Best under rated Indian restaurant in town. Food service was bit slow but it was worth a wait. Thanks to the chefs. Highly recommended š

After a good time spent on town beach me and my friends and their family we felt like having some Indian food. One my friend suggested maharaja tandoori and this place didnāt disappoint us. They were about to close due to wet weather and less customers turn out for the evening. But the lady welcomed us with big smile and the service was amazing. All the food ordered was delivered quick and tasty. I would recommend this place.

We stumbled on this place by chance when out for a walk. The meals and the service was excellent. The Madras is one of the best I have tasted, and the chef made it with extra spice for me. We will defo be going back.

Despite reading so many negative comments I still put it aside and ordered food from here. Being on holiday and after eating out different cuisines for a few days all we wanted was some nice Indian food. We ordered garlic naan, dhal fry and chicken murgh (with bones)ā¦started feeding my 3 year old and he spat the food out saying too salty, knowing kids can be fussy I thought ok he is overreacting and gave him a second bite With less sauce, he did the same. I tasted this myself and realised there was no overreaction but the chicken was actually extremely salty to the point after one bite it left a tingle on the tongue. I went on to taste the dhal and check the naan. The naan was rubbery however the dhal was decent with a balanced taste. Worst of it all was when as a courtesy I decided to call the restaurant to inform them that the sauce was so salty and just to check so no one else gets the same the girls responseā¦āsorry, we have been extremely busy today and have multiple orders of this dish and till now no one has had an issue or complainedā. I told her, Iām not calling to tell you to give me money back or have a whine but just letting you know so you donāt give another customer the same dish which is not edible! I may not have been one of the highest paid customers for the night therefore not a priority customer however regardless of order size, as a customer all I was expecting was quality and authenticity and they failed on both!

Wide variety of North Indian food - veg and non-veg. for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very good location - beautiful view. Cosy atmosphere - wedding, birthday party. Take away, pickup or delivery - indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff, great service.

Food was great! We came in for a team dinner and ordered a lot of dishes to share (chicken tikka, Rogan Josh, saag paneer, etc.) and all of the dishes were great. Staff were friendly and service was very prompt! Would recommend.

Had the lamb jalfreze, was watery and a tiny servicing for 22 dollars.
Nothing tasted fresh even the naan. Was very overpriced
