Port Hughes Tavern - Port Hughes - Photo album

Had dinner on Easter Sunday, good service, great food, one of the best beef schnitzels I’ve had. Huge size and great quality, a tad more mushroom sauce would have just topped it off. Better half had the fillet steak, thumbs up there too. Prices were reasonable, and will definitely go back!
amazing service, staff were super helpful and kind. great menu with vegetarian and gf options. my meal was absolutely delicious! owners were incredible and extremely nice. would definitely go back!
Nice caravan park and close to jetty and p.hughes tavern the food was excellent
Could be so much better. We went at about 2.30pm with a family group. The kitchen "was shut" so no bowls of chips/wedges on expensive pizzas available. The drinks were cheap and staff were helpful and reasonable.
Meals were good. Disappointed about the cocktails though. Only served between 8:30pm and 9pm, which meant we were unable to try them. Very odd rule.
I'm 50/50 on this place. Large group ordered variety of meals. All good, however very unsure what the salt n pepper squid was ... I've never seen squid that thick..tasted like it was "created" definitely not sliced squid. Other meals order were nice though. Then waitress took desert orders and forg
Great Fish and Chips enjoyed to the max...nice if there was a bit more variety There was some good size Kingfish there that day
We were able to take our dogs to the beer garden which was great. The meals were good and the service for the early sitting was quick. When we went the next day at a later time we waited an hour for our meals. Book ahead as it's very popular.
