Possibly the worst experience we have ever encountered in relation to customer service. Went in to sit at a table & upon sitting whilst my husband went to sign in for Covid & order some coffees, I was abruptly told by a female server to not sit down & that it was a Covid requirement to sign in first

Awful! Firstly, I’m not one to write reviews. The lady serving is so rude and I think she’s a smack head. She needs sacking and rehabilitation in that order. We waited 30 mins for coffee! The nice man in the back cooking and deserves better staff.

Disappointed to say the least, New Staff and apparently new Cook from when we were here last. No where near as good as it use to be. Dead cockroaches on the floor which looks like they had been there for sometime. Very slow service. Very disappointed
