Made an online order for delivery and they were super busy so delivery took an extended period of time but to my delight was compensated with a $20 voucher.
Went there yesterday and waited 20 minutes for an iced mocha I asked about it and still no one made it meanwhile my family got all their drinks and food already and had to wait 20 minutes for me. Went back today in the drive through the egg in my bacon and egg McMuffin tasted off I couldn’t get past
Plenty of restaurants on the same or front Street who would be happy to serve you with smile.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR BY NOT ORDERING FROM HERE unless of course you are on a limited budget or you like being humiliated.

Have been getting worse and worse with the waiting for simply things, like waiting 20 minutes for 2 coffees and I’m not understanding why a big franchise would be so unorganised with everything. Especially always forgetting something with bit bigger orders everything now and then is alright but ever
Good 'ole Maccs always same same, reliable 2 burgers & well made 2 FREE seniors coffee @ $14.20 for a couple makes for an enjoyable cheap lunch when compared to a regular cafe which ends up double that & then some!!
Waited almost 15 minutes for my coffee. The barista made the coffee for the person in front then just walked off. I approached 2 staff to find out where she had gone and they said "not sure" and walked away. I eventually got a coffee made from the drive through coffee machine.

Stuffed up another order,get home to find a McChicken burger when I ordered and paid for a bacon deluxe chicken burger. Always a disappointment
Food was poor quality and was not impressed with it at all.
Had wraps which were stuck to the paper and had to peel paper from the wrap which tore the wraps and made it fall apart with juices running everywhere and made a big mess.
