delicious grilled to order tender meat on crispy tiger bread rolls. The beef brisket is especially good, I would also recommend getting their yuzu drink.
$8 sake of the month was godly and a big pour too. The pork belly don was amazing, but a bit strange that lettuce was used. Miso soup also tasty. Very good fitout and bar at Prahran market. Recommend!
I was recommended to try this place because I was told the pork belly was amazing and they were right. The twice cooked pork belly don was so delicious, the twice cooked pork belly was so tender and flavoursome.
Holy smokes! The beef brisket roll is next level tasty!! So much flavour going on, the meat is super tender and the bread is soft inside with a thin crusty layer outside. Amazing!!!
This was a really lovely experience! I can't remember the name of my dish, the beef was tender and tasty and plenty of flavours in the bowl worked really well. My partner ordered the sake, the guy who who explained the bottles was awesome and the sake itself was so smooth, something really special.
10/10 The food was amazing. The staffs were super nice. We had the pork belly rice and yuzu lemonade. Definitely would recommend. 👍👍
The meat in the don here was absolutely fantastic and the flavours were perfectly balanced. The staff work in a very fast manner and the open kitchen was insanely clean at all times - impressive! The yuzu juice was fantastic too and great value in the meal deal.
The pork belly rolls and the brisket rolls are ridiculously good. You can grab a beer and sit at the bar and have the best lunch ever while doing your shopping at the market. This place is the best.
