Couldn't fault the food. The wrap was tasty and didn't take too long. I didn't have high expectations as it is a bit ramshackle and it didn't strike me as being a 'well oiled machine' - but they've been open for ages so must be doing something right.
Waited 35+ minutes for 2 dippy dogs and I bottle of drink at $22 that tasted only of fish, never again, I got dippy dogs because I don't like fish and it tasted like it was drowned in it. Sorry you left me nothing to be happy about. Great little South Aussie bird thought they'd join for some take o
Lovely diner. Beach across the road. Licensed. Very nice views. Coffee good. Sometimes a little waiting time when busy. Overall nice place to eat and drink. Would recommend you try it.. Located Beach end of Gulfview Rd. Christies Beach. During these unusual times that the world is experiencing there
Have to admit the food was average. It’s a small place with a decent view at least. Eggs Benny came out with a dry (no butter) bun and round slices of bacon. Eggs were good. Eggs Benny, egg and bacon sandwich and two mugs of coffee was $40. It’s not the cheapest and not the best, but it is not worst
Had lunch here on Thursday. Food was delicious. Well cooked, plentiful and hot. We had Avo on toast with poached egg; bacon and egg roll and whiting bites, salad and chips. All yummy. Have been before and will go again. Owner and staff friendly.
Food, DROOL worthy! This has become our local away from home, happy to make the extra KMs for fantastic food and service like these guys put on! (PS the cute birds won us over too!)
The food was about as basic as you can imagine with prices similar to the most highly rated cafe in the heart of town. Hard to understand why it has such good reviews when the coffee was bland and tasteless, the poached eggs served runny on dry wholemeal - no butter, no salt no pepper just poorly co
Back to its best. Great service. Food is old school, tasty fresh and good size serves. Cold beer served in a cold glass on a hot day. Milkshakes rich, creamy and trad.
