Review Huxtaburger - Prahran

I went to Huxtaburger in Prahan and I ordered The Alternative burger and regular fries plain salt. When I got to my place and had the first bite, for my surprise there was no onions, no tomatoes, no cheese...WTH?? So disappointed, I can understand if you miss one ingredient by mistake, but 3??.....

It's great to see that you guys are supporting the LGBT community, that's why we went yesterday. To get the #pride burger, beautiful concept ❤ However, I felt like chicken could have been cooked better, I did feel a bit uncomfortable afterwards in my tummy. I only had a bite of it. I did eat the Theo burger, which was yummy - but, instead of enjoying all the flavours all I could taste was the sauce and I felt like it was an overload. I stopped at half way, and thought.. "maybe I should stop eating it" Overall, customer service was nice 😊 I do believe you guys can prepare a better meal. Keep progressing us forward and come up with other ideas to support the community ❤ it beautiful to see

Had one of the Hux’s Love a simple burger, nice and juicy patty, crunchy lettuce and great sauce The service was friendly and streamline and the chips topped it off beautifully

Spent alot of $$ to recieve cold burgers and missing items in my order…. Also tried to call the store 10 times but rang out… very bad service.. not happy at all..

Real simple but a fresh and tasty burger at a good price! Definitely will be back :)

Staff don't pay attention. I'm waiting for my order and it's just sitting there after the other staff finished it and just left it. No communication between each other. I had to tell them that's my order ready right? That I've been standing here waiting for in an empty shop.

Ordered a meal from the restaurant from the Deliveroo App when they were still open. I waited over 1hour30mins for them to just cancel my order and I got nothing in return. Terrible communication from both the restaurant and the app, waste of time wouldn’t recommend.

Probably the worst burgers I've ever had. I kid you not, as I was struggling to finish my burger, an employee walked into the venue to start their shift, and noticed that she was carrying a 'Grilld Burgers' takeaway paper bag, with what I assume contained her early dinner before starting her shift. Chips were good though, but never again.
