Customer service was good. It wasn't as busy when we arrived and there wasn't much vibe/buzz to the place as it was located somewhere at a back of a shopping centre.
There was so many things on the shop floor and looks a bit untidy, maybe they were closing when we arrived.
There wasn't much option
Fantastic bakery 🥯 I am so very glad we didn’t miss out on visiting this lovely bakery. Friendly staff, delicious sweet and excellent coffee ☕️ keep the great work up 👏👌
For a quiet place at the back of a local shopping centre, the shop seemed popular with the staff calling the regulars by their name. We enjoyed our purchases as well.
Check it out coffees hot chocolates fresh beautiful bread. And the best of desserts ever.
Oh and the best friendliest staff are next level.

Do you love chai lattes? Just returned from seven weeks abroad and many chai lattes. UGB's home brewed chai latte is better than any other I've recently tried!!
Amazing coffee which rivals Melbourne, and the Yuzu Meringue was so so good. Really glad I walked by this place and gave it a try.
Delicious sausage rolls and danishes. Lots of interesting and unique danish flavours. The donuts were quite good too.
