This McDonald's was really good! They had a dedicated staff member cleaning the dining area! I've never seen that before in a McDonald's and I've been to my fair share 😅 so made it so much nicer to find a clean table to sit at. The food was piping hot, toilets were acceptable and the carpark was all one-way! Hooray! It was so easy to maneuver - well done to whoever designed this McDonald's 👏

Hashbrowns were over cooked and cold.
The young people running the place were rude and unhelpful.

Went there last night,the service was appalling,there was rubbish on most of the tables,chairs and floor.While waiting for our burgers we were watching the staff just throwing peoples orders into the paper bags,they just did not care,our burgers were so small it was not funny.Will never step foot into McDonalds again. One star is being very generous.

Went through drive-thru for breakfast and once I got home realised they missed a muffin, went back in and explained what happened and the staff fixed it no problem. They gave me a fresh one without hassle or complaint. Mistakes happen but their response to the issue was fast and efficient.

Awful experience. Select contactless payment on the hugely annoying touchscreens and it asks you to insert card. Finally ordered at counter then was told (very rudely) they couldn't toast the ham cheese and tomato toasty that I ordered. Why let me order it then? Very long wait with hardly any customers. Won't return.

Wish I read the reviews before I went. Staff didn't call out my number so had to enquire after waiting 15 minutes and burger was cold. Had to tell them the type of drink I ordered. Burger had the incorrect sauce on it (Big Mac sauce on a Grand Angus). Of course, the owners and staff don't care. They couldn't give a toss. I'd avoid and try to the restaurant near the highway or somewhere else

Jacked up prices for inferior products, the grill is never cleaned properly and every meal I have ever gotten here has not only been wrong but has also tasted horrible in comparison to ANY other McDonald's. Fast food in this town is terrible because its all done by kids who don't know what they are doing, have bad attitudes, and simply don't care about their job. Worthless!!! Don't eat here, go to a REAL restaurant instead!!

After waiting 15 minutes in drive thru queue we were told at the ordering booth that it was cash only in drive thru. Went inside and ordered, asked manager why they didn't have a sign or someone informing customers instead of sitting there waiting...got a smart arse answer from the little princess about it not being her problem and then she walked off. Obviously customer service doesn't matter at Port Macquarie McDonald's.
