Zero stars - Hired this place for my moms birthday last year - I do not recommend it for event hire. John who was running the place was so difficult to deal with. He was so strict with everything why bother opening it for hire in the first place. also a very passive aggressive man. Says to my face

A fabulous venue for functions and band gigs. Wonderful staff and management and can highly recommend this well run club in all ways. Diners enjoyed sumptuous meals from the buffet. Not very welcoming. I was told that my social group hadn't booked a table for New Year's Eve. They had. Luckily I took the initiative to ask some people after about an hour of sitting by myself. I ordered a lemongrass chicken dish that was nowhere near authentic and very salty.
