideal to what they're serving. The meat was tender and not dry, the sides are homely, simple and tasty. There was a lot of taste and if you like your meat you will not be disappointed. (There is a good range of beers and some wine too.)
This place is a bit of a Sunday drive lunch location - it's not fancy but it is delicious, friendly, and not expensive. I would recommend it accordingly.
The service was homely and friendly, and the atmosphere - while a little cornball - was nice. There are a few reviews here saying they didn't like the decor - I guess that's just down to taste. I found the place and the people to be nice.
One slight gripe - it's not particularly child friendly. So if the owners do read these reviews, please look into some more young child infrastructure. I saw two young families in there the night I was present.
As an American and very picky about my slow cooked meats, I can hardly fault it. Perfect pulled pork, beyond-perfect pork ribs - best I've ever eaten in my life, and that's really saying something. Beef brisket should ideally have been more beautifully pullapart tender, but the flavor was good, and the slaw and beans paired great with it and balanced out the texture. The meat and sides' flavours were all excellent - easily as good as anything you can find in the American South. Trust me on that. Some of the reviewers on this site seem to disagree... not sure where they grew up, but I bet it wasn't the American South! The cornbread was a little bit stale, but my 3yo didn't seem to mind. Can't wait to return, this place is a home run.
So good!! Everything was absolutely amazing! Shared the buffet between 3 of us and we demolished it. I would definitely recommend the pulled pork and the mac n cheese! Highly recommend coming here.
All the meats! The best BBQ in Adelaide, hands down. I can't choose between the pork ribs, the kransky, the pulled pork and the brisket, it's all top notch! Good beer selection too. No room for desert!
Great restaurant at Port Adelaide! Service was attentive , welcoming and quick. Food was excellent . We definitely stuffed ourselves and even have extra to take away. Highly recommend everything. The ribs were smoky and delicious. Their brisket was soft and tender. The blue cheese dip for the chicken wings is great .full with blue cheese taste. However the home madr lemonade and the iced tea was a little dissapointing as the taste was not strong enough. But ortherwise, this place is definitely a revisit
Very good food, if you are a meatie then definitely worth the trip. Small but very good selection of craft tap beers. Only issue was sitting at the window seating with the beaming sunset on your face was not ideal. We were offered some boards to put on the window which definitely helped and as they know about this issue im sure they will come up with a long term permanent solution. Anyway, back to the meat. Those ribs 👌👌 wow, beef brisket veeery tender and flavoursome. Sides were pretty good too. One thing which could have topped the platter off was a couple of damper style rolls to make some kind of brilliant meat combination burger! Will definitely return. Keep up the good work ✌✌
Went here for a lunch on Friday and has been wanting to try this place for quite some time.
The waiter came over and convinced us that we should go with the banquet style lunch. It was a great opportunity to sample many of the dishes.
In the banquet, we were able to sample the hot wings (delicious), brisket (awesome), pulled pork (yum), as well as kranski, tater tots, mac and cheese.
If I am to be critical, I would say that the side servings for 3 people were very small... the same size as what other individuals were being served around us.
One other disappointing area was that they did not have may of their desserts available and their dessert maker was "on holidays".
If they had gotten these things right, then I would have given full marks.
You know it's good when you're stuffing your gob with brisket, wings and kransky with a 'can't talk, eating' face on! Sides were delicious and staff were friendly! We sat outside with our dog and they bought him some water
Poppy has popped into Low & Slow half a dozen times for the best tastes of Texas right here in Port Adelaide! Never is he let down. Love the location down near the Port wharf. The brisket is incredible and it brings Poppy to life from the inside out! Can't get enough of it. Pulled pork is also amazingly tender and succulent. The sides are all delicious as well especially the Mac and cheese, grits and collard greens. Love the sauces on the tables too, Poppy could drink them on their own. Always friendly service to boot. Poppy loves going to Low & Slow, definitely worth an eat for all you foodies out there, a can't miss 👍👍
Besttttt ribs ! But you have to book of you want a table or want to make sure they don't run out.
Only a certain amount of meat is prepared each day.
Staff are friendly but can get a tad caught up in the busyness from time to time.
Unexpectedly busy place at port. Make sure you make a reservation to dine in. I never thought this place can be so busy even on weekdays. Don't attempt to just walk in. If you love meat particularly American bbq meat/slow cook meat then this would be the place to be.
Services - staffs are friendly, constantly checking and make sure everything is fine. They are busy so just be patient. Food n drinks services pretty fast. Menu - you can choose whatever meat/sides you want with your choice of quantity. Advise from the staff, normal portion for an individual is usually two serves of meat with 1-2 sides. If you can't decide and want to try everything that's on the menu - choose the "feed me" option which have a bit of everything served.
Food - served on a tray, pretty interesting presentation. Love the chicken wings, I would prefer more spice but the chicken wings were well marinated. Chicken wings served with blue cheese sauce, it's a very mild blue cheese taste so it's definitely a compliment and not overpowering. The pulled pork was tender and juicy. Ask the staffs which sauce can you go with as they have their homemade sauces that go along well with different meat. My companion had the beef brisket and he absolutely enjoy it. The beef brisket was sold out by 8.30pm that night - that definitely means something. As for sides, I went for my good old favourite cob corn (yumm) and all dishes are served with a pickle. The pickle is definitely helpful when you have too much meat on the dish.
If you prefer the pulled pork in between bread then you can try their sandwiches menu. Three different options of sandwiches available - that's what I'm gonna try next time.
One sweet dish on the menu to finish off the wonderful night - deep fried donut with vanilla ice cream and buffalo trace butterscotch sauce. Butterscotch sauce was top notch...
Drinks - average range of beers, wine and soft drinks. Personally I love to have beer with the food that was serve here but it all comes down to personal choice.
There is a solid reason now for me to travel more to port. Definitely worth to pay a visit down port to check this local gem out.
ONE FOR THE MEAT LOVERS!
Me and the crew had a delightful meal at Low&Slow American BBQ. What a lovely addition to the booming precinct of Port Adelaide.
After many months of anticipation we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hype lived up to expectation. Best ribs I have had in Adelaide, and amazing Chicken wings.
Get your squad together and give it a try!
We don't tend to venture out to the Port much but maybe we should? The area is slowly being revitalised with great food options and one of the places is Low and Slow American BBQ at 17 Commercial Rd, Port Adelaide. Do you like meat? Do you like American style BBQ meat? Do you like Southern style slow cooked meat? Well I think you need to visit Low and Slow.
Brisket, and by this I mean smoked brisket, is very much an American institution. Having said that, I realise that they didn’t invent smoking of meat to cook it, as that honour goes to Reginald Spotwith of the Cotswold region of England, who accidently achieved this process in 1653*. ‘Mericans have very much taken this style of cooking to their hearts though, quite literally in many cases, and produce some absolutely amazing slow cooked deliciously smokey meats.

Where have the months gone this year? A few moons ago we went down to check out Low & Slow American BBQ. I think it’s great that a fantastic joint has opened up down in Port Adelaide as we know this area has so much potential but just needs the foot traffic. Having never caught up to their food truck we were keen to try out their food. Seeing lots of mouth-watering photos of their meals and red hot reviews we decided to give them a shot and my expectations were certainly high. The one thing I knew I definitely wanted to get was the ribs.
Have been meaning to get to Low & Slow since they opened in Port Adelaide. It's just the breath of fresh air the Port needs, and by the need to book its easy to see the buzz that has been created by this new bbq joint.
It's hard to say which was my favourite, the kransky, brisket or the ribs. All full of that smokey slow cooked bbq flavour you'd hope for. We also tried 2 of the sides, mac n cheese & potato salad.
I have been wanting to try this place for a while and popped in for lunch on my way through. I was very keen to try the brisket sandwich but was told I was too late (at 12:30pm) which was a bit disappointing. So i had the pulled pork sandwich and a side of potato salad. Both were extremely delicious. Potato salad is one of my all time favourites and this version was amazing...creaminess, herbs, dill, cornichons (or pickles maybe?)...awesome! Bummed i didn't try every other side they had available...and the wings...and the sausage...and the brisket. :)
Only negative thought was that $13 for a smallish "sandwich" was a bit expensive but maybe i don't get out enough to compare prices. I still had a very tasty enjoyable meal. Will definitely go back to try the rest of their menu and in the mean time have dreams about their potato salad...
The food here is...wow...awesome! The meat melts in your mouth, falls off the bone and is very tasty. Very very cheap for what you get. It does get very busy, so book ahead.
So excited that theses guys have taken their food truck and turned it into a cafe. Great food, exceptionally priced and seriously addictive. Our only regret is that we only ordered a burger each and one serve of coleslaw to share. Next time we will order more food to devour.
All I can say is AWESOME. Loved these guys when they had the food truck and was excited to see that they got a permanent place. The beef brisket has always been a favorite and was so excited to try the sides. The collard greens, tater tots, Mac and cheese and especially the cheesy grits were all so good! Left feeling very happy and full. This place is also perfect for gluten intolerances as my friend is a coeliac and she could have almost everything on the menu and was very happy. Beer list is also great, one of my international favs is on there-the Brooklyn larger. The decor is great and so was the service. The only suggestion I have is getting a few more desserts on the go as my friends really wanted sweets and port Adelaide is devoid of dessert places on a Sunday night. Overall very happy and will be back for ribs and pulled pork!
They say you should have low expectations coming into a restaurant. When someone mentioned to me there was a place that cooked American-stlye ribs in Port Adelaide, I asked what was this place called and immediately made a booking. I had very high expectations for this place because the dedicated meat places here so far have been lacklustre (e.g Hereford Beefstouw's steak, their burgers are pretty good though).
I was so excited I asked someone to come along with me, and we shared half a rack of pork ribs, chicken wings with some beautiful blue cheese sauce (it's not called beautiful blue cheese sauce, I'm only describing what it is), cheese kransky, with some potato tots, mac and cheese, and apple slaw. You get two rich and delicious sauces on your table, I'm not sure what they were called but the sauces were amazing. They really added an alternative flavouring to the meat without compromising the meat's integrity.
I've had ribs in Melbourne, and recently had some ribs at what is considered to be the best steakhouse there at the moment (Railway Club Hotel). The ribs at Low and Slow are amongst the best I've had. The rib were tender, had wonderful flavour and you could tell how good the ribs are if you savour the ribs without the sauce and realise they are amazing on their own.
The chicken was crispy and tender. And while blue cheese isn't my thing, it did give the chicken a nice kick and I certainly appreciated its optional presence.
Cheese Kransky was cheesey and delicious as well. Bursting out with oil and cheese, and had this touch of heat.
A lot of restaurants seem to make average sides, but not here. The tots were crispy, the mac and cheese and apple slaw were delicious, and the sides don't feel like an afterthought, and I really appreciate this effort and care.
The staff were some of the best I've met with my experience of the hospitality industry. I had the absolute pleasure of overhearing how they cook their ribs, and I'll briefly describe it so I don't spoil what they do if you want to hear it, its quite an involved process and you could just hear the passion and attention-to-detail these people have in their cooking. I mean you can see the passion on the walls as it is covered with American license plates and it provides this place with a desirable ambiance. Waiters and waitresses are VERY friendly. They are also efficient as they managed to attend to us quickly and the entire restaurant which was roughly full on a Wednesday night.
This place also provides exceptional value. Feeding two people very well at the price I paid is an absolute steal for food this great. I really wished I asked for a desserts menu and will definitely look at trying desserts and the other meats when I am there next time. One word of advice if you do eat here, the sides in my opinion are enough to serve one person.
Go to the Low and Slow, and don't be slow when you do.
Unreal tasting food, some of the best meat I've ever eaten. The pulled Pork was insane, beef brisket had a great smokey taste and the wings were crispy skinned and tender! On top of that the service was really great, enthusiastic staff willing to help and explain! Need to come back for the ribs next time!
just a normal chill din night with my brother. a small joint bustling with people. we didn't make a reservation and they were full, but they offered us a spot at the counter. we ordered 200g of the beef brisket (7$/100g), half a rack of pork ribs(incredibly delicious), and two sides (4$each; apple slaw and mac n cheese).
the beef melts in your mouth and goes nicely with their housemade bbq sauce/hot sauce. the pork ribs were juicy, tender and well marinated enough to be eaten on its own without any accompaniments. i would also suggest getting down n' dirty with the ribs (i.e. use your fingers)! both meats came with pickles.
great service and a quick dinner. would recommend to ALL meat luvvvvas. and stay on for the sunset at the wharf.
Worth a trip for sure.
Only disappointment was the mac'n'cheese ... Where was the cheese!!
But the rest was cracking...
5 of us just shared everything, it's the way to go... The chicken Maryland was tasty, but this was hard to dissect as a shared meal.
See you again soon, great service.
Make sure to book ahead! Great spot in Port Adelaide, great friendly service and delicious food!
Must try: pulled pork, ribs, and brisket. The meat is tender, smokey and flavourful. The guys behind the BBQ have done a top job of the food. The side of mac n cheese, potato salad and coleslaw were spot on. The trio of sliders were tasty. You will leave feeling full.
Absolutely phenomenal! Ticked all the boxes....delicious food, excellent service and a great local beer and wine selection. We will definitely be back!
Fantastic guys! Was pretty chuffed to try and couldn't stop, meat coma! Thanks for coming to the Port! Certainly needed a place like yours in the West! See you next time
December 1, 2015 By She Said What in Food & Drink Tags: Adelaide, american food, dinner spot, food, lunch, Port Adelaide, review, ribs Leave a comment. Low and Slow American BBQ is a tucker truck that’s been traversing this fine city of ours for some time now. How our culinary paths were yet to cross I will never know but I was pretty bloody excited when I found out they now have a permanent address in Port Adelaide, meaning I can visit whenever the food mood strikes!
Went here with a group of friends on their second night of being opened and absolutely loved the food. There was obviously a couple of teething issues but this did not take away from the excellent quality of the food. I don't think the owners could have anticipated the popularity of the restaurant and despite running out of several menu options, still managed to make our small group full enough to have to be wheelbarrowed out of their shop :)
If you are a fan of meat then do not go past this place!!! Definitely try the Pork ribs... any explanation I give in writing will simply not do them justice. The staff was very attentive and did everything they could to cater to our needs.
Low and Slow is going to be a huge success. I only hope they haven't already outgrown their new store.
Fickle Pickle. Good feed overall, but for 15 bucks they could do better than rite price pickle jars. That ecoutrement was nasty...
I had been back from living in the 'States for over a year when these guys debuted. Had a real hankering for some brisket and after my first experience have been known to drive 120km round trip for it. It's that good!
Overall excellent. Friendly service and bloody excellent BBQ. The sauce has great depth of flavour and you can tell the meat has been cooked for a good amount of time which is nice to see in a food van. The slaw they have has great acidity that offsets the smokiness well, truly an excellently complementary side dish.
Only minor complaint (and it is minor) is that $13 is a fair bit more than other food van items to fork out, but the product is excellent so not really an issue.
Brisket is plain amazing. Try it. Buy it. Come back for more.
Better than much of what you'll find in the US and much, much closer.. The short review is "Find this truck and eat their food. It's great." Here's the long review.
I've spent a bit of time hunting down barbecue across the US. I'm serious about good slow-cooked meat. Really serious. Like "Went back to the same restaurant three times over 10 years because I kept showing up when they were on holiday" serious - and the restaurant was in North Carolina and I live in Adelaide. "Spent 14 hours slow-cooking my own pork shoulders with three temperature probes " serious. I've traipsed around New Orleans, Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee looking for good food, whether gumbo, jambalaya, barbecue, the best biscuits or ribs - the south is the land of low, slow and makes you glow and a dedicated food explorer can always find something good.
So when I tell you that I have found good barbecue here, then if you're as serious about it as me, you might want to check it out. And, believe me, you'll be as happy as you'd be in most of the places I've been to in the US but you don't need to fly through Dallas or (shudder) LAX to get there.
Low & Slow give the meat the love it deserves and the time it needs. I tried their pulled pork, their brisket and their vegetarian gumbo. The pulled pork was beautifully cooked: delicate but deeply delicious, great flavour and their sauce (which is more on the browner, slightly sweet side of sauce) was great. (I'm a chilli/vinegar sauce boy at heart, being NC Piedmont tradition, but I respect a good sauce when I see it.) The gumbo was great. Good gumbo tastes deep and dark, full of culinary mystery with good mouth feel and slow, lingering heat. This was great and I could eat a bowl or two with ease.
But, for me, the King of the day was the brisket. Just the right amount of fat and beautifully crisped up outside over a succulent and tender meat with a flavour that just keeps on going. You could cross the desert with a single piece of this in your mouth although I'd probably suggest some water as well.
It was fantastic to find such a great truck with true lovers of barbecue at the helm who were willing to put in the hours of cooking that you need to make the magic happen.
If you have ever wondered what Southerners mean when they talk about barbecue, you can start your journey here and you won't be disappointed!
These lads are dishing out some proper tasty American treats. Having spent plenty of time eating the best the USA has to offer, I can safely say they know what they're doing! Smokey, saucy, slow cooked tender goodness. Tasty sides, friendly guys and bang for your buck! Good to finally have some BBQ in Adelaide, looking forward to seeing Low & Slow grow!
Beef brisket is a must have dish. The meat is tender with the right amount of BBQ sauce! Coleslaw is fresh and balances out the richness if the beef.
Easy eats at Fork on the Road a few weeks back at Hindmarsh Square. Forkers Low & Slow American BBQ food truck Special: smoked beef brisket sammich; $13.00 Got myself a plate with a bbq smiley. Tender strips of slow smoked beef brisket with squirts of homemade bbq sauce with a roll (slightly dry and crumby I thought) and sides of crispy apple slaw, juicy pickle and potato crisps (read: potato chips). Not bad of a snack for a lazy Sunday afternoon. Pumpkin and goats cheese tart with all salads from Let Them Eat My plus one for the day opted for something more healthier at one of my favourite places: Let Them Eat. A large slice of pumpkin and goats cheese tart with a scoop of all salads on offer. We got: fresh risoni with preserved lemon, mung beans with ginger and soy, Middle Eastern cracked wheat with pomegranate, carrot and quinoa with toasted seeds, spiced chickpeas and beetroot with yoghurt dressing . ~ We couldn’t go to FOTR and not walk away with a serving of piping hot fresh chur
