Review Domino's Pizza - Prahran

I ordered a pizza and a garlic bread via their website. It was a delivery order and I live 200 m from the store. When the pizza didnt arrive for 40+ minutes, I walked to the store. They had simply forgotten to deliver my pizza. It was cold by the time I got home and I had to reheat it in the oven. The staff member gave me two complimentary cokes - but what the hell. The pizza is cold and tasteless by now. Pretty disappointing

Pathetic!!!! I loved the casual attitude of staff about toppings which they couldn't cater as advertised and dint even apologise til questioned about toppings on it... Ordered Primium Pizza , its not even like a cheese toastie, where I atleast get to see cheese....Hardly any toppings on pizza...pure waste of time and money...Wish I checked Reviews before ordered from this place. And pizza tracker showed pizza is ready to be collected, but Nope, dint start to make pizza til we went to Pick up..... I'm going to send feedback along with the pictures of pizza right now....

Absolutely atrocious service .. been three times that they cancelled delivery without letting you know . The fourth time , we even called to make sure if they can deliver , after waiting half an hour we called and found out it will take another 45 minutes .. amazing service Dominos

Was a great service at the beginning..... Now,a yr later, the service is poor.... Every time I ask for deep pan, doesn't happen,ask for chilli flakes, none...The Times lately that the order was actually deep pan,it's not cooked properly and it's doughy....... Don't know if the chef's there are New,coz it also looks like a child made it, appearance was appalling...to say the LEAST!!YUKKKKKKKKKKK... Now I am going back to pizza hut...

Never use domino’s website to order. The worst service ever. No one answer. My delivery was canceled and they didn’t say nothing to me. I had to go to the store to see what happened. 🥴👎👎

So rude, I ordered on Uber, they ‘cancelled’ without telling me, however didn’t do it through the Uber app. It said my order was delivered, so I called when it wasn’t here and they said they cancelled it and were so rude about it. Don’t go here x

BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM THIS BRANCH!!! The manager at this store does not know how to deal or speak to customers in a professional manner! I ordered a large order of pizzas on Saturday night, and wanted to pay cash on delivery, the MANAGER told me that I couldn’t pay cash in full and needed to pay a partial deposit over the phone. So I paid what I thought was $99.95 over the phone with a credit card, and then gave the driver $50 cash when he delivered the pizza. The following day, when I checked my banking transactions, I discovered that the amount charged to my account was in fact the total amount on the order, $149.95!! I called the store and was told to call back the following day and I would be given a refund of $50. I called back on Monday and spoke to the so called manager who rudely told me that I was lying about the payment amounts and if I was serious about the refund that I needed to drive almost 2 hours to Prahan to show proof! He did not provide me with any other alternative, and did not explain any procedure for disputing a transaction! I called again on Tuesday morning, asking to speak to the manager, and again the so called Manager said ‘yeah I told you yesterday you have to come in to prove this is real with proof of over payment’. He was extremely argumentative, kept speaking over the top of myself and my wife, and told us that he was unable to give out refunds over the phone. When my wife asked him why his driver and himself both failed to contact us when they BOTH realised that we had overpaid, his answer was ‘well if you want to take it further, go ahead’. This entire experience has left a huge bitter taste in our mouths. We have family members who own multiple dominos franchises in other states and have never had rude and negative experience like this in the past! This person should not be a face of a restaurant if this is how he speaks to customers. I urge all customers to avoid this pizza shop if you want to have a good meal and have a good experience!!

I write a good review for this store, because I have seen that this store usually uses a good portion of toppings on their pizzas. In particular, I like the chicken peri peri they cook. It is really delicious and is different from other stores! On the other hand, the quality of some other pizzas such as indi-chicken pizza is normal and can be improved.

We saw the advertisement for $5 pizzas at the door front and thought it would make a good quick dinner. The $5 range is quite limited - they don’t include my favourite ham and pineapple (Italians will balk, but I love pineapples on my pizza!). The meat-based ones who caught my eye were the ham and cheese and pepperoni.<br/><br/>The dough is very thick and there’s not enough ham taste to make this pizza experience very memorable. But if you are hungry or hungover, this might just do the trick

in all honesty, miles and way the best takeaway pizza joint in the area. got a bbq chicken and bacon pizza, customised the sauce and several toppings free of charge and had it delivered to my door in 15 minutes for $15

Domino's is a popular pizza franchise that offers quick and dirty eats. Their operating hours go well into night and they are best for ordering pizzas for lazy nights in. Discount vouchers are strewn all over the internet so you can save a bit of money sometimes. Still, I wish they wouldn't charge extra for sauce.<br/><br/>Their tomato/pizza sauce tastes like it came out of a tin (it probably did) but I can't really hate too much on something with such a low price point. The ingredients come together nicely and they somehow always manage to deliver satisfaction at the end of the night.<br/><br/>Come here for a cheap, quick, dirty eat. If you are looking for quality, you are barking up the wrong tree.

We tried the new New Yorker range with friends after a big night out. The pizza is huge 16inch with lots of cheese and pepperoni however the base is different. Not your typical dominos base, a lot drier, bread like dough. Not sure if I'm a fan, might have to try the other pizzas in the range.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again I love dominos. I’m not ashamed that I very much prefer this to the more gourmet chains of crust etc I just think their topping options are better. We had this delivered and everyone was happy with the carby deliciousness. Cheap AF and tasty. I love you dominos don’t ever change.

Quite consistently excellent... Love the delivery , thanks guys, I do not understand the hate on here as my pizza has always been much tastier than the other pizza delivery options available to me in Prahran.

Why are more people not talking about how bad Dominos is? The crust is terrible, every time, and the ingredients used taste incredibly cheap and nasty, I have no idea why there is even a debate on which is better out of this or Pizza Hut. Domino's is shocking. At least they usually deliver the pizza in a reasonable time, even if it is dodgy and tasteless.

One simply couldn't resist. Chicken Napolitana Pizza We paid three bucks more expensive to try out the Chicken Napolitana.

Hell No! Price goes up service goes <br/>down. In my last five orders from 3 <br/>different stores from different states you <br/>have gone from my number 1 fast food to <br/>worst nightmare!!! Bad pizza, Terrible <br/>service and whats worse argumentative <br/>staff. If you think that just because your <br/>staff are tardy that not even <br/>acknowledging the delay is reasonable <br/>wont blink an eye if you ever end up in <br/>administration. You would be doing <br/>many people a favour if you did.

I stuffed up and gave them the wrong number as they needed to call me so I could open the door. Hungry and grumpy I called. They were nice and sent me the order this time with the right number. They were so friendly despite the fact that I had wasted their time. <br/>16 hours later I am still smiling just because they were so nice.

Very angry customer - pathetic service. NEVER BUY FROM THIS DOMINOS.<br/>We were told the wait for our pizza would be 1 hour. This was fine, seeing as it was a Friday night. <br/>Two hours later (including of 45 minutes of trying to get through to the busy phone line) we were about to give up when I received a phone call saying the delivery guy couldn't find our address. Not only didn't he apologise he was so rude! When the guy finally found our house the pizza was cold and I was needless to say, very annoyed and hungry. He refused to give us a discount for pizza as he couldn't get through to his manager (due to a busy phone line!). He said he would get his manager to call us and organise a refund. We never received a call. A 1/2 price pizza has been added to our address but we definitely won't be bothering with it!<br/><br/>This is the worst service I have ever received from a dominos by far. Just pathetic
