Review Subway - Portland

Sunday 12pm. No bread, no cookies 10 people lined up and 2 girls on. One was clearly new and trying her best while the other wasn’t doing anything but hiding out the back. Wouldn’t serve nothing. 25 minutes on 1 sandwich.

Absolutely sick of walking into this establishment and the younger girls sitting on the bench in clear sight with their phone connected to the speaker while on Snapchat and continuing to Snapchat while I’m waiting at the counter and they have seen me walk in. The amount of times I come in for lunch and always find someone sitting on the bench just around the corner from where you come to order sitting on their phone and continue to sit on their phone even when you’ve come in. Or the younger gentlemen who would rather sing and dance to the music playing then serve customers. I don’t know what’s happening but management clearly aren’t paying enough attention to their staff if they were they would notice something isn’t going right in there anymore.

Disgusting place. Unhygienic and bad food practices. The girl that served my partner had just served a customer, she handled the money with her gloves on. Then..wiped her gloves on her jumper ( which was dirty) then came to my partner and with same gloves, which where also dirty, pulled out the bread and then dipped her hands in the meat. I was so disgusted, I told my partner and walked out. The place is dirty and messy, we are never going there again.

Best subway I’ve ever been to! The manager (Ebony I think) had amazing customer service and made me the best sub. Great store!!

Went there yesterday at 3pm, only 1 guy on who was inexperienced and overwhelmed. His co worker walked in wearing an 'oodie' and thongs. Floors were filthy and rubbish sitting around the place. In total 30 minutes waiting for 3 subs. Would not recommend.

Normally not a bad subway but Saturday staff were insanely slow. 10 people waiting, only 1or the 2 girls would serve (didn’t clear the backlog) and the person serving wasn’t wearing a mask and took forever. People started walking off because of the wait time. Took 28 minutes to serve three people. Had to constantly repeat myself, not because she didn’t hear but she wasn’t paying attention. Actually said to me at one point “sorry, what did you want, I totally flaked out then”. The only reason I gave two stars is because your normally not this bad but todays service was negative five stars.

Great food good service. The weird girl with the space buns is hot 4.5..

I've come from Adelaide and just needed a big feed. Didn't expect this Subway to be so fresh! One of the cleanest and freshest subways I've seen. They definitely take their time making the subs. Small inside area with 3 seating areas. No automatic door either, must slide open
