The pizza and extras menu is actually good. Three stars for failing to advise of a surcharge for Easter Saturday, which resulted in a $19.95 combo with three extras in toppings costing $34.95. Let's assume $3 or $4 for the extras...$11.00 surcharge? On pick up? A little ordinary, for me.

Long time to eat from Pizza Hut, and definitely it was a good choice. Very friendly staff and express service as well. A quality pizza and good size, also, the potato popcorn are delicious too. Well done!!!

I am a long term regular customer of this Pizza Hut branch since this one is the closest to where I live. Pizza hut as a business has always been a reliable and stable option when it comes to pizzas. I found the food produced from this shop is good quality and the staff are always very friendly! Highly recommend this store.

Order from here plenty of times and not sure why I keep doing so. This is clearly the last time. Everytime i haveordered late at night just before the cut off time he always says the oven is broken or some other pathetic excuse. I have records to show they have cancelled my order 4 times in the space of 2-3 months lol. To top it off every time I order the owner expects me to come out to the main road to collect the order as he is too lazy to find parking (which there is plenty at freakin 11pm at night) and never wants to deliver to my front door. Every other company ubereats dominos etc have never had any delivery issues. The owner of this store goes as far as to tell me not to order if I'm not willing to come out !!! Deplorable service. They are the tiger air of pizza companies. Avoid at all costs !!!!

Customers are pulled in by false Marketing tricks. Last year I purchased a Chicken Pizza and I was told by the Branch manager to give this branch a good review for a free medium size cheese pizza. So I received the voucher code and I ordered a Chicken Pizza online that totals to $17.95. Received a notification stating that the Pickup was ready at 10:03pm, arrived at 10:05pm when the Pizza was still in the oven and was told 2-3 minutes. Hey, what is 2-3 minutes for a Free Medium Size Cheese Pizza eh? Finally received the order 10:14pm. Guess how much the 'free' medium size Pizza is? $3 extra! In store purchase for the same Chicken Pizza would have been $14.95. Don't bother wasting your time on requested reviews, it is another way of slipping into your wallet for more Money. Highly Disappointed!

Really bad experience here. Staff were really rude and unprofessional. I used to love getting a cheesy stuffed crust from here but after the way they treated me, never again. Will find another Pizza Hut where the staff are not rude or bullying towards others.

Best Pizza Hut pizza ever. Pizza base was incredibly fluffy, crisp at the bottom and not greasy. We had the pleasure of meeting the Franchisee who went out of his way to make sure that we were happy. Franchisee explained that they prepare fresh dough every 4 hours, which would explain how delicious and fresh it was. Amazing customer service, great product, super fresh and tasty. We will definitely go back there again.

The food is always good and consistent. The staff are the best. They always call when they are at my apartment or almost there. Every delivery driver is super polite and friendly. On one occasion they saw I was struggling so held my order while I fumbled with my keys to open the door.

A simple "one star" due to the incredibly awful service I received. Basically I made an online order and an error message came up saying my order didn't go through, I called the store and they confirmed the order didn't go through however I was charged. They ended up taking my order over the phone and when the delivery driver came, he asked for my bank statement, made me feel like I was "lying" took photos and I never even received an apology. It was a waste of nearly 2 hours on the phone and waiting around for something they could have at least been apologetic for.

We saw the new pizza deal commercial on the TV where you get 2 pizzas, 10x cheese sticks with garlic sauce and a huge Hershey cookie so we ordered for delivery $28. Pizza tasted like your standard pizza hut pizza but the Hershey cookie was delicious. It was still warm and chewy after we devoured the pizzas. Will definitely order the huge cookie again.

This place is my go to when I had been busy at work and also when I just arrived from a holiday and there is no food at home. I just usually order online and picked it up afterwards. I had been really happy with their customer service and there is always no fuss with my order. Happy to buy takeaway here whenever I need to.

Pizza is always quick, clean and tasty from this Pizza Hut. Don't believe the naysayers, it's a solid franchise store. Staff are always friendly!

Visiting Pizza hut prahran after 2 months and brought a deal from pizza hut which contained 3 sides and 3 pizzas for $33. Pizzas was great with loads of toppings and cheese. It was very rich in taste and satisfying to eat. Driver was friendly at the arrival at my front door. Only problem i had was, there was not enough salt in my chips but other than great work from pizza hut prahran.

I can't believe I'm writing a review for Pizza Hut but stuck at home sick and no food I ordered here. Bbq Chicken pizza was crunchy base and crust, full of chicken and crispy bacon and the sauce... so good! Chicken bites for the little one went down a treat and the chips are crisp and hot - so hot we couldn't eat them straight away. <br/>Delivery was in 20 minutes from order time at lunch today. As a usual posh food eater this beats any pizza place around.

Seriously. Does anyone still go to Pizza Hut? Last pizza I had from there was officially "bin-able"
