My favourite combination is honey and oat roll swiss cheese chicken schnitzel grilled then add avocado spinach tomato cucumber red onion jalapenos olives topped with aioli salt and pepper

Small store, parking can be an issue at times, but close to tram stop and good service. Smoothie machine was broken.

Well I'm just biased...cause it's too cheesy...but it's clean...central...easy to park. I dunno, is cheese all that good-well anyway this place is near McDonalds and a petrol station and also near Chapel St. and Victoria Clinic.
