Review Valentino Pizza Cafe - Port Adelaide

One word. Incredible. I was taken back to dishes my mum or nonna would make in just a few mouthfuls. I would have taken a picture - but got taken away... the end result of you eating here will be a plate that's as clean as it was prior to dishing up...

OMG! We've been doing the alphabet of pizza bars near us. Obviously Valentino (Port Adelaide) is near the end of the adventure.....and the two Party pizzas we ordered were awesome !! Good amount of topping, cooked through (no wet dough in the middle) and excellent crust. We will return definitely.

Best pizza joint in the area by far. I’ve found my new favourite place. Not just pizzas, pastas are also amazing. I’ve tried Florentine and con polo pasta, and they are so good. I will be back again and again.

Great pizza, Pizzas are so special you can't find anything like it anywhere in Adelaide.

Fantastic, Consistent, Awesome Pizza. They seem to have changed the base a bit, I find it to be a bit like the New Yorker type base that you can fold.... Awesome

I'm not much for over exaggeration but this is probably the best pizza I've had, literally ever. I got a pizza the other day and it was amazing. the topping was thick and tasted great. really recommend them. I'll be eating there again 100%/

This little place is the bomb! Great pizza awesome staff and a very clean establishment. . Will make it one if my more regular go- toos has never disappointed!

Port Adelaide store. The white plastic table that is usually found in middle of the pizza, well we found a broken leg embedded into the crust which I crunched on during a bite, could of been much worse, we kept the sample + the exact crust it came from with the embedded mark still embossed on it, rang up tonight and explained our last experience, said we can give the sample to the delivery guy, ask for a discount or free pizza. Response is only "we will take better care next time" �

Just got a calzone and lasagne from your valley view store and I'm not one to whinge but that was the worst shit I've ever put in my mouth( and I've had some shit in my mouth). Try zapping your meals in the microwave for a little longer boys I think I got frost bite on my lips.

Have ordered from here before with no issues, tonight all noted the pizza tasted odd and everyone who ate it was throwing up hours later. (The only food we ate in common was the pizza) Rang to let them know and was offered a discount for next time. Not offered a refund, will not be ordering from here again to collect my 'discount' due to the poor customer service (and the pizza which is spraying out of me) disappointed.

Once again, never fails to disappoint. Amazing food, great service...that's why we keep going back. We're hooked, don't go anywhere else...chicken wings...oh my word, gorgeous!

Rudest delivery bloke ever. Forgot our second pizza, delivered it and was even ruder. And thank you for leaving the gate open so the dog walked itself �

Moved into the area a few months ago have been a loyal customer since, ordered a pizza at 4pm today, took 2 hours for delivery just to start with, we didn't have time to eat it by the time it was delivered as we had to go out, come home looking forward to a nice piece of pizza only to find that not only did it have olives on it (ordered it without olives) but the pizza hadn't even been cut, before tonight I would've recommended Valentino's pizza cafe to everyone, now not so much, not very happy

Hung up on the guy that answered the phone. He was SO rude. Told me he couldn't hear me and when I spoke up, he told me I was yelling at him. Absolutely terrible customer service. We get pizza from here once a week...not anymore. Learn some manners.

We have a friend who eats only halal. So we started hunting for a pizzeria that is halal and e landed up here. And you know what, we where not disappointed. We ordered a party size pizza with prawns on one half and chicken on the other. A garlic bread and some schweppes for the drink. It was perfect food to eat after some time in the beach. Amazing pizzas, amazing pasta with rose sauce . Pizzas are unique and tasty. This is a pizza quality that you get in a restaurant and not just a take away shop. Strongly recommend

Very disappointed. Ordered half meat lovers and half chicken prestigio. Added BBQ sauce, capsicum and chilli to the meatlovers half, was charged $17.90.... Got pizza home and smelt delicious, opened up box and looked delicious, was happy with the amount of capsicum added (usually get a tiny sprinkle) so I initially thought 'awesome this pizza will be delicious'. Pizza was not delicious :-( It wasn't terrible, just not that good, base was soft and doughy even though it was quite thin. The real deal breaker though and reason for this review was the amount of chicken present on the chicken prestigio half, 6 pieces barely bigger than a 10 cent piece :-S - on the entire half!... The fact that the pizza was average tasting, doughy, not much chicken and cost $17.90 is the reason for this 1 star review, very disappointing :-( I have added photo so you can see what I mean, the little white things with green sprinkles is the chicken.

Absolute undercooked crap!!. First of all they stuffed up the order by putting pineapple on the entire pizza, and not just half, secondly the ham was raw and undercooked, and thirdly the pizza was thick and doey, only ate a couple of slices and threw the rest out, complete waste of money! will NEVER be going back there again, keep clear of this place, it's not even close to an authentic italian pizza bar like the website states "The Grand Taste of Italy" what a joke! that is...

Surprised to find such authentic pizza when the usual local crap wasn't available... REALLY good. Super friendly, quick & piping hot when picked up. Moving back to the area & will absolutely be visiting regularly :-)
