Review Eastern Tiger Restaurant - Port Macquarie

We were recommended Drift restaurant at the Port City Bowls Club by a local We regrets listening .. as due to the price & the quality of our food orders • The chicken schnitzel had to be returned .. as the cook didn’t add the Parma ( in which we had paid extra for ) • The fries were uneatable .. due to flavour , being not fully cooked through & served stale warm • The baked brussels spouts were nearly cremated • The mash potato taste , was like it was industrial potato • The paste mix lemon squash , was beyond overly strong We won't go back

We stopped in Port Macquarie for a night and we found this wonderful place. Very friendly stuff and more importantly the food was delicious. Pork belly was so good. I wasn’t a big fun of the truffle risotto but my mum loved it. Everyone has their own taste I guess. Definitely will be back one day. Thank you so much.

It's great to see all of the upgrades that have been made. Its so modern now! The food was very tasty and the service on the front desk and from the bistro was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the bar staff weren't so friendly and no one knows about liquor. A simple cocktail menu and some liquor training for the staff is my suggestion. All in all it was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Great bowling club , and very close to where we were staying. Staff were very professional and friendly ☺️😃✅

Drove into town and happened to walk into this club for dinner. Delicious food, well priced, friendly environment. Fresh, clean and spacious dining room. Reasonably priced and we weren't rushed out despite being the last 6 diners.

Very disappointed, roast lamb was mainly inedable 'fat'. Would not recommend this restaurant. Customer service by staff was very good, but they have no control over the meals presented.

Staff were friendly. We ordered our meals in the bistro 5 minutes later we received our garlic bread. We were still waiting for our main meals 45 minutes later. Asked where they were and was told there was a back log. So waited a bit longer. Finally came out and it was cold. Seemed as though they had been sitting for some time. May only have been a one off but will not go back again.

Saturday night dinner very crowded and busy as you’d expect. Some of the tables are too close to the buffet and people are constantly squeezing past while you’re eating. The food while plentiful and diverse was lacklustre in quality.
