This place is great. After a long day on the road, we decided to have tea here & it was absolutely delicious. Great value for money........it was a steak sizzle special, which was a 250g steak with chips & salad for $12 & it was awesome. Thanks for a great meal, great venue & great service*****
I have been to Finnians Irish Tavern many times for a meal and i can say honestly i have never had a bad meal .The service is good and the staff are always so friendly .Love the place .i give it a 5 star rating .

Lovely interior, exceptional food. Value for money. Lunch took a little longer than I expected but it was so delicious I didn't mind. The chicken schnitzel was the best I've had in a while! Fresh, tasty, perfectly cooked. Chips were delicious and the gravy I stole from mum's plate tasted great!! Staff were ok, did the job, helpful but only one expressed friendliness and happiness in what she was doing. Sorry- don't know her name. Definitely worth a second visit.
Came in for my birthday tonight. Received a complimentary garlic bread, food was served promptly was fresh and tasted great. Kitchen staff were happy to answer questions about their offerings. And the wait and bar staff went beyond our expectations to rectify a misunderstood order. All in all happy we decided to come in.
Amazing food, generous serves, great value and wonderful staff. Officially my favourite stop in Port Maquarie. Best beef and guinness pie I've ever had!!
Finnian's Irish Tavern, a nice relaxing way to have lunch... I expect dinner would be even better if there is live music..
The staff are very friendly and efficient.... The food is pretty good too.

It was an oasis in a long tiresome drive down from the flooding up north. A great pint and food. Will drop in again on way back to the north.
Great Delicious Dinner. Very Good Atmosphere. All the Staff behind the bar and throughout the Tavern made me feel welcome and at home. I will be returning soon. Highly Recommended ☆☆☆☆☆
Nov 2021: I ordered the stock standard chicken schnitzel. It was such a busy night as well. They checked in on me to let me know if I was okay and the meal was coming. The staff were very courteous. The chicken was cooked to precision. My only regret was I didn't come during the week which is what we used to do when I went to this place in the early 2000's. I will always make a visit here each time I holiday in Port. Good people, good place.
Jan 2022: I went a second time on a week day and had the burger for lunch. A good atmosphere.
Apr 2022: I had the Monday night chicken parmigiana special it was so nice and lots on the plate. The staff were so hopeful. This place is a gem.
Called for lunch. Meals were first class. Fresh flounder on the specials was great wife had the Guinness pie both meals were great. Staff are friendly and very polite and go out of there way to make sure everything was fine with our meals. Make sure you book a table for lunch or get in early to avoid dissapointment.
The food is okay with reasonable prices. 👍The decor, especially the carpet is disgusting as it was when we visited last year (no change). 🤢
First time visit, fantastic food. I had the chicken schnitzel fries and salad with mushroom sauce. Absolutely delicious 😋 reasonable price plus the many beer's. Will definitely be going back again. In the heart of Port Macquarie, right next to Dan Murphys (handy) 🤣
Great place to eat with a good environment. Food was delicious especially the lunch special (chicken burger). The food is definetly filling and good for the price. Staff were nice and understanding for situations. Fast food service.
One thing i did notice was that the pasta was way over cooked and too salty :/ Other than that I would recommend.
