Doesn't take eftpos in this day and age? Must be a bit of cheeky tax evasion going on. The 30c for chicken salt, plus the massive wait for a simple fish and chips. Would not recommend/10
Friendly, inviting service from the staff, and our orders were precise and flawless. Both the grilled and battered hoki was fantastic, the serves were generous and well priced. The food came out very quickly and both at the same time. Looked like true effort had been put in to the preparation of our
Very disappointed. We spent $40+ here yesterday and received food cooked in old oil. The chips were brown, dried out and had a bad taste from the oil being so old. We didn't enjoy them at all. We asked for battered fish and got crumbed instead. We asked for lemon and got none. We won't be going here
$15 F & C for 2 special. Two good sized and tasty battered fillets and a good helping of nice chips. An excellent value lunch for wifey and I.
Out of curiosity tried their Honey Prawn with sesame and it was best I have had in comparison with typical Asian restaurants around town - highly recommended. With the good taste I then ordered salt and pepper squid for tasting. Again the light batter with pepper (bit oilly but can do with a longer
Friendly staff. Works hard and fast when busy. I had grilled bara with salad and chips. Salad better than what i have had in other F&C shops. Chips were good too. I didnt have to put sauce they were so good. Im my opinion grilled is far better than battered.
Absolute beautiful fish & chips, calamari too! The young staff on tonight were fantastic. Their covid rules etc were exceptional. Well done to these younger staff members tonight. Very impressed. Will be back.
Best seafood takeaway in Port Macquarie, delicious lightly battered Salt and pepper calamari, the best prawn cutlets, honey prawns, right in the heart of town. We eat here at least once per week, it's that good.
