Review Wall Of China - Port Macquarie

Christopher Pearson
Really enjoyed our meal. Very efficiently run the staff were friendly and at the same time worked continually to keep the place well presented and the tables clean. A little side issue the people who come as Menulog type carriers are often very poorly dressed one lady seemed to be in pink pyjamas they " hang around" the tables usually on the phone distracting from the ambiance of the restaurant Section and the diners enjoying their meals. Perhaps they should wait up the front where the takeaways are delivered. Love your wall of China

Absolutely wonderful food. Service was friendly even on a very busy Saturday night.

We came to Port Macquarie for holiday and really enjoyed our meal at Wall Of China. The food is tasty and staff was friendly. Their honey chicken and lemon chicken is so YUMMY! 👍

The only think impressed me is the staff friendly, generous amount of food & the service. The food taste is very average nothing is extremely yummy. We ordered sweet and sour chicken but the taste only sweet. The bbq pork with veggies very blunt, no tasty. They should improve the way they cook.

Ordered take away, banquet for 4 people. Very generous meal portions we still had left overs. Everything had a great punch of flavour and cooked to perfection. We all really enjoyed it, thank you!

My wife and I have been dining at the Wall for over 20 years. The food is always excellent, plentiful and hot. The recent owner is very welcoming. The only downside is that the chairs do not support your back and as you lean back the back goes with you.

Well priced lunch specials with good portion sizes. I had the hokkien noodles and they were average, large serving size was the best part about it, but they weren't anything amazing and I've had better elsewhere. Can't say the same for the king prawns however as some were still frozen :/ I would not reccomend the prawn dishes. Otherwise, good place for a filling budget meal between $13-17, but wouldn't recommend anything with king prawns! The China on the wall in there was also really cool tho, I quite enjoyed the decor, and the lady who served us had great customer service. Might try something with chicken next time instead as it looked really good at the other tables.

Excellent dishes, we all enjoyed. We had the combination short soup, curry prawns and BBQ pork in plumb sauce. Will definitely be ordering again.
