As a rare treat, today my mum, daughter & I had a girlie day out shopping. We were having a wonderful day until we went to Mercury.
The waitress had no hospitality vibe whatsoever. Was sour & unpleasant, bordering on rude. When ordering she told me I can’t order off the menu, they had a busy morning & her boss had gone to get supplies. She got our order wrong & the coffee was cold.
I appreciate they may have had a stressful morning, however not a way to run a business.
I will not go back here again.

Sorry to say I have to give this cafe a low score. Ordered 2 coffees and 1 brownie and an hour later I had to ask the waitress if she had forgotten us. The cafe wasn’t busy maybe 10 other people in the cafe. There were comments from 2 other tables to say they hadn’t received their food either and they had been there longer than me. Eventually got our coffees in a take away cup and left. Won’t be going back there.

Hands down probably the worst meal I have ever eaten.
What is more disappointing is that apparently the owner is the cook.
I had the corn fritters, which tasted as though they had been frozen, microwaved and then thrown onto a grill - they were rubbery and burnt, the tomato relish, in my opinion was nearing expiration, so so bitter and the egg, well so overcooked it was crunchy. I am guessing by the lack of food available in their refrigeration units business is not going so great. Save your money and venture across to the other cafes in the area.

Possibly the worst experience we have ever encountered in relation to customer service.
Went in to sit at a table & upon sitting whilst my husband went to sign in for Covid & order some coffees, I was abruptly told by a female server to not sit down & that it was a Covid requirement to sign in first!! I apologised & said my husband was doing that now & started to ask something when she rudely informed me she “didn’t have time for that”
We opted to leave & she sarcastically said “well have a nice day” as we were walking out at the top of her lungs !!
They won’t last long with service like that especially in these times .... disgusting!

Firstly, I’m not one to write reviews.
The lady serving is so rude and I think she’s a smack head. She needs sacking and rehabilitation in that order.
We waited 30 mins for coffee!
The nice man in the back cooking and deserves better staff.

Disappointed to say the least,
New Staff and apparently new Cook from when we were here last. No where near as good as it use to be. Dead cockroaches on the floor which looks like they had been there for sometime. Very slow service. Very disappointed

Worst experience I'v ever had. The lady in the cafe has super bad attitude and she took more than 10 mins to make 3 iced latte even there was nobody waiting in front of us

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was great price and value. Definitely recommend eating here!
